But its been so long

This place is dark and damp

I Have been here for so long
Fourteen years as a fact
Now i am starting on my fifthteenth
My soul still aching to be free

As I watch life pass me by?
I need something to break this darkness

Finally I can leave full grown and ready
But i've been ready for so long
Since I was eight to make it fact
I dare not come back to here,
This darkness is enough to make you scream
Don't leave me here again I plee
Now I am have moved away from there
My soul is happy
My heart is ready
why couldn't this have been Seven years ago?
I needed love when I was there
I needed love when i am here
I needed to be loved for a while
Yet it never came to me
I have learned how to be my own
I have learned how to be on my own
I have learned so many things its hard to believe
Now the darkness is reseeting
Now I am finally free
Now I will be happy as far as i can see
