It's not a cool, rhyming one or anything, but here goes:

Why do you tease me so?
You told me, that me and you
will never be
Yet you insist on giving me hope
and I, like a fool, believe you
What else is there for me to believe?
All I've ever known is me and you
I'm surprised you don't feel it too
It's like we're meant to be
I need you and you need me
together, we are the world
alone, we are nothing
Teasing and false hope bring us nowhere
except closer to nothing
Let's give another shot
to a me and you

I like it! I love these lines:
"together, we are the world
alone, we are nothing"

I love this one part.
I completely understand the feeling within it.

Thanks, everyone! I found another one to post:

How can I love,
yet hate you
You're the one I turn to,
but I am afraid to go
I miss you when you're gone
yet sometimes I am glad
We talk for hours
yet nothing is said
You're the one I cry on
but it's you who makes me sad
My tears will go on
and you might never know
that hate is there
But only because
in my heart, you
are the one I love

I really understand what I think you are trying to say. I love this poem! It's one of those unexplainable feelings.

Gosh! It's too much good poetry here!

It's so true! Oh, I so know the feeling.

The rythm in the poem is great.
