 Archive: Grim's Poems.
I have been troubled by stifled, cold screams.
Eyes filled with fear and hopeless dreams.
These frightful expressions,
Belonging only to me.
This, my friends, is why I weep.
Do I dare call the grim to slow the running of my heart?
To wipe the sweat from my brow?
To allow me to finally part?
I sit, blending with the silent night.
Waiting for the impossible.
Praying.
My mind is empty.
All thought has left.
Forced to stay in a buried chest full of lost hopes, hearts, minds, and souls.
Whose faith in this world, have already been sold.
Wait.
The silence breaks.
A wail of pain as my world quakes.
Now, I sit alone.
Secluded in an abandoned home.
As always,
Afraid of the unknown.
