I think Ron has a great relationship with all of his siblings but Percy. He seems to love all of them. But I think he despises Percy, but who wouldn't!?? lol
I don't think he despises Percy...Percy is just misunderstood. But yes, there is a tension when it comes to Percy, due to what he did to his family. He's never seemed to fit in; he's been different to the others. Out of all his siblings, I think Ron is closest to Ginny. Being so close in age and being the youngest, the two of them have spent more time together and have got to know each other more than they know their other siblings. Fred and George have each other, so they've never really needed their other siblings as much; Bill and Charlie are so much older than Ron, and have been away from home for most of Ron and Ginny's life, so they've been the amazing older brothers who are admired and looked up to. Percy has been...Percy. As I said, he never really fit in, so none of the other siblings got to know him for who he really was, I feel. He kept himself to himself.
Yah, I agree. I think Ron is the closest to Ginny. but if there wasn't a Ginny, I think he'd be next closest to Fred and George. He seems to like them a lot.
I think he's closest to Ginny. For one because she's his little sister. His only sister. And they seem to get along very well. The next are the twins. Percy, well I think his relationship with Percy only got worse after he sent that letter that he shouldn't be friends with Harry anymore. And I think he just admires Bill and Charlie. Because they are older and they seem to have great jobs.
Ron doesnt exactly have a great relationship with his siblings!
He adores Bill, and likes Charlie, and the whole family hates Percy except Mrs Weasley , Fred and George. wll Ron is awed by them at times, and there a lot of teasing going on there, well to be honest i like Ginny, but in HBP she was being a total meanie there by saying all those kissing Aunt Muriel and Fleur stuff...... but she did something good, made Ron realise it was time to grow up!

I think that he doesn't like Percy. Duh!
It was definate that Ron is jealous of his brothers, but when you have sooo many it would be understandable.
He is such a sweet older brother, I think that because GInny is the only one who is younger than him he has this overprotectiveness for her.
Yes, Ginny was a bit cruel to Ron with the whole kissing issue, but if I was in her position, I'd be just as angry as her. Ron did interrupt and comment on Ginny's relationship with Dean. I know he was being the protective older brother, but still...it really was none of his business. I do love Ron and Ginny's relationship though! The constant attitude changes between them are just so realistic and amusing!
If I were to actually type all the stuff I think of rons relationships with his siblings it would take like 5 pages atleast sooo Im not going that indepth
Percy is a bit of a prat but because he is Ron's brother he will always love him some where inside that head/heart of his.
I think If Ginny and Harry were to get married and Ginny cheated on Harry(I read a fic like this once) Ron would take Harry's side over Ginny's because they are complicated. But would honour Ginny's wishes to not tell Harry about because they are siblings... yeah COMPLICATED....
I think Ron and the two oldest probably have the best relationships because of the distances... Hard to get irritated with someone that far from home...
I think Ron kinda wants to be like the Twins but at the same time not like them...once again COMPICATED...
I think he has a big respect for Bill and Charlie and he looks up to them as kind of role models in the "real wizarding world" in which he can look up to.
I think Ron looks to Fred and George as an outlet from the cruel world that surrounds him. Fred and George always make Ron laugh. Well either that or they're playing jokes on him, like turning his tedy bear into a spider
Ron protects Ginny and it is soo adorable, especially with boys, so Harry better watch his back! hee hee. Anyways it kind of resembles how Ron acted with Hermione with Krum and everything so that shows that he really loves them both (Okay I know Hermione isn't a sibling but she's just tied in here.)
And Percy...well I'm just not going to comment on this one.

For Bill and Charlie, I think that he really has a sence of "Oh, he is my big brother, I sould do what they say."
With Percy.....he doesn't like him so why do what Percy says. After all, Percy is a prat! (well, was)
Fred and George make him laugh, but they also put some pressure because they all go to school together, and so he has to live up to the family name there.
Ginny....he feels an overprotection for her because [I think] she is the only one younger to him, so he has to make it his job to know everything about her.
Ron loves his family, it's just that he was overshadowed. He had a lot to live up to.

Yeah, I agree with you there Gin. All of his brothers made a difference in Hogwarts, they were all very important. They were Prefects... Head Boys... brilliant Quidditch Players... or the most famous and well-loved pranksters. Ron can't help but feel rather pressured and small. There's not really anything he can do to 'outdo' his brothers, and he feels like he has to do something amazing to be like them.
Percy... I just think that all that he says and does is for the well being of the family. Even though he may seem like a total jerk at times, he cares about his family and he only didn't think it was a good idea to be friends with Harry because he knew that Harry would drag Ron into trouble and dangerous things... which he did. xD That was just sort of a protective brother thing. Though it may not have seemed like it, he wanted Ron to be careful.
With Bill and Charlie, it's definitely a role model thing and the two people that Ron looked up to. Whenever Ron spoke about them, you could sort of tell that he was proud of them and was proud to be their younger brother. And yes, since the two are always traveling, it's rather hard to get into any quarrels or disputes.
Fred and George? He obviously loves them of course. Even though they play a bajillion tricks on him, Ron knows that they care about him. Percy is all serious and Charlie and Bill are never there, so Ron sort of looks to Fred and George as entertainment.
Ron's relationship with Ginny is definitely closer than with the others. Mostly because she's his younger sister. He definitely feels the need to protect her because one... she's a girl... and two... she's younger than him.

Well.. yeah.. I don't know about that. I think it'd be difficult for him to not tell Harry since they're best friends. He would think that Harry deserved to know. And even though Ginny was his older sister, Ron wouldn't think it right of her to cheat on Harry. So he'd most definitely tell Harry. And since Ron is just so nosy, he'll try to make things right between the two. Maybe ask Harry a "hypothetical question" about Ginny cheating on him and what Harry would do, then go from there.

Even though it wasn't any of Ron's business, he thought it was because Ginny was his sister and once again, he felt the need to protect Ginny and make sure she's with the 'right guys'. Though she does have a right to be angry and some privacy, she could've been a tad bit nicer about it, since Ron is her older brother and deserves a little bit of respect. But it's very cute how the two interact and care about each other and are so nosy into each other's lives.

To me, Ron really cares for all of his siblings. Even if he has his disagreements with them (*coughs*Percy*coughs*), he would still do anything to protect them. If anyone of his siblings was in any trouble, Ron would step up and try his hardest to keep them all safe. I also love how Ron is overprotective of Ginny. It just shows how much he wants to make sure that she is safe and not having some guy take advantage of her (or something along those lines).
