Please do not apply for either job unless you know for a fact you will be available to do the job! Promotions Officer is very important to the club, and it needs someone who will be active! This also applies to the Assistant Editor since we need someone who can keep track of all that is going on with Ron-related news!

Well anyone who's interested in helping us out managing the RWFC birthday thread , do give in ur names as in PM me if ure interested.
And applicants must keep this in mind that they do come online quite often and wht the helper would be required to do is to check the upcoming birthday list and get in touch with the co-pressys and the vice pressy, as to how we'll make it a special day for our members.

As it was announced earlier, that all fanclubs are allowed only 4 games/club, we will sadly have to remove some of our games. Do let us know which ones you want to keep, so that we can know which ones u all voted to be kept.
And theres anotherannouncement:
We need a Promotions Officer!
Anyone who wants to apply for that post PM me.
We need someone who usually makes it online almost everyday, so that we can keep up with stuff.
All fanclubs, are not just games, so we were asked to have a monthly Discussion thread. Sadly a very few of us took part on our first discussion thread, but I hope you will in this month's discussion.
If you guys have any bright ideas about what the thread should be, or what topics you would like to discuss do let us know.Thanks a lot. | |

Fanclub Fanfic The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.
As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.
What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, to see where the novel would start and end. Hey RWFC members! It has been two weeks since Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was released, and I know that most fans are dying to talk about the book! I also know that Ron Weasley fans and RWFC members are itching to discuss...well...Ron! And we can!
This fan club is now opened again, and spoilers are allowed...as long as you have the password to the forum.
HOWEVER, the site itself is SPOILER FREE! To view our general SPOILER POLICY, go HERE.
If you want to discuss other Deathly Hallow topics other than just the best character EVER, Ronald Bilius Weasley, see the Deathly Hallows Spoiler Forum right HERE.

August is the month of change here in the RWFC. Old threads will be deleted, new ones will be opened, and ALL of them will be active all the time.
With a little help from you, of course!
Shannon, Sarah, Debs and myself are working on the new and improved RWFC as we speak, so make sure you keep an eye out for the changes that are happening...we may just be calling upon you for some help!

ATTENTION ALL RONALD WEASLEY FAN CLUB MEMBERS!: Unfortunately, our Co-President, Deb (alyssa_hilary), finds herself unable to fulfill her duties as Co-President to the best of her abilities. She has decided to step down for the good of the club. She has been a terrific Officer and addition to this great club! She's amazing, and trying to juggle her personal life and find time to be here a lot is difficult. She's been awesome, which we so appreciate, and we all wish Deb the best and hope to see her around the club when she can! We love her VERY MUCH, and hopes that she always stops in to say "hi" once in a while! She will be missed.  In the meantime, our wonderful VP, Shan (padfoot_88) has been "promoted" to the position of Co-President with Sarah (angeline_fire)!! Congrats to Shan, and we know that she will continue doing a phenominal job!
So, what happens to the VP position?
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the new Vice President of the Ronald Weasley Fan Club:  SEAN (roonilwazlib!!!) CONGRATULATIONS, Sean! RWFC needs new Officers! 1. RWFC Graphics Officer (Do RWFC graphics and stuff, must come up with atleast one graphic every one or two weeks.) - Position Filled

4. 2- RWFC Birthday Blast Officers! (To keep track of the RWFC Birthdays and get a B'day siggy ready before hand) 5. RWFC Promotions Officer (To super-promote our club and rope in new members!)
