She liked him so far he made her laugh. She could see how Jai could be friends with him.

"So glad that you haven't kidnapped Jai's friends." A tall figure stood leaning against the door frame, He was eating an apple and smiling. Charlotte ran to him and jumped up on him wrapping her legs around his waist. The boy laughed and returned her hug.

"That's Shel and the tooth fairy." Charlotte introduced them grinning and jumping off her cousin.

"The tooth fairy? Hey, don't you owe me some money." He said narrowing his eyes at her playfully.

Shel nodded to the new boy in a friendly way, by way of greeting. "Hello, there," he said warmly. "Shel, like Charlotte's already told you. And, of course, that's my tooth fairy, over there," he added, glancing at Sarah. "Once again - as Charlotte's already told you. And you are?" he added, tones warm.

"Luriken, Jai's big brother." He nodded to Shel and the tooth fairy. "Just so you know," he turned to the girl "No matter if you tell us your real name it will never stick." he shrugged apologetically

Charlotte nodded. "That's my big sister," she pointed behind them at the silver car which was now parked. "And my midget." she pointed to the little boy who ran past them into the house. The girl Charlotte pointed out tunred and gave them a bright smile.

"Bonjour." she waved.

And inside the place was even prettier. Wow. She really was coming across some great places, wasn't she? Sarah looked around in awe. The place was .. beautiful. Not the crazy, stiff place like Camira's- but nice warm, preety.

Now why was he telling her that, he wondered?

"L-u-r-i-k-e-n." He spelt, "I don't know where my mom got it from." he shrugged and bit into his apple again. "Lets go inside." he looked up and squinted from the glare of the sun.

Charlotte's sister passed them and dissappeared around one of two corners, where loud laughter erupted every now and then.

"How about we find you a room and then go look for Jai." Charlotte grinned at them and moved up the stairs.

"And, well, thanks. You know. Since my hair is all perfect, and since you probably can't take your eyes off it, and since you probably want to mess it even more. So." He coughed again. "I think I need a cough syrup, tooth fairy."

He laughed as he shook his hair out of his eyes, and tightened his grip around her, in a gentle way. "I think I may love you, Sarah Corner," he said seriously, so that only she could hear him.

"Hmm," Shel said, pulling up a thoughtful face. "Let's see - One: She took my heart. Two: She renders me incapable of studying and doing homework because I'm too busy thinking of her. Three: As long as she's around, I can't really think of anyone or anything around me except her, which leads to dire consequences."

He paused, then added, "There's a fourth point, too, by the way. Want to know what it is?" He paused, prettily dramatically. "She owes me sixteen years of tooth money, and she refuses to pay it!"

He laughed at her, as she pretended to zip her mouth. "Well, to begin with - You can NOT stare at me without me realizing. Nope - not even when I'm asleep. Because I'll open one eye and stare back, and then you'll get all scared and everything will be all eerie. And my logics are meant to go to your head, you know. What's the use of them if they don't drive you insane? And did I ever mention I love you?"

I bet Charlotte thinks we're crazy. And Luriken, too.

This was a VERY long list. Sarah looked at him thoughtfully and stared at him for like a minute or so and then scratched her chin slightly. "Funny, I have the same charges against you too," She looked thoughtful again. "We must find a solutuion to this, Sheldon,"

This was a VERY serious matter.

"I have the solution to the Fourth point, Ofcourse. Forget it- The tooth Fairy in me is too EVIL and is apparently not scared of Mr. Perfect- so you have to finally let go. . ."She sighed, patting his shoulder to show sympathy.

She pretendted to open the invisible zip again. Was he reading her mind? "Can You read mind? Because- Now thats just not FAIR at all, How am I suppose to stare at you withouit scaring you and You scaring me- You aren't even letting me sneak under Your bed-"Oops. Thats was a stalkerish statement. "No Your insane statements aren't affecting me actually- Because half the nation around me believes am insane too- so When insane and inasne meets the conclusion is usually: INSANE!"Okay.
