"Me? Fine! I just don't uh... really dance... in front of people," he chuckled.

Sho continued to dance. It wasn't much of a dance, but it was still fun. At least for him it was. The music was pretty easy to dance to, which made things a bit easier on him.

Marcy giggled, slightly. "I only dance when I'm hyper, from sugar," she said with a big smile. "Like right now, I ate some of the chocolate cake and I'm feeling very jumpy."

"Oh right! There was cake... Is here any left?" he asked Marcy, looking around.

If there was cake to be found, he was ready to eat it. He was kind of hungry now that he thought about it. Cake maybe wasn't the best thing right now, but it was certainly tempting.

Marcy nodded and jumped, "Yep! The cake's on the dessert table to your left, right next to the punch bowl." She pointed at the dessert table, where the double-decker chocolate cake sat.

Lilly took a deep sigh. "My family is.. well.. I'm not on good terms with them," She said shortly. If he wanted to talk about her family, he was going to have to rip the information out of her.

Lilly smiled, thinking. "Well, I enjoy all sorts of stuff," She said, her body swaying to the tune, "I also dislike a lot of things too." She looked at him wickedly, "Why don't you guess them?" She asked, her eyes dancing.

Lilly grinned, but she stopped dancing. "Do you mind going for a walk with me? I need some fresh air," She said, pulling him by the hand off the dance floor.

She fell into step with him after they left the room. "It's your house," She remarked, "I'd like to go somewhere.. quiet, and breezy." She looked at him, "Somewhere we won't need to care about whats happening."

Friday thought about the possible rooms they could go to and thought of the perfect place. "We have a balcony on the the third floor," he responded. "That's private and plenty of breeze. Would you like to go there?"

Lilly looked at him, smiling. "I didn't ask for private.. I just needed some air.. somewhere quiet." She stood at the edge of the balcony.

A cold breeze of air bit into her bones. Must be that we're high up, She thought reasonably, but that didn't stop her body from shivering. The cold reminded her of so much.. That day her mother locked her out of the house.. or that day she ran away from home, and Amelia had to come and find her... That day that-- She couldn't think about it without bursting in tears, and she didn't want to, not now.

She took a deep sigh and turned around to look at Friday. He was watching her intently. After some attempts, she mustered a pathetic smile at him. The last thing she wanted was for him to think that she was being bothered by something. I've already burdened this boy with so much. How much more until he will stumble? She asked herself as she looked into his eyes.

He at the view...What does Lilly expect from me? I don't have much to give. I'm not even that appealing? Why did she accept me? Friday looked at her and saw she was looking at him. Friday, again nervous, looked down at the ground and bit his lip.

Lilly gave a slightly loud sigh. She gave him a smile, a real smile, and said, "So Friday.." She didn't know exactly what to say, but that was part of it. She wanted him to talk to her, not the other way around.

Friday didn't know how to reply, Lilly seems nervous...What am I suppose to do? Maybe I should talk to her and break the ice..."So...are you having a good time?"

Lilly chuckled and moved to stand infront of him. "I'm having an amazing time," She said with a warm smile. Her hands twitched to go to his, but she kept a grip on them. She didn't want to do anything that he wasn't ready for. She was already beggining to think that her earlier kiss wasn't such a wonderful idea, not if he wasn't ready for it.

If he wanted something from her, he would have to work for it himself, because she didn't want to do anything she would regret.
