"What about Hogwarts James?" Alex asked him sadly. "Reese and I will be going off to school after summer, you and Talen will be alone and Reese and I we won't have you two to protect us, it's best if I just...leave." She said quietly, turning away from him.

" Hogwarts is the safest place for the both of you. As for talen and I we are more than capable of looking after ourselves.but thats going tbe hard for usknowing that you skippedout on school and are wondering around on your own."

Alex looked up at James, sadness and fear showing in her eyes. "James, I'm scared, I scared that something will happen." She admitted to him.

" I know you are you'dbe crazy not to be ." he said hugging her. " But listen to me That mirror talen gave you.. He told you what it is right?... if anything happens use it i might just workin the centaur division but im still a ministry offical and I know people in LOTS of departments Thst I can go to if I need anything okay. "

"Thanks James, canwe...can we get Reese and leave, I'm afraid your father will be back anytime now." She said as she hugged him back.

" Any ideas how toget her to back down?" James asked " I nticed she has a pretty stubborn streak."

"Yeah she does, but the thing is, so do I." Alex said as she walked back up the drive. "Besides, Reese wants me to be safe, so I'll see to it that she makes sure that I'm safe."
She reached the porch again and took ahold of Reese's arm. "Reese we have to go, Mr. Randall could be back any minute now and I'm not going to leave without you!"

Jeremy stopped his back toward her. He shook his head. "You dont understand. You dont know who my father was. You dont know who i am" he said. He clenched his wand. Despite the nice personality Jeremy had when he got mad.. he got mad. His dad was one of the best wizards of dark magic and Jeremy was taught by his dad. Jeremy was very powerful but choose not to use his powerfu side until he absolutely had to. He closed his eyes and started walking back in the direction he came.

Alex just stood there while Jeremy was there. 'Great another person who I have put in danger, I can't be seen with anyone, no one.' She thougth to herself as Jeremy started to leave. She shook her head and looked at Reese. "If he gets hurt Reese, I'm so sorry, all of this is my fault. But you're right we need to leave and we have to leave now!"

talen nodded, as the others headed towrds the curb. he stood looking at his mother.


James gipped his wand " you all coming back to the cabin? " he asked silently taking a roll check talen was missing. he looked up to see his brother tallking to their mum.
A moment later talen turned fromhi mumand hurried down the drive were the knight bus had stopped and was waiting..

Alex stepped on the bus, not looking at anyone or talking. She sat down and just stared at the floor. How many more lives will she put in danger just because she knew them. She looked up at Talen and James. "I'm sorry about this you two, I didn't know that I was supposed to have died, I didn't know that everyone I got close to would be in danger as well."
