Introduction
Welcome to the first ever Nymphadora Tonks Newsletter! It’s undeniable that our Tonks is the bubbliest character in the whole series and we love her for that. To reflect such a bubbly character, her fanclub’s newsletter has to be just as bubbly as Tonks, right? So, lovely hyper-maniac NTFC members, why don’t you pitch in and help us make this as bubbly and Tonkish as possible? Send in anything from your poetry to graphics, to articles that are related to our Tonks and even advertisements for other SS fanclubs! Our NTFC staff has been working our pink wigs off to get this thing done, so please enjoy and help us out with it! All comments are greatly appreciated too! General Announcements
First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lari and the sponsors for allowing me the privilege of being your next co-president!
I have just a couple new additions to the forum, to which I would like to point your attention.
We now have a new information thread for Tonks, so head on over there when you find something new about our beloved witch- character and post it for the club.
Also, the fan club moderators are seeking our help to develop some questions for the SS JavaChat! Please feel free to head on over to the trivia question thread and post one or twenty questions about Tonks to help out our fan club mods!

Pink Wigs Galore!

Earlier in the fabulous year, we posted applications for new officers. And after digging around for a li'l bit, the perfect peoplefor the job were chosen! Zoe handed in her shiny, elbow length wig earlier on so she would be able to deal with furry werewolf-baby related problems, and I’m happy to announce that Jess (PhoenixRising) has taken her place (and wig) of NTFC co-president and Head Auror!
Although we lost Zoe we’ve gained a Vice President: Kelvin (cake.ninjak), who opted for a darker, shorter ‘do
Also, Maya (Detective Maya) our lovely Activities officer handed in her bubble gum pink bob as well and we all wish her well onwards. Maya’s job has been taken over by Linda (Red Fox), sporting a shoulder-length layered look and a deep red streak.
Behind shimmering pink bangs and a ponytail is Kay (Hermione rocks!) knocking away at all the pretty, and punk graphics that are SO Tonks.
So what’s my wig? Short, deep pink and long in the front. Rock on!

GAMES AND SUCH

Have you checked out the games we have going on in the club lately? We have four very fun, and very different games going on at the present time, so come and check them out yourself!
First of all, we have Tonks’ Hair Color Elimination Game. What color would you like Tonks’ hair to be? Well, to make your opinion heard on this very important issue, all you have to do is participate! The more you play, the better the chance that Tonks will be sporting your favorite hair color!
Next there is Tonks’ dares. This is a really great game where you post either “Tonks” or “Nymphadora”. If someone posts “Tonks” after your post, nothing happens, but if they post “Nymphadora,” you have to perform whatever dare they assign you! What kind of dare might it be, you ask? It might be something as simple as sending a few people a UN telling them how much you love the club, or perhaps you might have to write a poem involving Tonks and a certain person or object. The sky is the limit to what the dare could be! Come and have fun!
We also have Tonks is my Auror, where every 5th poster gets Tonks for their very own, so come and show your love!
Our last game is What Can Tonks Take to Headquarters?, which is a guessing game. The person hosting has a certain category in mind, and everyone takes a guess as to what belongs in the category, and what the category might be. It’s pretty simple, and it would be great if we could get interest going in this game again as it hasn’t been played in a while. Come find out how much fun it can be!
BIRTHDAY NEWS

We have some birthdays coming up in the Club, so I’d like to mention them to you all now so you can send these members a UN when their big day arrives!
We have Ern (Cassirin, we all know who she is!) coming up with her birthday on April 3rd. We don’t want to forget Samia, who celebrates her birthday on April 15th, or Kelvin (cake.ninjak), our new Vice President, celebrating on April 17th. What do these four people have in common, besides the fact that their birthdays are all coming up soon? They are all born under the sign of Aries! (trivia fact for the day brought to you by the NTFC).
Have fun, and don’t forget to wish them all a happy birthday!
Remonks-Back in ACTION!

Those if you who’ve been in the club for a while might have heard of and maybe even joined the Remonks Wedding, the fanclub version of the Tonks-Remus union. It didn’t quite work out the first time, but we’re giving it another go. Head over to the new, more exciting today. At the moment we’re seriously understaffed and so the forums are a little...rough. If you want to help out with the handling with the site, or become a mod to manage it, PM me, Linda Hagrid and I’ll make you one.
The site will have Hogwarts as the wedding site, as well as Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley and the homes of several made-up characters (who are all working to get the wedding on track and to service the characters before the wedding) as settings. Take a look today and RP along side your favourite characters from the books.
