Imagine that she and Remus had survived the final battle. Do you think that they would have stayed together forever, or would they eventually have broken up? Why?

Well, they definitely would have raised Teddy together...and they would grow old and moldy together too. Well, Remus would have...if werewolves can get old? They most likely would have doted on each other, and when Fudge and all the other ministers (I forget their names, *gasp*) Werewolves, Vampires, you name it, would have gotten better jobs

I think that both Tonks and Remus would've raised Teddy like any other wizarding family. Tonks would probably keep her Auroir job at the Ministry, seeming she's really good at it. I think that Remus would be something of a stay-at-home dad (Mr. Mom). Kind of cute thinking about that.

Besides our loverly Teddy of course They would go to Hogwarts though, leaving Remus alone Which leads me to believe that Remus can only be happy teaching

If they had survived, it would have saved me an hour of sadness. Also, Tonks probably would have stayed home to take care of Teddy. And maybe the ministry will have done some humanoid creature equality work, so Lupin could have gone back to teaching DADA.

Oh, yes Seeing as Kingsley is Minister at the time...that is very possible But I doubt Tonks would have been at home...after all, some of the bad guys were still out there and her parents would have loved to get a chance to set Teddy right

I think that Tonks would work and Remus would stay at home, taking care of their kid(s). Or, Remus would get a job too and Andromeda would look after her grandchildren.

I think both Remus and Tonks would have went to work. Well, maybe not until Teddy was school-age. But I could definitely have seen Tonks teaching little Teddy all sorts of crazy faces he could make with his Metamorphagus skills. That would be so cute. I think the best job for Remus would be teaching again, because he was way awesome at that. Or, I could see Remus working in the Ministry in the Magical Creatures dept., or a new department like 'affirmative-action for werewolves' or something.

I think they would have both continued to be active in their careers, since they loved it and that is how they got to know each other to begin with, plus they really want to help people anyway. Both of them would be devoted parents to Teddy, I'm sure, and Tonks would be able to give him a lot of help at using his special talents and skills. I really do think they would have stayed together forever, even though Remus was reluctant at first to marry Tonks. Once they had married, that was it, they were in it for life, and when Teddy came along that really sealed the deal. I'm sure you couldn't ask for two better parents!

Indeed you couldn't! I wonder how strict Remus would have been with an adolescent Teddy I think by the time Teddy was about 4-6 both of them would have started working again. Tonks as the Auror she had always been and Remus as maybe a private tutor. I don't think he could have gone away for too long...
