I screamed when I read that sentence, seriously...it ws 4am in the morning, everyone was sleeping but me and I just...blew. I couldn't believe it...then I started crying and punching my poor pillow.
I was so thrilled when Tonks showed Harry her ring, I actually shouted, "Go Remus!" My mom laughed at me but I was so happy I coudn't read for ten minutes thenI went on to read about the mission and went back to being calm. Tonks played a small role, btu it was so huge for us, I mean we've been waitiing and we're thrown into it suddenly. I wonder what the wedding was like? I know it was small, but who was there though?
After the inital shock wore off I was fine, still upset but fine. I mean I knew they new what the risks were and knew they had someone to watch Teddy but I don't think they thought they would die. There was the chance, yes, but...yeah me not making sense right now
And yes, I'm fashionably late for the discussions, but Iwas still in shock | |

How could you not cry, Wendy? I howled and set up tributes on my MySpace for them !!!!!!!
I wanted to see their wedding!!!
AND THEY WEREN'T MEANT TO DIE. Arthur Weasley was meant to die, but nasty JK saved him and killed of Dora and Remmy instead!!!! *screams into a pillow*
And yes, Wendy m'dear, we are now on Volume 3257 of Maddey going bonkers about it.
I was listening to JKs midnight reading and I heard her talk about Voldie teasing Bellatrix about Tonks and Remus, and I screamed, fell off my chair (hurting my wrist, btw....) and woke the whole house up.  .
And then they had Teddy and I just shrieked and danced and everything!
And then Remus and Tonks DIED and I just went AAAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHH, started crying, threw the book at the wall (there is now a dent in both of them....first edition too.....  ) and I cried for ages! IT'S NOT FAIR!!!
I'm surprised I haven't broken the keyboard, with the ferocity of my typing . But at least I have my fanfics to comfort me...I'm writing one where Tonks lives and has to raise Teddy on her own. It made me cry EVEN MORE!!!!!

Okay! First off all....WHY DID THEY HAVE TO DIE!!!!!!!! Both of them? Why?!? and moving on...I think Harry should have seen one of them die or something. I think their death was sort of brushed away...in one sentence. That didn't do the both of them justice. I had to re-read the whole paragraph before I realized that they had died!
But! Tonks did have a role in DH which is cool Especially when she showed Harry her ring and he was like "Wha?? Oh!"
Tonks handled Ron pretty good  He didn't have any huge injuries so that's a plus, although that might be Ron's own ability showing through.
I think the whole baby thing was a little rushed though...she was part of Harry's guard, in July...and then how long? Like 7 months later she has Teddy? | |

Okay, so Teddy was born at the end of April...*does maths*....
So Tonks was only just pregnant, or about to be, when they went to pick up Harry!!! *ish good at Maths*.
I wanted a much bigger role for Tonks.
I thought they were both asleep! I called Richard and go "Richard, they lived!!!!!", then he goes "No they didn't, they're dead..." And I'm just like - . "What?". And then I re-read and saw that they were dead. Which totally killed me. | |
