Hey all you mad Tom Felton Fans it's time for another comp i think, and considering it has been typical British weather here i decided to make it a Season Caption contest

Below is a picture of Tom Felton from the premier of Half Blood Prince looking smexeh if i might say and typical it was raining, The comp is to create a funny caption BUT the comment has to involve the weather
