1. Fan Club Officers needed!

As you know, I (Lissydove) will be your sponsor, Nabiya and evil punk rocker are your co-presidents, but we will need other officers for the club to help oversee and organize activities. What we need is for all interested parties to PM the answers to the following questions to your presidents. They in turn will be assigning other positions.

2. Welcome to the new TFFC forum! As we get comfortable in our new Club House, come to Tom's Chat and help think up some names for the new forum. Your co-president, Nabiya, will be posting a poll when she receives enough choices!

3. Special for Tom Felton Fan Club members only! If you want to proudly display your favorite fan club by using one of the Fan Club siggies, you may PM me your signature and I will enter it for you and link it to the club. You may only ask me to enter a Tom Felton sig, you may set it up with linkies and other stuff - just PM it the way you want it to look, all siggie rules from the submit thread still apply, be sure to credit the siggie maker and please upload to your own Photobucket account. If you do not have a PB account, I may consent to let you use mine... if you are nice to me.

4. I've received a PM from our Library admin, Dainsie, regarding the Tom Felton/ TFFC entry into the SS Library.

Hello fan club fanatics! Here at SS we are doing some remodelling of our library section, and I could really use your help. I’m looking for some actor biographies for all the main actors from all 4 movies. As a club you might like to come up with one as a project. Stuff to include could be a brief timeline of their life, what role they play in the movies, and any interesting facts about them. Contact details might also be useful. Make sure to include the names of who worked on it so they can be credited. PM any biographies to me.

I will be starting a new thread right now where I'd like you all to compile any vital and random Tom Felton facts you might know. If it's not sure, then put a "Warning: Rumour" before you post the facts.

12 Days of Potter this year will be run by the Fan Clubs. Read this thread to find out what I'm talking about.

It's come to my attention that members are saying I can give tags to you. Well, the thing is, I cant. Well, I can ask our other sponsor to do it, but I cant assign tags to those who request them. You'll get one if you get one. Maybe we would set up a thread for you to request them some day, but til some other things are taken care of in this club, please do not request any tags from either myself or Lissy.

We try to give every member something, but for now there are a few things that need our attention first.

I know I may not be an officer or president or anything but .. I am the Felton mafia founder, along with Tara (DanIsMyMan)
and I would just like to say a few things.
1. Welcome to the felton mafia if you are a member and please credit the siggies.

TFFC FACELIFT

That's right, the TFFC has been inactive for a while now. We've been slacking. Yes, we have, and as one of the oldest and biggest Fan Clubs on SS, this truly is a shame. The sponsors of the club and the Fan Club mods have decided that it's time to do something about it; We're going to give the club a makeover.

We need new officers. Many of the current officers have not been doing their jobs, some of them have even disappeared completely off the face of the site! So we're going to get rid of the old officers and hire entirely new ones! The following positions are available:

1 Vice-President
1 Secretary
1 Graphics Officer
1 Games Officer

If you are interested in filling up one of these positions, please complete the following questionnaire and PM it to me:

Fanclub Fanfic

The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.

As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.

What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, to see where the novel would start and end.

Hello Fanclubs! It is about time you guys got another event! Well with July being a big Potter month, there is not a better time. As a Fanclub, you will be able to create your own version of Deathly Hallows. However, it will not be any ordinary version, you will have to write it from your characters perspective. If you play a cast member, then you do the character they play, if your character is deceased you can bring them back or have it looking down on the situation as a passed on ghost or the likes. This is not a competition, but some fun for all Fanclubs. Here is some guidelines:

1. Each fanfiction should be at least 7 chapters long or more. Within these chapters you must tell a complete story and conclude the Harry Potter series.

2. You can help all of your Fanclubs! and even share ideas throughout all of the Fanclubs. However, we do want to see a variety of stories coming from you all.

3. Not all fanclubs have to participate, it is completely optional but can lead to rewards for your fanclub.

4. It is completely up to the fanclub to arrange and organise their fanfiction. Who writes what etc.

5. Your fanfiction can be of any genre and we would like to keep it as cannon as possible, however we would love a bit of crazy additions to the story.

6. All fanfiction and SS rules apply. Your fanclubs fanfiction will be of SS rating Sa9+

A message from your FC mod

Change to Chat Threads in the Fan Forums

You may be a aware that the chat threads in, not only our fan club, but the others too, are slowing changing their name. They are not going to be "Chat" threads, but "Discussion" threads from now on.
There are other places on Snitch Seeker dedicated to letting you hang loose and chatter with other members and staff on the forum. This as you probably already know is The TP. Therefore we would like no pointless spam in the Discussion threads, but a place to talk about the very character or actor you are supporting.
