I agree with Jasmine, since DH came out and the HEs helped in the battle they began to realize that people did care about them in a small way and began to start feeling free by showing they can do more than help ut. And like Jasmine said with Hermione at the head of the Magical Law Enforcment job she'd make sure everyone started respecting the elfs, and by that they'd start feeling more independant.

I like what Jess said about a course on the treatment on Elves, I think it would show that the Ministry is serious about treating the HE's right. If the HE's saw how much the Ministry cared about them now then they'd be more apt to be free.

You know, I agre. There's nothing better than releasing stress than going out and celebrating. They should be free for one week a month, to do whatever they want too. Of course I'm still all for freeing all the elves (those who want to be freed of course) and letting them do as they choose.

Haha that would be awesome! How would a free elf party though? By drinking some Butterbeer?
