We are rabid fans of the one and only Remus John Lupin. Here at the Shrieking Shack, you are welcome to join in our pack and show your adoration for the intelligent werewolf that once belonged to Gryffindor House. Who knows! You might just find yourself face to face with a boggart. Maybe you'll even be standing side by side with Order of the Phoenix members to help stop those Death Eaters from causing mass mayhem throughout the world. What do we do?
As a fan club, we will be having discussions about the man himself, Remus Lupin. As well as having club discussions, activities (ranging from fan fiction to graphics competitions and so much more) will be held from time to time. And, as always, every month we will gather together to howl at the full moon. Remember to take your Wolfsbane Potion! I am a member; now what?
If you are reading this thread and you have already been accepted as a member of the pack, then you are definitely on the right track! As a member of this club, you will be permitted to post within the threads we have provided in the Remus Lupin Fan Club and get acquainted with fellow werewolves who share the same love you have for our furry friend. However, first feel free to introduce yourself to the pack in this thread (please remember, this is not a chat thread and is for introductions only). I guess I will be kicking us off with the introductions here at the Shrieking Shack. Hmm. Where to begin? ... I guess it would be proper to start with my name and all that jazz, right? Riiight. So here we go!
My name is Zoe and I am your big and scary sponsor here at the Remus Lupin Fan Club. I was born very early in the morning on December 26, 1991 with my younger twin brother, Zach, making me nineteen years old. Besides having one younger brother by, like, five minutes or so, I have an older brother and sister to add to that bunch. I am currently a student majoring in English and minoring in Drama at a university in the USA. When I'm not at home or in class, you can probably find me working in Starbucks (I've been told that I make a mean Strawberries & Crème Frappuccino, lol). Overall, I am a crazy Remus fan girl that loves writing, reading, listening and playing music, and eating delicious banana cream pie.
As sponsor of this club, I wish to give you all a warm welcome and to let you all know that I am looking forward to howling at the fool moon with you every month. Don't worry, we will, of course, spend quality time together on the other days too. Once more, welcome to the club and enjoy your stay!

A little about me: I’m 23 years old, and I was born on the 5th day of February 1986. I am the youngest of five children, but not the baby of my family (I have nephews and nieces). I live in New York but I was born in Guyana, South America. I am a hopeless romantic who absolutely loves reading (a passion I recently discovered) and anything to do with music.
Remus is one of my favorite characters of the wizarding world, I have a soft spot for werewolves, and I can’t wait to meet all you wonderful Lupin Lovers.

For those of you who don't know, I'm Linda. You may know me as Professor Antonio Dumont, Muggle Studies professor or perhaps even as Samantha Rose, Head of the Department of Magical Education in the Ministry.
Here's a little about me. I live in California but was originally born in Virginia. I am the youngest of four children (my mother was 42 when I was born!) I love SS, I think it is the most wonderful site on the internet. Some other things I like include knitting (yes, I'm an avid knitter, some would say rabid!), bowling, reading, writing, travel and scrapbooking.
Remus is a great character, and very honorable. I know he truly did Tonks, and it made me sad when they died in the book.

Hello there my fellow rabid werewolves!! 
For those of you who don't know me, I'm Jess and now just a regular wolf member of the Shrieking Shack. You might also know me as Former Hufflepuff Prefect Dominic Denton, former Dept Head of Magical Transportation, Lorraine Brothmeister, or current Shopkeeper of Primpernelle's, Sophia Anne Vivaldi. I'm also officer in a number of other fan clubs, because I'm just an avid fan of EVERYTHING, 
A little about me: I'm 23 5 years old, born on the 16th day of August 1986 2004. I'm the youngest of three children, because apparently being the youngest and an officer here at RLFC is like the "cool" thing,  (just kidding!! or am I? ). Currently I live in New Jersey and working several part-time jobs, as I try to find my niche in this world.
Like Gin, I am also a bit of a hopeless romantic... and I have a passion for werewolves (or one in particular from the Twilight series, which is the only reason I'm still reading the series because I really can't stand books! I find the writing to be very poor, =/ *hides from the Edward fangirls* )

My school character is Blake Victoria Winchester and shes in her fifth year, and just completed her OWL and my MOM character is Tallin Burke, from the Department of Education,in the Inspection Committe Section.

hello my brothers and sisters of the wonderful werewolf pack...
i am Harita,i am from India.i have been on SS from the beginning of 2009 or so and i have loved this site even before i joined in as a member.i am soon going to be 19 in few days time yay!
i have been in love with HP from the time i saw PoA i know that's a bit late but i worked myself up and kept myself updated about HP ever since and my first HP book to read (and complete  ) was PoA so all in all i joined HP when Remus Lupin came in(though he was from James Potter's time...but anyway) and i must say as everybody knows he is the best and the most nicest (i hope its the word) DADA professor Hogwarts has ever had...
and all the time Remus has been in the rest of the books i have liked him....i was stunned in DH when Harry and Remus have an argument and how defeated Remus feels and how he internally blames himself too for Sirius' death 
i choked when i read the finale of DH. Remus died...i couldnt believe that happened and so did Tonks
we will miss you both...

Hi!
My name is Daphne, I'm from Germany so my English isn't perfect. I am 15 but soon I will be 16 (ok, it's still half a year^^).
I like Remus since I read the third book. He is my favorite DADA teacher too and I was very sad when I've read that he died. Nearly all my favorite characters died.

I think he is such an amazing character and when he died along with Tonks I was very upset. I think David Thewlis does justice to him in the films.

Hey Lupin Lovers
My name is Jess, I'm 21 and I live Down Under! I'm currently studying nursing at University, and I'm in my frightening last year - ahh! I love what I do though.
I love Lupin a lot, he was one of my highlights of the 3rd book. Just his personality is such a nice part of the book, and how he is with Harry. I always loved Lupin and Sirius a lot because they are Harry's only link to his father (by that I just mean how they were best friends), and it makes me so sad that Harry has lost every one of them. Long Live Lupin!
