Hello Everyone,
I thought I'd post this here so members can discuss on what to plan for the holiday season. I am not sure how many were around during last year, but we celebrated the holidays over the entire month of christmas where admins did something special over a period of days and the entire event was called 12 days of potter. This year we will be having the same thing, but instead of admins hosting it, it will be fan clubs hosting certain days.

RLFC will be on Day 6 - December 11th - 12th - Lupin, Tonks, Ministry of Magic So it would be great if officers and members of the club collaborated and brainstormed for ideas on what special treat to give SS Members for the holiday season , dicussion on this can be carried out at the Shrieking Shack Chat, Good Luck

Fanclub Fanfic The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.
As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.
What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, to see where the novel would start and end. Quote:

With this privilege comes rules...As long as the fan clubs have active discussions going, they are more than welcome to have their chats. Myself and the Fan Club Mods will keep watch over the fan clubs to make sure that they have their discussions going. One that would not be active would be if someone has not posted in two weeks or longer.
A first warning will be sent to the club Presidents and CC to the Sponsors to let them know that they need a current and active discussion going. The second will be that the chat will be closed until this matter can be solved.

2. Right now, until the fan clubs can be revived with activity once again, the Request thread will be closed until further notice. Attention! Remus needs you!
There are three exciting opportunities here in the RLFC!
1: Activities Officer.
This role is focused on the games that are we play here in the RLFC. You will work with the other officers to generate ideas for the larger games, as well as being responsible for the Boggart In The Wardrobe thread.
2: Graphics Officer:
This role is focused on the graphics for the club including grab bags, promotions and prizes.
3: Birthdays Officer:
This role is focused on wishing our members a Happy Birthday from the club and maintaining the list of birthdays.
We work as a team here at the RLFC and all officers will be encouraged to continue this team spirit and contribute to discussions and planning.
To Apply:
