- It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but the potion brewing is super cool!

- McGongall's extra backstory is probably my favourite thing so far. Awesome.

- Diagon Alley is fun too, hopefully more of the shops will open with more things to buy COMEONQUALITYQUIDDITCHSUPPLIES

- The whole thing is just so much better than I ever expected.

When potions works I like it, but the stand out for me is the new canon information. Just the teeny background details like the establishment of the Hogwarts express *totes worked that into my RPing* and hatstalls *this too*

It's such a pity that Duelling hasn't been opened...

I'm enjoying the potions part even if I never manage to get the ones with bottled ingredients right, or if I do I end up spilling the rest because the bottle won't stay up once I've used it.

I love all the illustrations, they are breathtaking!

I love the extra information, especially McGonagall's and the Dursley's. It kind of made me feel sad for Petunia though, I wonder if she hadn't been so jealous of Lily whether she'd have actually gone after Vernon? And poor McGonagall too I wish there could be a profile for everyone though, I love knowing people's houses and birthdays.

I hope dueling goes back up soon, I'm desperate to give it a try!

I have seen my friend do the potions and I think I like that the best so far.

I like the potions, once I got the hang of it, although the timing is not the best, giving so little time to prepare it and waiting way too long for it to brew. But I like it. And I'm sure I would like the Duel once they finally open the duels again!

And Loved McGonagall's back story. She was my favorite teacher and now she is my favorite character! love her. Can't wait to see what other back stories we get.

McGonagall's story is the most interesting by far......

My favourite bits so far relate to the new information, but to tell you the truth, I thought that there would be more of it (i know she has to stagger it over 7 books but what can I say, I'm impatient). Loved the information on McGonagall, that was fantastic

I feel like I have missed important bits as I finished book 1 in 1 hour and now doesn't feel like there is much to do. I have practiced a few spells and am waiting for my first potion to brew (80 mins - really?) and would love to provide detailed feedback and ideas, but keep getting my comments moderated (no inappropriate content that I can see) and only given a little room to provide my thoughts. Also, I can't see where you can interact with others

Am I missing any important parts to this as I want as full an experience as possible?

The graphics are amazing. The extra info I've gotten to so far is great, especially the stuff about wands. I just love the interactivity of it, getting to click on things in each scene for extra content or to collect them, to get a wand and be sorted, etc. It makes me really excited for what kinds of things we'll get to do in the other books.

I used to hate Potions, but now I got the hang of it and now I love it!

I absolutely love McGonagall's history. I almost shed a tear.
I love the new information in general, it's absolutely genious.

It's a shame the Duelling isn't open yet, I want to try it so bad!

Professor McGonagall's story is by far my favorite part. The graphics are amazing, and brewing is fun--especially now that Ravenclaw is in the lead! I would like to try dueling; I hope that they bring that back soon.

Same here. LOVED McGonagall's story, too. And the extra info about Privet Drive and the Dursley's.
Potions is cool. Took me a few to figure out that you just have to click the wand once.. lol!
And it's fun collecting stuff, so I'm going slow.. Sorta.

Having gotten through the book, I have to add the potions logic puzzle as a favorite. To actually see it and get to figure it out myself was SO much fun!

I'm just getting to grip with potions now. My hardest bits were the bottles. Putting the bottled stuff into the mortar is the hardest thing.

I loved all the extra bits, the bit about the Dursleys and Little Whinging was my favourite. They are one of the first thing in most of the books so it was nice to find out more detail and how they come about.

Can't wait for more. I just hope i don't have to wait too long for the next book that i get bored of waiting.

The extra info about the wands!

I'm curious to know if there's a purpose for all the things we collected.

I'm sure there will be.

After getting the hang of it, potion making is nice. Although the waiting time is indeed too long on the brewing.

I really love all the additional information we can find. Once all seven books have been opened, there should be quite an amount of stuff.

Favorite was the wand choosing. First I thought it was random but then, after reading on wand cores, woods and flexibility, I saw how fitting the one I got was.

Favourite parts from book one was getting a wand and the sorting ceremony, they were fun, and I loved the results I also loved the potions/logic puzzle to get to the stone, I loved that I finally got to do it properly, the geek inside me has never been happier lol

The additional reading material, the art and of course the surprises (finding collectables) are amazing experiences.

But, more specific would be:

1. Getting sorted (and being a Gryffindor!!!)
2. Mc'Gonagall's story (sad but beautiful)

I enjoy everything XD
3. The wand I own (same as McGonagall!!)

Yes I also loved McGonagall's back story as well. She had always been one of my favorite characters in the Harry Potter series. I also loved shopping in Diagonal Alley! I really hope to see the Quidditch supplies story open next year, but maybe it won't be open until the next book or third book.
