This is thread is where we will be posting club information & all the fun stuff.

1. I have made a video for the members of our lovely fan club! I made it just for all of you and if like me you will really enjoy it! You can check out the video now!

2. There is a competition going on right now in the fan club. Go to this post for full details!

3. We have just appointed a new Vice President in place of Stacey (LadyNRd73 ). Congratulations to Christa ( siriusly_loving_gary ). Please check out this post for the announcmennt contained in the thread!

4. We now have our very own Photo Bucket account! Yes! That's right! Where all the clubs graphics will lie for others to use at their leasure. I will remind you that you can not add any graphics yourself! They need to go to either me or siriusly_loving_gary via PM! Then we will add them for you.
Also for anyone using any of the graphics you need to credit who made them! They will be clearly labeled with the user who made them!

I would like you all to make your way over to the "12 Days of Potter" planning thread (Which is here) and start to feed in your ideas as we only have 5 days to make a final decision on what we want to give members! I will be putting a poll up in the thread itself containing the ideas we could do or that have not been asked for already by other FC's so we can have a vote! Please help and contribute!

Fanclub Fanfic

The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.

As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.

What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, to see where the novel would start and end.

Change to Chat Threads in the Fan Forums

Therefore we would like no pointless spam in the Discussion threads, but a place to talk about the very character or actor you are supporting.

I've been a little concerned with the lack of discussion lately, though the games are in full use. If we could, I'd like to see a little more happening once more in the discussion thread, or another discussion topic created.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

There needs to be more discussion and/or planning in this fan club. If there isn't within 10 days then the game threads will be locked.

In addition to this, I would like all of the officers to contact me. Anyone who doesn't contact me within 2 weeks will be replaced.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

As none of the officers have contacted me, and thus far this FC is dead, I will be taking applications for new club presidents and vice presidents. If you wish another position feel free to send in an application and I will consider it. If no one contacts me or Mathi for an officer position it is possible the club may be shut down. We will do everything we can to keep that from happening, however, there needs to be some activity in this fan club, and we need members who are actually reading the announcements thread.

As there have been attempts at reviving the HPFC, I will be re-opening the games. However, do understand that if there are no discussions for a long period of time once more, then the games will be closed again.
