At least some people like the Remus/Tonks. I thought that Harry was off his rocker when he said that maybe Tonks loved Sirius. It was like, Ewww!! They're RELATED! Duh!

And the Harry/Ginny "break-up" at the funeral, was not a break-up! Some of my friends are saying that it was. It was Harry trying to protect Ginny, and it was very cute! So don't say otherwise!

Oh and Firebolt7, I guessed the whole Remus/Tonks. There are some REALLY subtle hints in OotP and at the beginning of HBP, if you payed attention. (unlike some of my friends)

Ok I think everyone saw Draco and Pansy. I think that was was expected from the beginning. After all how many pure blood witches are left that are not directly related to the Malfoy's in some significant way?

Ron and Lavender. Come on I saw that one a mile away. If Ron needed experience kissing and having a girlfriend of course he is going to pick the girl in his house that he knows he can get. Of course the only reason he did it was because of what Ginny said to him.

Ron and Hermione. Ok since when has Hermione shown those kinds of feelings about anyone? Even Krum didn't get a bleep on the radar.

Harry and Ginny. Seemed like that was way to sudden. One minute she is just his best friends little sister then next he is jelous of her boyfriend then there kissing? I didn't see it and still don't. Seemed out of character to me. But then I must remember 16 year old homonal boy.

Lupin and Tonks. Thought maybe, but then not really. But thought they would make a cute couple. After all Lupin is quiet and intraverted and Tonks is loud and extravagent. They balance each other out.

The other couples, didn't really care one way or the other. Still think Ron and Luna would be really cute together. She would keep that boy on his toes. )

i really didn't think that harry and ginny would get together. i don't think they should have.
i think that tonks and lupin would make a good couple though. i though it was funny how he said he was to old for her and that she should find someone young.

JKR did a great job with the romance in the book. It wasnt overdone or too mushy which would have taken away from the main themes of the book.

How can anybody insult this book??? thought it was ingenious! I mean, I'm a R/H, H/G, and T/L shipper (though many would wonder where I got the T/L thing from). For all those that were disappointed, you must remember, this is JK's book, and she'll have her reasons. I will admit, however, that there was ALOT more love stuff in this one. I just hope harry and ginny get back together after voldemort dies.

How often does Hermione show those kinds of feelings, too? She wouldn't want anyone to know that she liked him. And we don't know that Krum didn't get a bleep on the radar. She doesn't exactly talk to Harry about her romantic life.

Harry/Ginny: I LOVE IT! Even though it was only temporary, I'm confident they'll get back together.

Ron/Lavender: I am disgusted, appalled, and amused. On Lavender's part, I was thinking, that little dirty... but on Ron's part, I was thinking too things: Ron you big stud you, and Ronnie's just trying to make Hermione jealous.

Draco/Pansy: Knew it was coming, no big deal.

Bill/Fleur: I knew it! I love that ship. However...Phlegm. That is hilarious!

Tonks/Lupin: Never saw it coming. But it's still cute.

Hermione/McLaggen: I thought I was gonna PUKE.

Harry/Luna: No comment.

Ron/Hermione: I don't care if it hasn't happened exactly yet. It IS going to happen. Ron said Hermione in his sleep.

Harry/Hermione: Two thumbs DOWN. I hate that ship.

Indeed!! That was what I hope everyone realises is that Harry did NOT break up with Ginny, but just said that he believes they should not see each other because he really cares about her in a way even if it means he doesn't see her for a while...And Ginny's fierceness in her eyes when she said that she doesn't care if she is in danger if she is with Harry proves that she is not ever going to "get over" Harry... And quite possible they will be together in the end if Harry triumphs...Their love for each other will eventually conquer Voldemort, because isn't that what Dumbledore has said all along, that love is the greatest weapon of all to defeat Voldemort?

No it'd definately happening. My sister wants nothing more than for Harry to end up with Hermione, but it's SO going to be Ron. I've been telling her that there have been little clues from the start, but this book gave it away.

I belive JK actually said H/Hr will NOT happen. They are simply platonic friends.

Yeah when I told my sister Ron was going out with Lavender...she's like, "Told ya so." I hoped to god that he would break up with her, and they did, haha.


Sirius and Tonks. When Harry suggested Tonks loved him... I was like, "Good God Harry! They're related for cryin out loud!"

This book was so amazing

Harry & Ginny :: It was beautiful the way they connected. The way they looked at each other. And The monster inside him that wanted to attack Dean. They were meant for each other.

Pansy & Draco:: She put in some hard long years for that. Ofcoarse she was going to get what she wanted.

Ron & Hermione:: This will soon hit the cealing. They obviously have real feelings for each other.

Tonk & Lupin:: Wow, unexpected. Caught me way off gaurd. She really loved him If her appearance and Patronus changed

Bill & Fluer:: funny at first. But very cute.

I thought Dean & Ginny / Ron & Lavender / Hermione & Mclaggen were going to make me sick to my stomach.

I did see harry and Ginny getting together, in OotP. There is a passage there where you can see that Harry had deep feelings for Ginny. Ron and Hermione, Totally saw that one comming, But I was mad with Ron for his attitude. Remus and Tonks, totally unexpected!!! I'm so happy for him, he deserves to be happy.

Ron is a sixteen year old scathinly jealous boy. What do you mean his attidude? LOL Its TYPICAL that he'd try to make her jealous like that.

it was great to see harry n ginny together, though it was short, i think she's perfect for harry - she's not bossy like Hermione or weepy like Cho.

pansy n draco - urgh.

ron n hermione - it looks as though they're together in the end, that was nice. the whole lavender/ron thing was funny.

Lupin n tonks - that was unexpected, but it's nice that Lupin's with someone now. i bet he'll be a bit more cheerful.

We're soooooooooooooo going to get R/Hr it's not even funny... Okay so it is funny... Okay so it's downright hilarious even...

But the last chapter was soooooooooooooooooooooooo sad. I loved how Ginny knew...she just understood, she expected it, and I kind of figured (I've read some fan fictions were this happened too) But this is canon it wasn't supposed to happen here... I still think they'll end up together in book 7 but it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo saaaaaaaaaaaaaad.

So glad that h/r will happen but h/g annoys me. Its supposed to be harry/luna, urg. I don't like harry with ginny, I never have and I never will.
