I have a couple of disturbing scenes:
1. Dumbledore's death. He's invincible, and I can't believe he's really gone!
2. Katie being cursed by the necklace.
3. Madame Rosemerta being Imperiused by Draco. Whaat?
4. Ron's brush with death by the poisoned drink.

I'd have to say when Draco was cursed with sectumsempra  I had a really horrible mental picture with that 
And the Inferi (however you spell it) I had a bad picture with that too. Those parts are kinda like...*twitch* Yeah...

The cave scene without doubt, it was really awful to read Dumbledore begging for death, his death was shocking yes but it was more surprising than horrifying and i already knew he would die (i hate you people who spoiled me the book)

Definately Dumbledor's death. The last few chapters of the book were so sad. Also the fact that Snape had to do it. We all think so bad of him until the next book. Then we see he was doing what Dumbledor had asked of him.
Dumbledor begging for death in the cave was also very tragic

I agree that the most disturbing scene was when Dumbledore was begging to die in the cave. It was creepy. It was really hard to read. Also the sectucemtra scene was disturbing. Harry was completely shocked and Draco was covered in blood. I was shocked. | |

DD's death and funeral scene were quite wrenching. I actually felt some sympathy for Snape and his dilemma, only faintly revealed in the movie. However, the parts about Greyback were more creepy to me than most anything else, as his character was revealed. Great thread, by the way!

I thought it was so sad when Hermione cried, because I can 100% relate to her (not with Ron, but you know what I mean).
Of course, I loved it when she sent the birds after him. Hehehe.
I cringe when I see DD shaking his head, that he doesn't want any more of that "water", and Harry's begging him to finish it because he needs to.
And I hate the part where Harry blasts Draco with that curse, and Draco's bleeding to death. I said out loud, "Good JOB, Harry!" in the theatre.
