Hello again, guys!  Me, Raven the Random is back again with the third SS100 drabbles about my current school charrie, Ava Burton. Professor York - Jessiqua *********** 95. Snowball No matter what the season is, Ava loves playing outside. Especially in winter because she loves snow. She dragged her twin brother to play outside. “Come on, Teddy! Let’s play outside. We can play snowball war!” She beamed.
“Noooo.. I want to stay at home, reading books and drinking hot chocolate.” The Burton boy refused.
“You’re boring.” She mocked him. Grabbing some snow and formed it into ball, the brunette girl then throw it to Teddy and hit his face.
“Hey!” He frowned and pouted, Hehehe. Instead of throwing a revenge, Teddy walked back and leave her.
Whaaaaaat??? No way.

100. Homework
"Teddy!!!"
One of the perks having a super smart twin brother is, he wouldn’t mind to teach you how to do your homework. "I don’t understand this, could you teach me pleaaaaaase??" And of course he’d never object her request. Picking up his quill, Teddy explained her about the karmic number. Merlin, Arithmancy was very effing difficult. Why she had to take this class?
"Here." He handed her the parchment of his work.
"Woah, wait! Teach me from the beginning, I don’t understand!" She protested.
"You won’t." He said. "Just copy this and your homework will be finished."

"You want me to do levitating charm on you?" Henric said in disbelief. "NO WAY! No freaking way!"
They were thinking how to make a basketball hoops by using an old basket, and he thought that putting it to the statue head would be a good idea.
"But how could we find a ladder here? And you cannot create one, Henric. Come on, I’ll be okay." After a long discussion, Then he did perform the levitating charm on her. Merlin, she’s levitating! High enough to put the basket but...
THUD!
She fell to the ground and dislocated her shoulder. "OOOOUUUUUUUUCH!!!"

"Burton, Ava."
The brunette girl stepped up once the Professor called out her name. Was she nervous? A little bit. But she’s more excited than nervous.
"Well..." The sorting hat said. "You are nothing like your father, and your siblings.. You’re very different from them. Mischievous, stubborn, reckless, troublesome..."
"You sound like my mom." She blurted out.
"But you’re bold, fearless, and not afraid to stand up for people. I think you should be in..... GRYFFINDOR!"
Ava jumped happily and headed to the scarlet lion table. Watching her twin brother that belong to... Ravenclaw, like she had predicted before.

13. Quidditch
Quidditch camp! Ava was very excited with the Quidditch camp here, unlike her twin brother that seemed like he wanted to escape anytime soon. They were coached by the famous Quidditch player including... ALEC SUMMERS! Gosh, she liked him and he’s such an excellent seeker. "Alec Summers! Hi I... I’m Ava and I’m such your big fan." She said sheepishly to him.
"Nice to meet you, Ava my big fan." The seeker said.
ZXCFREDCFGFDSCFVGBH!!!! Alec was such a nice person! He also gave her autograph, took photo together and hugged her! This is such the best moment of her life.

1. Herbology
“What did you just call me?” The older Gryffindor boy asked.
“Flower boy!” She said it again. That nickname kinda suit Yoongi though, as a boy who had pretty face but apparently he didn’t seem very smart. Yeah, Yoongi the flower boy.
“What do you mean by flower boy? Was is associated by flower or something?” He curiously asked her.
“Well....” She didn't want to tell him “I think it would be better if you find it by yourself. Look at the textbook or ask the Herbology Professor.” She suggested.
“Okay, I’ll find it.”

“Sweet Merlin, Ava!” Her mother screamed once she entered her bedroom. It was such a HUGE mess. There were too many candy wraps and other things on the floor, not to mention that her bed was messy and all of her toys were EVERYWHERE.
“Yes, mom?” The brunette girl casually asked and that make her mother glared. “Look at your bedroom! Merlin, you’re a girl! How could you live in a mess like this? Clean it now!” She commanded.
“Fine.” She said halfheartedly. She wished that her family had house elf so she didn’t need to do this by herself.

“Excellent answer, Ava!” Professor York then offered her a bowl of Bertie botts beans. Ava took one and ate it. Nom nom nom.... But then she felt that her face was warm, red and swollen. Not to mention that it’s getting itchy.
“Ava, what’s wrong?” The Professor asked. “Do you have an allergy?”
“A shrimp. I’m allergic to shrimp.” And she didn’t have the anti-allergy potions on her now.
“Take this, darling.” The Professor handed her a vial. Once she drank it, her face turned into normal again. “Thanks, Professor.”
Never trusted Bertie botts again. She kept on her mind.

Even though she often helped her father when he brewed potions, Ava was still clueless how to start brewing this potions. She usually helped the non-magical part like preparing the ingredients. Okay, what should she do first?
“Hey, do you need some help?” Suddenly someone talked to her. EEEEEEEP!!! It's the Head Boy! She just nodded and listened to his explanation. Merlin, he was so helpful and nice. Maybe it was part of his job, helping the clueless firstie like her. But Zander Adair was really nice to her!
That’s why she didn’t believe what Aparecium had said about him.

Ava just finished practicing Quidditch with Dima and Keenan. Before she headed back to home. The lioness decided to stop at her sister’s place first to grab something .
“Zhenny?” She knocked the door, but there’s no answer. Opening the door, Ava realized that it was unlocked. Huh? She walked in entering the house and looked around. She found her sister was in the kitchen with her boyfriend. It seemed like she walked in when they both were snogging. Oopsie Daisies...
This was awkward.
“Sorry I uh... I think I left my sneakers here.” Quickly she grabbed it and ran away.

SMACK!!!
Ava Burton just punched a big kid, right on his nose.
The ten-year old girl could see the blood was oozing from the victim’s nose. It was such a good punch, she admitted. She’s not a type of violent meanie person who like to physically abuse someone. But today, she had to do it because she didn’t have any choice. That kid and his gank just taunted her twin brother.
“Leave my brother alone, you big fat meanie bully!”
Once she watched those kids leaving, Ava grabbed her rucksack and whispered to Teddy. “Please don’t tell mom about this.”

Ava was in a big trouble now.
She knew that Teddy wouldn’t betray her and told their mom that she punched a kid a few days ago. But since her mother was a teacher on their school, of course she knew about this.

“I want to own a Hippogriff farm.” He answered. with his big grin “So I’m gonna study Care of Magical Creatures in university. Study more about hippogriffs and then own the Hippogriff farm.”
“Ooooh!!! I think you should have magical creatures zoo instead of hippogriff farm.” She suggested.a better idea.

Zander Adair.
Every time she saw or interacted with the Gryffindor Head Boy, Ava couldn’t stop blushing and giggling sheepishly and… doing something stupid sometimes. She didn’t know why. He was so nice and helpful to her. Well, she befriended with other guys like Henric and Adi and both of them were nice too. But they didn’t really make her blush like Zander did.
Was she in love with him? Pfffft…. Please, she’s just ELEVEN years old! She was too young to fall in love with a guy. Maybe somebody was poisoned her food with love potion or something else.

It’s her eleventh birthday! Of course the best present ever was the Hogwarts letter, but as her mom had promised, Ava and her twin brother could own a pet as their birthday present. Too bad that she wasn’t allowed to own an iguana or a corn snake yet. Boo…
Wandering around the menagerie, she stared at the feline cages. Maybe she should own a kneazle. What actually the differences between mundane cat and a kneazle? They both look same! But in the end, she picked a male Russian blue kitten instead of the magical feline.

After she’s bugging her sister for a long time, FINALLY Zhenya allowed her to meet her boyfriend. She looked up on that tall blonde guy. Merlin, he was SO TALL! He’s like… the tallest person ever that she’d ever met.
“Are you a half-giant, Gary?” Ava asked him curiously. Apparently her question make him laugh. “No, I’m not a half-giant.” He answered.
Okay… maybe he’s not a half-giant. She believed that. Or maybe it’s because she’s short… like a leprechaun.
Maybe she should dress up as a leprechaun this Halloween.

You suddenly were awake in the middle of the night. Feeling so thirsty made you decided to walk downstairs to get some milk. You tried to wake your twin brother up but he still slept soundly so you decided to go there. alone.
But before you reach the kitchen, you noticed that your parents were there, throwing arguments to each other. You couldn’t help but shocked, but you couldn’t do anything since you were eight years old. You were too young to be involved but you couldn’t tell anybody either.

Did he think that she didn’t know about this? “You wanted to kiss Zhenya’s friend, right The veela one?” Or half-veela? What was her name again? Okay, it didn’t matter. She watched his face turned red like a tomato. Hehehehe, little Teddy has a crush!

Professor York is leaving Hogwarts?
“But why... Professor?” The young lioness just couldn’t believe it. She’s such a great professor. Didn’t she just teach for one term? Ava wasn’t pleased to hear that. That white-haired woman was her favorite. “Did you not like us?” Cue her sad puppy eyes and childish pout.
“Ava, I’m so sorry.” Said the Transfiguration Professor. “It’s been a great opportunity to teach you. You’re such a talented student, but I have personal stuff going on.”
Ava leaned forward and gave the woman a huge farewell hug. How she’s gonna ace the transfiguration class without her?

“Mama, I want to have my own bedroom.” One day, the nine-year old Ava asked. It’s not that sharing a bedroom with Teddy wasn’t fun. It was fun but... she’s grown up, okay? And she wanted to have her private space.
“No, Ava. You’re too young to have your own.” Her mother refused.
TOO YOUNG? She’s gonna be ten years old in a few weeks!
“There are some girls things that I’m gonna do but.. Having Teddy in my bedroom makes it awkward, you know that. Please, mama...” She tried to negotiate.
“Fine, you can take your sister’s old room.”

“I’m okay.” That Russian woman quickly wiped her tears. “Just... I missed your sister.” She knew that the relationship between Zhenny and her mother wasn’t good. In fact, She hadn’t come back home for years. “I miss her too...” She leaned closer and gave her mom a hug.
“It was my fault that your sister left home. I wish I had a timeturner to go back, and fix my mistake.” She confessed. “And now she doesn't want to see me anymore.”

She was kinda surprised how her mother opened up her problem to her. “But I don’t think Zhenny hates you.” The twelve year-old girl said. Although she wasn’t really sure about that. Every time she brought up the topic, Zhenya always had a way to turn it down. Sometimes Ava really wanted to sneak into her pensieve and read her mind.
“Do you think so, Ava?” Her mother asked. Ava just nodded slowly to her mother. “I’ll talk to her and bring her home, one day. I promise, Mama.” She just needed to figure out how to persuade her sister.

“Uncle Archie?” Little Ava walked into her uncle’s room and found that he was currently taking a nap. “Uncle, wake up. let’s play at the playground again!” The six year-old girl tried to wake him up. by poking him with stick, tickle his feet and even took some of his beard hair. Her uncle still didn’t wake up. He was such a huge sleepyhead.
She found a permanent marker on her uncle’s desk. Her creative and mischievous idea then make her draw things on Archer’s face. When he woke up, that man was so mad like a wild bull.
