Having a sore throat is terrible! I hope it's better soon! So many people are feeling under the weather right now. I've been lucky so far as far as colds and things go, but I ate a salad from Round Table Pizza last night and it made me sick!

I do feel better now. My throat decided that it wouldn't continue hurting, which makes me very happy. Sore throats are the worst!

Hate's a bit much don't you think? I mean, for someone you don't know... mer. I was never fond of his acting [in]ability. Now he can actually act a bit though. haha.

Well, good luck to you all. I'm sure you'll do great. I'm not going to be playing this round either. Actually, I don't think I'm playing any of the rounds. I'd rather do other stuff for the rounds... hehe.

I'm dead tired. I just got back from Dickens Fair. It's basically like the Renassaince Fair, but for Charles Dickens instead. I bought the cutest tiny top hat there. It's pink [erg] but amazingly cute. It has little fake grapes on it and some fake flowers and a little purple veil in the back. It's rather adorable, if I do say so myself. But I wanted to the black one with the red bird (it would have been like I had a miny Fawkes on my hat!) but that was way too much.

Anywho... how is everyones weekend so far?

It is hard when you're not in any of the FCs. If I weren't in the Remus club and it was only the other three, I'd probably pick James, too.

Yes, I hate Daniel. Thanks for asking. I'm sick of how he and Emma always take the spotlight and leave Rupert behind when Rupert is the only one out of the three who can act. Dan and Emma's acting gets worse each movie. God, I'm dreading seeing the next to movies. Emma's acting in the 5th movie made me wanna go play in traffic.

I absolutely agree. I don't exactly them-- just their acting. Although, I do think Daniel Radcliffe has improved. Perhaps acting on stage has helped him because I didn't want to die every sing solitary second he was on screen... but yes, Emma Watson... Um... I don't even need to say anything. I swear she was better when she was little. And the only reason she's famous is because she's the only girl of the 'Trio'.

Rupert can act. He's got great comidic timing and facial expressions. It's always so painful for me to watch the films because not only do I get all upset because of the fact that they butcher the books, but then the acting is terrible and as an actor.... I just... ugh. My left eye has this twitch and sometimes when I'm annoyed it twitches and Merlin, it is annoying trying to watch a film that makes my eye twitch.

And of course, I always want to throw something at the screen and shout 'That's NOT how it happened in the books!' and of course, 'Learn how to act!'

And on top of it all.... it just sucks.

Disney should have done the films. And they should have been made after the books were done.

Very well put! Rupert has more acting talents than the other two put together, yet they are always in the spotlight. Go figure!

I agree totally!! I find it so frustrating in interviews when Dan and Emma are there being all irritating and over-enthusiastic, and poor Rupert, who seems the only genuine one of the three is stuck at the back and can't get a word in edgeways. And don't get me started on Emma's stupid eye-brow raising when she acts...

Rupert is the only one who can act and should be appreciated more!

And Erised (sorry I'm not sure of your name) I completely agree that they butcher the books in the films. I mean I enjoy them as films when I watch them, but then I think about how amazing they could have been if they'd been made better and it makes me sad. I tend not to think about it cos I start to rant and then I just annoy people

Anywho... I wish I had the ability to seperate the books and film, but even if I could, the films suck as films too. They could be so much better-- all around. You know?

But alas, I am not gifted in the ways of seperating and I annoy people. In the biggest way. Jade is really good at seperating the books and films. I fail. When I see the movies I sit there and mutter the whole time about how terrible they are either by the acting or by what they mess up from the books.

I remember seeing the fourth film with my friend who'd been to see that film already three times and enjoyed it.

Sufice it to say, by the end of the film, he no longer enjoyed it. I helped him see the light. I literally whispered in his ear the entire time about what was wrong. I practically know the books by heart and my life pretty much revolves around HP because I'm crazy.

I do think Daniel Radcliffe's acting has improved. I am majoring in theatre so I can definitely vouch for that. He still has a ways to go, but I think he's doing better. I can't stand Emma Watson. She makes my eye twitch. She is just... annoying. And she overacts. And her voice bothers me.

I say, we keel the movies. hehe. Nah. The movies and fanfiction are all I have left to keep me going... sadly. So, I need the films to look forward to, dress up and sit outside and wait for them to let us in... even though I know that I'll complain.

I think for the seventh film I'll probably sit with my hands over my eyes and fingers in my ears the whole time though. Yeah... otherwise, I might be too traumatized....

Exactly how I feel! Those two are always getting attention *scowls* Rupert, Tom, Matthew, Bonnie & Evanna barely get any even though they also play major parts in the movies.

Dan and Emma do take the spotlight. I understand how Dan does, cos he plays Harry, but just because Emma play's the leading lady? That's silly.

Emma does like to go on and on a bit though.
There was this one interview where Dan would talk for a bit, then Emma would correct him, then Rupert said the word 'Armadillo' and then that was it! I felt so sorry for him

And Emma kept jabbering on! xD
But apparantley Emma is rude to interviewers. I heard that she corrected a guy called ... erm ... Jay Leno? I dunno, american show I think. But yeah, so he called her Emma Watson with a american accent (Obviously) and she got all annoyed and was telling him he's saying it wrong! He can't help it! It's his accent

That got on my nerves ....

Haha. Wow. That's... ridiculous. It almost makes sense, but I don't think even Hermione is that annoying. I mean, I love Hermione's character from the books-- Emma Waston... erg. And the hair... please... why is your hair so nice?

Oh and yes, Jay Leno. He's a late night talk show host. You got it right. That's ridiculous that she would get all uppity over him saying her name differently. I mean, I get that us Americans don't have the nicest accents, but it's not like we can help it. So sorry for saying your name in the wrong accent. Psh. That's weird.

I must say that does bite for the others who get pushed back because of Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson.

That would be funny! I would say that too =)
She does it alot, it is annoying >.< She's only really popular like that is because she is the leading lady, which is all fine, but atleast don't steal spotlight.

I don't think Dan does that, I think he's famous because he is THE Harry Potter in the films.
It's like: DAN - Leading guy EMMA - Leading lady RUPERT - ?
It's just how it's worked out, which isn't a good way
