It was a shock when Fred dies .. and I thought, that Harry would also die. That would be more dramaticly .. So I thought he would die, Hermione and Ron also. But I was happy when I read, that they're still alive, soo ... I guess the whole story of Deathly Hallows was a surprise, lol
What took me by surprise was Ron being able to open the Chamber of Secrets. I was also surprised by Hedwig and Dobby dying. Dobby was my favorite character he was so funny.
