A few of my correct predictions were:

RAB was Regulus Black
Voldy had to die
One of the Weasley would die
A battle would take place at Hogwarts
Snape would redeem himself
Snape was in love with Lily

My incorrect predictions were:

Snape would live and become the Headmaster of Hogwarts when Voldy is defeated
I always imagined the trio going back to Hogwarts to finish their seventh year after the war
Neville and Luna would get together
McGonaggal would die
Hagrid would die

I have to say I tried not to predict the outcome, but I still did it anyway. For example I thought RAB would be Regulus and that Harry’s scare was a horcrux. I didn’t predict any of the deaths right I was sure at least one of the trio would die and stay dead.

The other day my friend and I found an old piece of paper rolled up like prachment and on it, were are predictions for Harry Potter's future. I don't even remeber writing them, but we had it all right and it was only after we had read like thr first book and seen the first two movies. Somehow we knew, even though we were 8 years old that Ron and Hermione would marry and Ginny and Harry would marry.

I never did really predict anything. I just wanted to see what happened in the last installment. But I will say, I did predict that Snape and Voldy would die. And that did happen. So those were my predictions that came true. (2?)

not many!!! i had always thought that Harry and Voldemort would somehow both die in the final duel in an attempt to finish the other.

i had always thought, even after he killed Dumbledore, that Snape was somehow, working for neither side really, and was helping both sides when it suited him, obviously i was proved wrong on both instances

I used to really theorize when I was younger about the final book all the time, hahaha.

Things I Got Right:

- Harry being a Horcrux; As soon as I read HBP, I knew, just knew, Harry was a Horcrux. An accidental one, but a Horcrux all the same. And I think I was one of the small minority that stuck with that prediction and got it right. That was my number one theory.
- Harry having to at least temporarily die, if not completely.
- Severus protecting Harry because of Lily, and loving her.
- Dumbledore having a darker side than we thought. I didn't expect most of it, but I knew there was something we didn't know about him and his "good-natured personality not wanting power".
- Voldemort would die.
- The last battle being at Hogwarts, or the Department of Mysteries.
- RAB being Regulus Black.
- Ron/Hermione
- Harry/Ginny
- Dumbledore's death was planned between Snape and himself.
- A Weasley would die, although I'd hoped not.
- Neville would get to do something epic.
- Bellatrix dying.
- Percy would stop being a git and reconcile with his family.
- The mirror being something related to Dumbledore or Dumbledore's family.
- Dumbledore would have left something in his will for Harry and/or the trio.
- Lupin dying. As sad as it is, I knew the Marauders were all going to be dead by the end of this book.
- Pettigrew having a second of mercy, and it doing him in. With the life debt he owed Harry, knew this was going to happen. It's HOW he died that kind of shocked me.

Things I Got Wrong:

- Harry living; I honestly could not see how he could. He ultimately lived in the end, and I thought for sure he wouldn't survive. I felt he and Voldemort would both have to die to end the prophecy.
- Snape dying. Did not expect that. I thought, once Harry knew the truth, he would get Severus an alibi and Sev would become the Headmaster of Hogwarts. Jo had other plans, obviously.. xD
- Dobby being involved in the war, much less killed. Was a complete shock.
- Percy; I thought he would die, not Fred. XD

I had no idea so many people I liked were going to die! I was really sad. I had a few feelings about some things before reading, but I kind of just read the book without knowing what to expect. The only thing I was for sure sbout was that the story was going to end, and I would be satisfied

I almost cried when Hedwig died. I expected her to live and would somehow survive until the end and she would die of old age.
I expected more than one weasley to die. I did predict one of the weasley twins to die but I expected Bill, Ron, Percy or Mr Weasley to die aswell.
I expected one of the Golden trio to die (and not come back to life).
I randomly decided a week beore the book came out that Colin Creevey would die.
I knew that the last of the Marauders would die in the last book.
I knew that Snape was light.
I expected Harry and Voldemort to die in the final battle and all of the Death Eaters.
I did not expect Harry to come back to life.

I knew that snape was good from the start. Just knew that he wouldn't be made to be a bad guy. Also, I knew that JK would make the duel so that voldie would be responsible for his own downfall.

I didn't get that many right if I'm perfectly honest. Just Ron/Hr and H/G. :|
