[Hey Guyyss xD I am Rachieeee and this is my 100 drabbles for Vanessa Corbette and Iliana Morgan Lawson. Vannie is my old school character, and at the end of her time at Hogwarts she became very close to her favourite teacher at hogwarts, a miss Professor Iliana Lawson. That was something she did know.
“That’s because you were a hufflepuff Vans”
Vanessa knew that she was a hufflepuff. She had been a prefect for that house for goodness sake. That was something you would not forget, well Vannie would not forget anyway. She still had that badge…well somewhere anyway.
“I know that. I wasn’t a stupid Hufflepuff.”
Iliana giggled, and turned to face her best friend. “Could have fooled me.”

“What would you do if you had a Timeturner Ili?” Vanessa was relaxing in her shop, amid the hoots of many owls. She knew what she would do with an time turner, but what her best friend would do was a completely different matter.
It wasn’t like she could read minds, so she had had to ask the question. It was quite an easy question, or so Vanessa thought it was anyway. She wasn’t really a cryptic kind of person, she just asked straight forward questions, like a do you love me sort of thing?

“Look after my babygirl” Vanessa sighed as she hugged Iliana. She really couldn’t believe that Grace was finally going to Hogwarts.
“I looked after you didn’t I?”
Vannie smirked. “No…look how I turned out.” That got her a nudge from Iliana, and she giggled. They both knew that Iliana had most definitely looked after her. That’s why they had become best friends.
“Shut up and get back to that shop of yours Corbette.” Iliana giggled whilst sticking her tongue out at Vannie, who returned the gesture.
“I don’t need to look after her Vans. You’re here all the while anyway.

“Why are we going to the duelling arena again?” It was her seventh year, and she should surely be studying not duelling.
“Because you need to duel before you leave Hogwarts.” Vanessa rolled her eyes, walking slowly behind her teacher. Iliana still had that mighty list of things she “Must” do before graduating, Vannie was getting quite bored of it, she had much better stuff to do, like study.
“Oh Ili.” Vannie sighed, as she watched Iliana. Was the woman really being serious?
“You have no choice Vanessa Corbette. Duel or Fail.” Iliana smirked, before skipping off down the corridor.

Iliana sat opposite Vanessa giggling as she saw the girls badger pajamas. The brunette had seriously meant it when she had mentioned house inspired nightwear.
“I can’t believe you were serious Vannie.” Iliana grinned as she swished her lion tail. Where had Vanessa even found the time to make these pajamas. How did she even know how to make pajamas.
“But they’re cute right?” Vannie was right, she did look exceptionally cute with those little badger ears. She totally needed a photo of this, but she knew Vanessa would kill her.

Vanessa sat behind Iliana’s desk, flicking through some old papers. Iliana was teaching, and she was bored. She felt like a teacher, which was odd because she was an healer not a teacher. Putting the papers back into a neat pile, she placed them down, before having a mooch around Iliana’s desk. Iliana wouldn’t mind they were besties anyway.
Oooh. Chocolates. She opened the box, and was about to eat one, before she noticed they all had coconut in. Pfft. Was Iliana trying to kill her or something.

“But there so bland. Couldn’t you have like picked a leopard or something?” A leopard was still a cat really, but it was a much more interesting cat, and very unique. It would suit Iliana, because Iliana was very unique, her first name proved that a lot.

Sighing I pushed the door open to my hut, and burst out in a fit of giggles at the site I saw.

I remember walking down to the lake that day, I was minding my own business really, and just enjoying the environment around Hogwarts, it was really pretty.
That was when I found her, leaning against a tree, and she looked like she was crying. I felt a tug on my heart (I was way too caring) and I immediately made my way over to her, I wanted her to stop crying.
I sat with her, talked to her, gave her a hug, and made her feel better.
I would never have thought that girl would have become my best friend.

I remember the first time Iliana Lawson ever gave me a present. It was during the summer before my last year at Hogwarts, I was spazzing over new found prefectdom, and not acting mature in the slightest. I saw her in the leaky cauldron, and knew I had to tell her straight away!
So I went over disrupted her conversation, all to tell her that I had been made a prefect. To say she was happy was an understatement, and she gave me a red quill. It seemed that someone was proud of me.

“Whhaat? Explain it again.” Iliana was totally confused. How on earth was she meant to teach the kids this if it confused her.
“Everyone stands in a circle. I point and someone, they duck, then the ones either side have to zap each other. Last ones out.” It was easy enough. Why did Iliana not get it. Vannie rolled her eyes. Iliana still looked very confused.

“Vannie you really do look beautiful.” Iliana gushed as she smoothed down her friends wedding dress. She wasn’t surprised because Vanessa had always been very beautiful.
As per usual Vanessa blushed. “I’m nervous Ili.” Her friend was not surprised. This would really be the best day of her life, Iliana was positive that it would be.

“You always trust me.” Vannie looked around the steering wheel, as she tried to find the place to stick the key into. She was failing at the moment, and Iliana wasn’t helping by giggling at her.
“What are you doing Vans?” Because what ever it was, it was very funny. Very funny indeed.

“It’s so unfair that there’s a Yule Ball now. After I’ve graduated.” Vanessa pouted as she watched Iliana feeding the abraxans. Very unfair indeed.
“Come with me.” Iliana stated with a little giggle. That would be cool, taking her best friend to the Ball.
“Seriously?” Vanessa giggled, as she walked close to Iliana. They would be so awesome. “What about Marcus?”
“He’s a teacher. He’ll already be coming.” That was very true. Vanessa liked this idea, she liked it a lot.
So they were both married, and they were going to the Yule Ball together. They were so totally cool.

“Why are we having a picnic by the whomping willow?” Vanessa asked as she sat down on the picnic blanket Iliana had set out moments ago. When Iliana had told her about having a picnic, she had not imagined sitting here at the whomping willow. It wasn’t really the calmest of places at Hogwarts.
Iliana watched her best friend. She looked a little confused, she couldn’t work out why, and she’d been up for a picnic when she’d asked. “You said you liked the grounds here.”

“I always hated when you did double lessons.” Vanessa stated as she looked at the pile of homework Iliana had set before her. This was the reason why. “Had to do double the homework.”
“And now you get to mark that homework.” Iliana smirked, whilst marking a sheet of paper. She was happy that Vanessa had finally agreed to help her mark, it meant that she would get through it faster.
“Only because I love you” And because she did generally want to spend some time with her, seeing as she was only here today.

“I can’t believe you still have this little thing.” Iliana smiled as she stroked Vanessa’s kneazle. She was amazed that Vannie still had this little thing after all those years.
“It was the first thing you ever gave me.” She gave her best friend a knowing look, as she sat down next to her.
Iliana smiled, she had given Vanessa a lot since then. “You were so good at my lesson.” She really had been, one of the best, and her favourite student.
“It was my best lesson, my highest NEWT….shame I went into healing rather than that at first.”

"You're room is really pretty Vans." Iliana commented as she watched her Bestie zip up a suitcase. She was coming to stay with her for the weekend. Woot.
“It hasn’t been decorated for years.” Because her brother had gotten rather lazy. But she liked the yellow, it reminded her of Hogwarts, and she was moving out soon so it didn’t really matter.
Iliana went up to a picture that was taped to the wall. “Aww.” She giggled a little. “You and Miles were so cute when you were little.”
Vanessa rolled her eyes. “We were 13 Iliana. Not that little.”
