Meet up with your friends before heading over to the Three Broomsticks for a butterbeer, browse the windows of the shops as you pass by, interact with students from other houses, and just have fun in the streets of Hogsmeade.

So the girl needed some fresh air. What was a beautiful girl like Lyra supposed to do anyone? Not sit in the common room that was for sure. She needed a place to spread the "word", a place to tell all! All who wanted to know that is.

She thought highly of her favorite professor, Bunbury but this was gossip. Something she had to get out and tell as many as she could. Who knew, maybe she would even tell the right person who would spread it like wild fire in the wind.

So Dominic need a break. Granted it was hardly a month into school, but it was it a Hogsmeade weekend and there was oodles of homework to be evading. More of a reason to make the trek into the village!

Not like he had any major examinations this year.

The moment he stepped onto the main street of Hogsmeade, the sixth year took in a deep breath of fresh air . . . and strawberries? Confusion overtook him at once, as he glanced around for the root of the smell until he may have found it in the form of a slightly older Hufflepuff, Lyra Noir. A girl who reminded him somewhat in antics of Professor Bunbury, but that was besides the point.

"Good to be away from Hogwarts for a few hours, isn't it?" Dom asked casually and almost rhetorically.

Lyra heard a voice behind her and turned slowly on her high heeled shoes. "Prefect Dominic," she smiled with an intake of fresh air once again. "Why it is a wonderful time to be away from Hogwarts.

"How have you been, Dom? We haven't spoke in quite a while," she twirled her hair with one finger while her other hand flipped her yellow dress]. For the first time, the girl wore yellow, other than her robes, and it seemed to clash with her skin tone. Too bad because the dress and shoes were just too cute.

Dominic almost had to do a double take at her greeting. Rarely had he been called 'Prefect Dominic'; it was usually 'Prefect Denton' or 'Dominic' or just simply 'Prefect'. Nonetheless, her smile was refreshing. And her shoes were . . . dangerous.

"I have been taking it somewhat easy this year. No big exams at the end of sixth year," he grinned, pleased with himself at how well he managed to make out with his OWL exams. Goodness... Lyra's dress was bright. "But surprisingly, even though no big exams, I've still managed to keep busy. And how have you been, Lyra?"

Oh he brought up the dreadful exams she had to take this year. GAH! Lyra was not going to survive that but she had to make the most of it. "Yes, my sixth year was quite simple," she smirked with another flip of her dress. "But this year I have to say is turning out to be...very interesting."

She turned her head to the right.

She turned her head to the left.

"I have a secret." A sly smile emerged as she began to bat her eyelashes. She and Dominic had spoke of gossip before, so it was time yet once again. "The secret is..." she went to grab his arm as she stood next to him. "I saw a professor kiss another professor and she became...irrate!" Her green eyes became shifty once again.

"Love in the greenhouse between Bunbury and Lawson." She shivered at the thought of it being him instead of Truebridge. At least that professor had some taste and fashion taste. "It was totally....awesome." And juicy.

Thomas walked through the streets of Hogsmeade. Thomas was ready to invite his friends here. Thomas looked around and saw that this place is very similar to Diagon Alley but just smaller and less crowded.

Long, long time, since he had last been here.

Shel's blonde hair was a little longer than it had once been - which was long enough, actually - and it fell in his eyes the way it had always done. There was a streak of sky blue running through it and, even from a distance, you could tell it was him, clearly him.

If you knew him - at least - a little, that is.

He wasn't really looking for familiar faces. They would be welcome, yes; but, if truth be told, he was more concerned about her, a whole lote more than anyone else. And he wanted a kiss.

Now, where to find that Tooth Fairy of his?

Julie walked out into the street, tears making it hard to see. She walked blindly towards a place any place. She came to a bench and sat, no, more like dropped down. She fought back her tears. Or tried to, no matter how hard she tried at least two of her tears escaped. She furiously wiped them away with the back of her hand.

Irial Darkk wandered onto the streets of Hogsmeade, his hands shoved in the pockets of his cloak. He had no idea why he was coming out here when he was perfectly happy with the silence of the school while everyone was here. Perhaps it was because he was curious. Either way, he found himself here among the crowds.

His long black hair was down today and he looked like a black shadow as he walked the street. He managed to find a spare bench with no one seated on it, and he took the opportunity to sit down and observe.

Now, Mina wasn't usually like this. No, not at all; this was all Xy's doing. Still, the Hufflepuff had gotten up from her table when she'd noticed an upset girl leaving the Three Broomsticks - from the very crowded table. It didn't take a genius to figure out what had happened, did it?

She approached the other girl - the other Hufflepuff, she realised - gently, taking a seat beside her and pulling out a pack of tissues from her pocket. 'Ignore them,' she advised, adjusting her seat so one leg was bent beneath her as she sat sideways on to the other girl. 'If they managed to make you upset, the people in there aren't worth crying over, are they?'

Weird logic, Mina. She frowned at her own sentence, before shaking it away quickly.

Plymouth strolled down the street, using the curb as a balance beam. He had his arms out for balance. Plymouth was not going to be a tight rope walker any time soon, that was for sure. But, he was happy and humming and glad to be out of the castle for a while. He didn't really have anywhere to go, so... he just walked.

Jule walked around in the street. She was looking into windows to see which shop caught her attention the most. She hummed and looked around. She was still tired from all the work she tried to do. All she needed was some fresh air. And this was defintely helping her.

Julie laughed through her tears, she nearly chocked and started to cough, Thanks. I guess. She took a tissue, she turned to the girl, You want to know the truth? I didn't even really like him. I have no idea why I'm crying. I just met the boy. She sniffled and blew her nose. Actually. I like another boy I haven't been able to see since before school. She smiled a watery smile, But I guess you don't want my tales of woe do you. She chuckled at herself and looked at the shy so that her blonde her fell all the way down to her waist.

Evolette McKenna was not used to being alone. However, it seemed to be the common theme lately. Except, this time she didn't seem to mind much, it was just nice to have a chance to wear her cute new shoes.

She walked right past the boy, without so much as a hair flip, when it occoured to her that she knew him. Right? Yes. What was his name again? Plymouth, or Copernicus? Ack. She was usually good at these things, but not when it came to brothers. Or half brothers, or whichever.

Pausing, she turned her blue eyes on him, "If you fall, I promise not to laugh." she said, her pink lips turning into a slight smirk. Well...... it depended on how comical a fall it was.

Laura exited the Three Broomsticks. She hadn't noticed Jule exit before her, but saw her now in the street. Running up to her, she tapped her lightly on the shoulder.
"Hi, Jule. Mind if I join you?"

"If I fall?" Plymouth laughed. "You just keep your eyes on me and you'll see me WHEN I fall. The stork didn't sprinkle me with grace when he brought me." Plymouth hopped off the curb in front of the pretty girl he'd sort of met the other day. "I do NOT remember your name. I'll buy you a candy if you tell me again."

A rare smile graced Mina's features; if the girl acted like that, at least she wasn't terribly upset. If she had been - ugh. Mina would have been out of there faster than you could say "wizard". Wait - what did the girl just say?

This was Mina's pitfall: relationships. Or anything relationship related. For a second, she was at a loss for an answer, but then she let out a small laugh. 'Then he's definitely not worth getting upset over. If you've just met him, he doesn't know how to push your buttons and took a lucky guess - but I can guarantee that only happens a second time for one in a thousand people.' Chalk it up to personal experience. 'Just think about this other guy - I bet he'd know how to make you upset and then snap you out of it in a heartbeat?'

She shrugged. 'I don't mind. Anything "woe" is better than my life. Besides, I'm escaping from my deranged cousins. Anything to keep me busy and keep them away is good,' she joked.

Jue turned to see Laura runnin up behind her. "Sure you can. It's always good to have company." she smiled.
"Did you taste any of the butterbeer?" she asked. Laura was awfully quiet at The Three Broomsticks.

Aha. Amusing.

"I suppose not everyone is as blessed with grace as I." she replied, the smirk on her lips evolving into a smile. But then, he jumped down, and she nodded at him. "But you didn't fall. I am impressed." She really thought he was going to fall. Perhaps he would have, but now she wouldn't know.

Giggling, Evolette remembered when she'd met him, he had been quite preoccupied with Cela, and she wasn't surprised at all that he didn't remember her name. "That's okay, because I don't remember yours either. I fear I've confused you and your brother." Sigh. "However, I am Evolette McKenna."

Laura smiled. "Where do you wanna go then?" she asked, looking through the windows of all of the shops around them. It had been so weird in the Three Broomsticks, everyone had seemed to know each other, and she had felt like an outsider. Oh well, it didn't matter now, she was out of there.

"Who was that boy Vicky was with?" Laura asked Jule with a smirk. Boy, she got over Thomas fast. On that note, where was Thomas? He'd said he'd meet her in the Three Broomsticks, but had never turned up. Probably got lost... the wry thought entered Lauras head and made her grin, like an idiot.

Impressed, huh? Plymouth was a glutton for attention and impressing people - girls of the pretty variety in particular - was right right up his alley. His face spread into a cheeky grin. "You distracted me from my task at hand," Plymouth waved back at the curb. He'd just fall later.

"Ohhhh Evolette? EvoLETTE. Oooo la la! Such a pretty name. Very girly, and you ... well you're a girl, so that's fitting." Plymouth "hehe'd" and offered his hand, "I'm the good brother. Plymouth Morgan. Copernicus is the ... smarter one. Kind of nerdy, but I like him."

Julie shook her head, her tears were drying. She took a deep breath and said, Thanks. For cheering me up. She looked at the crumpled tissue and laughed, And the tissue. You know, you have some very good advice. She took her wand out and cleaned her hands. Then she stuck her hand out and said, I'm Juliet Marshall but you can call me Julie. She smiled her real sweet smile. Not the one she had been playing at inside.

Mina nodded. 'Anytime.' Well, shouldn't that be "when I'm in the mood?" It was Mina, after all. She thought for a split second before deciding not to mention her usually antagonistic attitude - the girl was lucky it was today, otherwise she wouldn't have been approached at all.

Good advice? She started, back straightening from its slightly slouched position before she collapsed it again. Darn those mannerisms! 'T-thanks,' she stammered out. She'd never been told that before. There was a first time for everything, she supposed.

'Julie.' She tried the name out, letting it fall off her tongue easily - one of the few that were easy to say (to her, at least). 'It's a nice name. I'm Mina Sakamoto.' She took the offered hand and shook it briefly, dropping hers quickly; physical contact was something Mina only did in greetings nowadays. 'I think I've seen you around before - you're a Hufflepuff, right?'

Brushing a few curls out of her eyes, Evolette nodded, "I think you will find that I'm very good at the distracting thing." It really was one of her favorite things to do. Especially when she could distract a boy by only walking past him.

"Ah yes, the cute brother." Isn't that what Copernicus had said? Plymouth was the cuter one? She took his outstretched hand, giving it a small, but firm squeeze. "Lovely to meet you again." she smiled. It seems that Plymouth was also the funny one too. EvoLETTE. Haha.
