The Muggle Studies classroom looks very similar to Shwmae's Office for the entire room is covered in scarlet. Scarlet curtains hang from the windows, scarlet rugs cover the stone floor, even the walls have scarlet tapestries hanging on them.
Rhiane is sat at the front of the class, behind her is a blackboard on which is written:
Lesson 1 - Muggle English Literature - John Webster
Several desks are lined in three rows with little scarlet cushions on the chairs. She smiles sweetly as you enter and waits for you all to take your seats. | |

"Yes Lauren?" asked the teacher, aking her way back to the front of the classroom. She put away the left over pieces of parchment into one of the desk drawers and flung open one of the scarlet curtains, the sun shinning a strong fluorescent beam through it. "That's better ... " she muttered to herself, pulling the sleeve on her arm, becoming aware that one of her many scars was showing as the light shone on it.

"Right, now this part of the class will be slightly harder. You will all notice how I've given you pieces of parchment. Please take out your quill and copy down the following. It is a passage from 'The Duchess of Malfi':"

Looking at the extract, she asked, "Okay, let's start with the basics - is the passage negative or positive?"
