Attention: Students MUST read and understand these rules before they are permitted to post in the DADA classroom. Any deviations from these rules will result in loss of points and possible detention.

1. Classes will generally be open for several hours to several days. Due to your schedules and my schedules not corresponding, it will just be assumed that you are in class the whole time. Do not "arrive" late or "leave" early just because you are just getting on or off line. This will result in an immediate loss of points and your housemates might tie you up and feed you to the squid.

2. There will be NO ooc posts in this classroom. PM a friend if you want to chat or say goodnight. No leniency.

3. House points are given out at my discretion to those who work to participate in class. Don't complain about my not awarding points or how many points I award. Participation is voluntary.

4. Homework is completely optional as well, but it is the best way to earn housepoints. All homework assignments must be PMed to me. They will not be accepted late. Please put "DADA homework Lesson XX" in the title or I will not accept it.

5. I realize that sometimes in the course of being "in character" you will feel the need to disagree with me or with my decisions. However, this IS an attempt to RP as realistically as possible, and I am still an authority figure. Any blatant disregard for authority will result in detention. Doing so repeatedly may leave you in detention until graduation.

6. SS rules apply in the school RP as much as on the rest of the site. Any flaming, spam, cursing, talk of inappropriate subject matter, or bashing of other members will result in site-wide punishment (ie being warned and possibly suspended). I can understand you taking offense to my character in the RP, but I will NEVER stand for disrespecting of each other.

7. Following the rules are the surest way to have a good time in the school RP and to get the most out of it. If you are not sure what's going on or how your character should feel, I suggest you check out the ooc thread at the bottom of the school forums.
