HM Hendrik stands at the front of the Great Hall and makes a very important announcement.

"May I have everyone's attention please. The votes have been tallied and I would like to announce the students who have been selected to represent their Houses.

Congradulations to all those who were chosen!

Now I would like to go over some general tournament rules. Each task will have rules specific to that task but these rules apply to all three.

Each team of House Champions may work as a team or individually. Some of the tasks will require a group effort and some may require you to submit answers individually. When posting in the task thread, only House Champions and Staff will be allowed to post. If members of a House feel they know the correct answer to any given question, please refrain from posting your responce. I might suggest you owl your House Champion with what you feel is the correct responce.

Non House Champions caught posting in a task thread will have their post deleted and run the risk of being sent to detention. This is by no means a deterant for those of you who feel you may know some information that could prove useful. It is merely a precaution to keep the tasks as "clutter-free" as possible.

Points will be assigned to each task based on how the Champions respond. A total of 40 points will be given out for each House per task. House Champions should look for an owl sometime before the task is to begin. I might suggest that all House Champions get together in their respected Common Rooms and formulate some sort of game plan. I will let each HoH start the appropriate thread in their Common Rooms.

All tasks will start here in this forum.

I would like to wish all House Champions the best of luck and look for an owl announcing the first task very soon."
