Open post! ^_^ When Ayana wasn't at her office, or teaching, or eating (a very important activity, even if the food.. still took some getting used to), she could usually be found in the Art classroom. As the new professor in charge of the art program, she wanted to make sure everything was always organised and ready for the next meetup. Not to mention, art and arithmancy had a lot in common, and she greatly enjoyed manipulating colours using number transformations and watching them change and morph on the canvas. This is exactly was Ayana was doing today in the classroom, after checking that everything was neatly put away and cleaned. She'd have a word with her students if it started getting messy in here. |

After making a quick stop for a bite to eat in the kitchen (thank you kind elfsies that made her favorite sandwich for her), that she was now wandering about looking for something to do. Which was how she ended up at the art classroom. Even though she wasn't much of an artist she did enjoy trying her hand at new things and having some fun. "Hello, Professor! How are you, today?" Rylee greeted warmly as she stepped into the room and noticed she wasn't alone. |

Almost. "Hello Rylee," Ayana smiled warmly at the girl, much more familiar now that they've been in school for a couple months. "I'm very well, thank you. And yourself? Come to let your creative side flourish?" she didn't recall seeing Rylee at any of the art club meetings, which meant that the young girl was trying new things! Excellent, excellent. |
Rylee smiled. "I'm doing really well, thank you. I have! Normally my creative side is limited to my work as a future Herbologist but I do love getting messy sometimes and having some fun in seeing what my mind can think up." Flower crown making was her art form of choice but she did have some experience in creating fliers and posters with her brother and friends before. "I found myself with a bit more free time than expected today and thought I would have a look around in here." Maybe even work on something of her own. It was then that the fifth year noticed Sissay had been painting. "What are you working on, professor?" She nodded towards the canvas curiously. It didn't appear to be finished as of yet but it did look very colorful and colors always caught Rylee's attention. Especially bright shine sparkly colors. |
For Granger Danger/Stella It was the last day before the holidays, and Tina was in an unusually good mood. This was practically the only place in this cray school where she felt in her element. She loved art; it helped her channel the negative emotions she tried to keep inside. Today, she sat at a table, putting the finishing touches on some gifts she'd made for her friends back home. She didn't have enough money to buy Christmas presents for all the staff and other residents of Chateau Croyance, so every year, she made everyone presents instead. There was one gift that she was particularly proud of. It was a divination pendulum designed to look like a purple butterfly... the same purple butterfly she always wore on her person in some fashion (today it was a bracelet). She picked up the wire-wrapped amethyst nugget and examined it closely, wondering what she could add to it to make it look more like a butterfly. Hmm... maybe looking through the art supplies would give her some inspiration. |

Walking into the art room she froze seeing someone else was already in there. "O..Oh... I'm sorry I didn't know anyone else would be in here, I was just trying to get my creative juices flowing. " she said biting her lip. "Lately I been stuck and I don't like it, I love drawing but lately just been stuck." Sighing to herself she looked down at her sketchbook book frowning at it. |
