Slytherin Windows Under the Lake

One of the perks with living in the Hogwarts dungeons is that you get access to your very own under water aquarium and you don't even have to pay a sickle. The dungeon windows in the Common Room give all the snake students a direct view of the Great Lake below the water surface level and it's creatures and plant life.

Under the largest windows are comfy window seats which have many pillows in green and silver stacked on top of them, as well as tons of Slytherin colored warm blankets if someone wants to cuddle up on a chilly night.

A small magical hot beverage maker courtesy of Professor Marchand that makes tea, hot chocolate and coffee complete with cookies from the house elves and cups is stuck next to the most left window.

So why not come over here, snuggle up with a blanket next to one of the windows and look out at the lake. If you're lucky you might see a merperson swim by or perhaps the Giant Squid might grace you with its presence. You never know.

"EVERYONE IS TO REPORT TO THE QUIDDITCH PITCH FOR THE DAILY S.O.R.E. — SPECIAL OBLIGATORY RUNNING EXERCISES — IN TWENTY MINUTES," booms a gruffy voice. "THOSE WHO DO NOT SHOW UP WILL FACE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES."

The sound and the message continue on repeat, only the amount of time decreases with each minute that passes by. Hurry up, throw on some running clothes, and get down to the Quidditch Pitch!
Bettie always did a little run in the morning so she was already up and dressed and sitting by the widow drinking some tea and eating a cookie thinking of if there ways a place she can run when the voice rang out for everyone to report to the quidditch pitch for s.o.r.e.
When Bettie finished her tea and cookie she head out to go run.
