Remy wasn’t one for being nervous. He just wasn’t. He studied hard before exams and he trained hard before he fought. However, right now he was hoping to start on a journey that would be hard and long and probably require more effort and dedication and time keeping skills than he had had to employ… for, well, anything. Except maybe his boxing and MMA training. Maybe.

Honestly, he wasn’t sure.

Regardless, he had spoken to his Mum and Tad over summer about the prospect of training to become an animagus, he only knew of one member of their ridiculously large, extended family that had managed to complete the training and it had taken her five almost six years of private study. He was hoping to cut that down slightly with the help of Professor Stewart and the other Professors. After all, they were experts in their fields and that was what he needed right now. Expert advice and guidance.

Moving through the corridors, Remy hummed to himself until he had ascended all the way to the seventh floor. There, he beelined for the Transfiguration corridor and classrooms, before aiming specifically for Professor Stewart’s office. Noting that the door was closed, he simply knocked on her door once before moving to stand beside the window so that he could look out over the grounds until she was free and ready for him

Start of a new term.... not just any term. NOELLE'S SEVENTH YEAR TERM!

Which meant a few things.
1: She would be transforming this year (hopefully)
2: She was graduating
3: She was going to have a BUSY year with uni applications and all

But of course, the top of her list was transforming. She looked forward to that the most because she'd worked so hard for it. So the next day after the feast, Noelle made her way early to Professor Stewart's office. She knocked and waited to see if she was around.

Inside sat at the desk that not only held several written on parchments, a quill, a half filled mug of tea and one sleeping Bengal cat was Camilla Stewart. As per usual she was going over lesson plans for the start of term and making sure that everything was in order. A knock on the door very quickly caught her attention and she looked up from her desk. This had become a pattern so far at the beginning of each term. She wondered if it was who she thought it was.

Rising from her chair and crossing the room, Cami opened the door with a warm smile on her face. With only one person on the other side of the door it was instantly clear that her first visitor was not whom she had expected. That was alright by her and the smile didn't waver at all. "Hello, Remy, how can I help you?" she asked taking a step back to let him enter the office. "Would you like to come in and have a seat?"

Camilla had been on her way back to her office from stopping to speak with one of her colleagues. A warm smile spread across her lips as she took in the form of one of her students knocking on the door to her office. "Noelle, hello. I was wondering when I should expect you," she greeted softly walking up beside her.

There was no doubt in her mind why the seventh year was here waiting for her. This was going to be a very busy year for the teen but surely a very exciting one, if all went went they should have her transforming towards the middle or at the very latest the end of the term. "Shall we go into my office and see where to pick up with your training this term?"

Unlocking the door to her office with the use of her wand she let Noelle inside before herself, closing the door with a gentle 'click' behind them.

Her first week of term hadn't been that good this year. James was still avoiding her, Miss Noelle was mad at her, Stasya was sad for some reason, and she was pretty sure she was ALREADY failing Potions. Not that that last one compared to the others much. Plus, she had lots of other feelings roiling around inside her gut that had nothing to do with school, but that made her feel terrible too.

Soo, to say that Emmeline needed some time with her guardian would be a huuuuuge understatement. And and, she was worried about Miss Kay and stuff. And Cami needed to know that too. The second year marched up to Cami's office door and knocked on it firmly, maybe a bit more loudly than she would've done otherwise. Annnd then she kind of felt her shoulders slump a bit as she waited for an answer.

The entire first week of term had come and gone. Between lessons planning, the actual lessons themselves, meeting with several students and the extracurricular activities she offered this term things were a blur. It was actually one of those very things that had her currently in her office... or at least it was something that went along with lessons. She was grading assignments that had been given to her seventh year students.

A sudden knocking on the door to her office made her look up and it also caught the attention of a certain cat whom quickly darted for the door pawing at it and meowing. Surely he knew one of his newest owners was on the other side. Camilla was rather surprised by Bonsai's sudden attentiveness and rose to open the door, a quick smile forming on her lips at seeing Emmeline standing there. "Em, hello. Is everything alright? Would you like some juice?" she stepped back letting her into the office.

Bonsai took to the opening of the door quickly and rubbed up against the young lioness' legs purring loudly and meowing up at her. This was his child and he missed her!

Miranda made her way up to the 7th floor at her own slow pace...
Mainly because she was going over what she wanted to say to her Transfiguration professor, Professor Stewart.

Up Up Up she went one staircase at a time, dealing with the changes and such along the way.But finally she arrived in the Transfiguration corridor where all the classrooms where along with her destination, Professor Stewarts' office..

She found the door closed and so she knocked upon it three times... And stood back and waited patiently... Well, somewhat patiently.

With the amount of time, Camilla, had been spending outside of her office this term she was spending just as much time inside. It seemed that this was the term for the students to come seeking her out with questions on homework or about a lesson, different extracurricular activities she was teaching and many questions about becoming an animagi. Truth be told too was that she loved the students level of knowledge and wanting to learn, to better themselves.

So as it was she was in her office sat in an arm chair that was near the window. In her hand was a book she was currently reading in the moments of downtime she did have, on her lap was Bonsai. A knock on the door pulled her from her story and she set the book down on the arm rest. Lifting Bonsai up she rose to her feet, setting him back down on the chair. "I'll be right back, Sai," she told her furry friend who had no trouble curling back up and going to sleep.

It was with a soft laugh at her cat that she opened the door of her office smiling at the teen waiting on the other side. "Hello, Miss Blaze. What can I do for you this afternoon,?" she asked smiling warmly.

Miranda smoothed her uniform front as she heard the click of the door mechanisms working to unlatch Professor Stewarts' office door. On went her best ' Hi how are ya?' smile.

" Hello, Professor... I was wondering if I might ask for a moment of your time?..Well, More than a moment. There's a couple of things I was hoping to inquire about..", Miranda answered.. Hopefully her teacher had a few minutes to speak with her... Really it was kind of time sensitive..

A moment of her time. Oh, dear Merlin. When a student asked for a 'moment of your time' it typically meant a few things. They were completely confused about something and needed some clarification which depending on the question could take AGES. Or it was something fairly simple and she could have them in and out in just a few moments. The way this was being spoken to her led Cami to believe it was the latter. Her brown eyes searching the teens face for any clues as to what these questions might entail.

"Of course. Come in and make yourself comfortable and we can discuss whatever is on your mind," she smiled stepping back so that Miranda could enter her office.
