The moment the curtain closes at the end of Act 2, the play's interlude softly plays as everyone is escorted from the theatre to an antechamber. The intermission lounge is a spacey room that has, in association with the setting of the play, transported you into medieval times. It is decorated in fine tapestries and paintings, and large firefly lamps sit overhead to make the environment inviting and cozy. Long wooden tables with matching benches have been set up for you to sit at until it is time to head back inside the theatre for the rest of the show.

Of course, an intermission wouldn't be an intermission without food and drinks. At each end of the room, a man and woman clothed in medieval garments await with warm smiles on their faces. Each is running a stand that features various delicacies, many of which you would expect to be served during medieval times. Well, what are you waiting for? Grab a bite to eat and a drink to quench your thirst as you talk about the play thus far and catch up with your friends, family, co-workers, and/or the stranger sitting next to you!
