Default First-Floor Corridor

To get to Defence Against the Dark Arts, History of Magic, or Muggle Studies, one will have to make use of the first floor corridor. Getting here is usually relatively easy if you're coming from one of the lower levels of the castle as you need only deal with the moving staircases for just a few minutes. Rugs with intricate patterns have been placed on the floor to soften your footsteps so that any learning going on inside the classrooms isn't disturbed.

Make sure you are not dilly dallying on your way to or from class. This corridor in particular is often times filled with students during the school day and a few professors pointing those who have managed to get lost in the right direction. Various doors flank this corridor, so make sure to memorize which of the portraits are outside of the classrooms you should be entering. And don't freak out when the corridor comes to a sudden halt -- the door at the end of the hallway will take you outside to the stone bridge and then to the rest of the first floor over in the next tower. Just keep moving!

With schedule in hand, Olivia had begun walking along the corridors as she tried to do a quick walkthrough of her classes. Alright. First she had Potions.... then Defense Against the Dark Arts... Okay, she could do that... That wasn't much walking. Wait. She pulled the piece of parchment further away from her face. Merlin. No. She read that wrong. She had Potions, then Divination.... Then Defense Against the Dark Arts? No. Hold on.... That didn't seem right either. She squinted at her own handwriting, cursing herself for writing in cursive and in such a small font size. This was now torture.

Perhaps she had written it incorrectly or something? Vi continued to stare at the schedule in front of her, trying to remember what she had seen on the noticeboard.

So they were only one day into term. So what?

It wasn’t strange that he was already at Professor Hirsch’s office to discuss his training. After all, over Summer he saw one of his Uncles every day to get feedback and advice on his training and since he was at school and not at home, that meant that Hirsch was designated man to help. Especially as he was best friends with his trainer, Uncle Max and loved boxing. Yup, he was the perfect person to help. Well, him and Professor Reed… but he had personally known Professor Hirsch for longer. Much longer.

Walking down to his office on the first floor was nice and quick after his own last class of the day taking place on the second floor. With his arithmancy books carefully packed away in his back that was slung haphazardly over one shoulder, the tall Hufflepuff maneuvered through the crowds before pulling away from the stream that were going down another floor to - well, where-ever they were going, he headed for the Defence office.

As he continued down the quieter corridor, he hummed a tune to himself. It was Gwyn’s current favourite.

It was the start of term, and that meant Rosalyn was back into professor mode full swing. And because of that, she had things that needed to be organized and set up for lessons. Right now she was running a mental inventory of all the art supplies that she would need to keep reordering. Some were used more than others, and she DID have a class to teach. As soon as she got to her office she would write everything down so as not to forget even the smallest thing. And for the moment she had a complete stock of everything!

Not paying full attention to where she was going, she almost bumped right into a student, fortunately avoiding a collision at the last second. "Sorry, Miss Holden. My mind was completely elsewhere." Giving a small laugh, she was just glad that there hadn't been any injuries. Rosalyn would have felt TERRIBLE if she had hurt a student.

Ah! So she had mixed up two classes on her schedule. She made a mental note to go fix this when she got back up to her dormitory. Olivia was about to begin moving out of the when Professor Newton almost ran into her but fortunately had avoided it at the last moment. Oh hey! The Professor got a happy smile. "Thats alright, I wasn't paying attention either and I was standing in the middle of the corridor, Professor New-- Marchand, she corrected herself. Merlin. Almost called the Professor by her maiden name. Oops! She smiled as she offered congratulations for the wedding. "Congrats on the wedding, Professor!" That must have been exciting. As a young girl, she had imagined having a wedding like Ariels or like Rapunzel's perhaps from the beloved Disney films but now Vi couldn't imagine herself getting married like that. It'd take a lot of work and all but the concept of marriage terrified her.

"Did you have a good summer?"

Looked like neither of them were paying attention right now, and that made Rosalyn laugh. "I guess that is what a new term can do to you." What with sorting out schedules and supplies and everything. She ran through her mental inventory once again to make sure that nothing would end up flying out of her brain.

"Oh, thank you!" It was so sweet of Olivia to congratulate her on the marriage, but then she was a sweet girl in general. "I did have a wonderful summer." One of the best ones in her entire life. There was no real need to get into detail about everything, however; students didn't need life stories or anything. "What about you? Anything fun and exciting happen?" Or had it been a calm summer? Those could be really nice too. She herself had had a number of them when younger, and sometimes they were preferable to the ones that were action packed. Then again, it depended on what was going on. There had been more than enough drama-packed summers for her taste.

The first day after a long stretch of holidays was always going to be tough but there was something nice about being back into the swing of things. Being busy and getting back into a familiar routine seemed to be working and keeping his mind otherwise occupied. It was a shame that it had to come with a bunch of marking to go along with it.

After placing some books in the library in the Ravenclaw Common Room, the man was also seen walking along a packed corridor on the first floor to try and get to his office. He hardly noticed who he was walking past - unless they called out for him, of course - but there was no mistaking the back of that tall familiar head of hair who detached himself from the crowd and was making his way towards - heh - the Defence classrooms?

Smirking slightly, Hirsch picked up his pace and, manoeuvring around a group of fifth years, followed the seventh year down the corridor. It wasn't until he was practically in step with the Hufflepuff that he said something, "Someone's in a good mood." Considering what happened over the summer, Hirsch didn't see why the boy shouldn't be.

It wasn’t until he was another verse into the song, that he realised he had muddled up his songs and he was now humming an old Welsh lullaby that his Grandma had taught him when he was little and she had taken to singing to the twins when she said they were ‘over tiredly whinning’. It always seemed to work a treat too, even though his singing wasn’t as good as hers.

Anyway, it didn’t matter. The songs were good, and he felt good connected to that part of his family even though he was disconnected from them physically. Slowly, he was beginning to truly realise that family were never further away than you kept them. So he was keeping them close to him. He liked them there, and didn’t care what anyone said; the twins were his favourite people. Even before Toric, Henry, Zara and Rian… Though really, he guessed he adored them all in different ways. Heh. Very, very different ways.

Walking down the quieter corridor, he heard multiple pairs of footsteps, and he didn’t think too much about it - more an unconscious thought that someone was walking faster than he was; but that was okay, he didn’t need to be anywhere by any time specific. He simply hoped that Professor Hirsch was in his office. If not, he’d come back again later.

…… Except as those same footsteps got closer, it was Professor Hirsch’s voice that rung out in the corridor to his side rather than a stranger. With a laugh, Remy turned to look at his favourite Professor and nodded in agreement with his statement. ”I am, though that could simply be because I haven’t had Gwyn and Mer shouting at me every five minutes for piggy backs.” And really, who was he kidding? He’d give them piggy backs every minute as long as he got to see their happy faces shining back at him. They were the cutest siblings ever. He’d fight anyone who said otherwise.

Vi nodded in agreement. Oh yes, the start of the new school year had left her quite frazzled. It always took a bit to get back into the swing of the school year. Earlier to bed. Less time to do what she wanted. More responsibilities. But friends and more people who were closer in age to her to socialize with compared to her lovely grandparents (she still loved them nonetheless). "I agree. I was trying to figure out my schedule and time out how long its going to get to each one," she smiled and then paused, realizing that was a very Simon thing to say. Merlin. Was she becoming more like him? She hoped not too much. She loved him and all but she liked being herself more. Besides, she wouldn't know the first thing to truly be a guy.

"I'm glad to hear it!" She smiled. Vi was glad to hear that Professor New- Marchand (Merlin, she'd have to keep on making that mental note to change her name) had had a wonderful summer. Marriage... Honeymoon probably. Marriage. The thought terrified Olivia a little as she couldn't exactly see herself getting married or tying the knot anytime soon. She wanted to travel, see the world, and then maybe consider getting married. Though if she got married, would she keep her own maiden name or would she take or husband's? Or would she get her husband to take hers? The possibilities were endless and her mind was wandering. Anyway, Professor Marchand had asked her a question. "I worked a fair amount over the summer at a local cafe and then volunteered at a museum. I got to work with children which was fun. Apart from that, I got to see friends and just hang out. All in all, a great summer!" And she had gotten a tattoo on the inside of her wrist but she wasn't sure whether she should show it off.

She loved the tattoo and that was all that mattered. "Thankfully it wasn't too, too dramatic."

Did Hirsch notice the change in tune? Not at all. And it wasn't exactly what he was focusing on now that Remy had noticed he was right next to him and talking to him. He knew what he needed to ask and the conversation would, inevitably, steer itself towards the question but right now, he didn't mind focusing on tunes and laughs and.....

....... piggyback rides?

The Hufflepuff's words earned him a chuckle in return. "I guess that's the price you pay for being much taller than they are." Seeing as he had nieces who always wanted piggyback rides and facepaints and trips to the zoo, he knew how the boy felt. "How are they, by the way? Have they told you how proud they are of you?" Though, on second thought, would the siblings be allowed to know what Remy had gotten up to over the summer?

Ah, schedules. Rosalyn thought it might be something like that. She nodded, knowing just how hard that kind of thing could be to keep track of during a new term. "And are you enjoying the term so far? I'm glad that there are lots of people signing up for the term's extra-curriculars." Those were always fun, and the more artistic people were surely going to have some fun this year what with everything the staff had in store for them. Already she was very excited about this development!

It seemed that there was something on Olivia's mind, but Rosalyn smiled to know that she had a good summer and things hadn't been too dramatic. "Wonderful. The non-dramatic summers really are the best ones." Who needed drama in their lives? No one. "Do you volunteer often?" It always made her happy to hear when students - or anyone really - did that kind of thing; giving back to the community was an important thing; last term she had even taught a lesson on that kind of thing. "Hopefully you are ready to take on the year. At least you don't have to worry about exams until next term." Though it WAS advisable to get some preparation in for NEWTs even now during Sixth Year.

Remy’s easy grin lit up his face as he grinned at the Professor’s statement. ”Between my height and my age, they really do just like to climb all over me.” He chuckled. Between the twins who were nearing three, and his biological cousins who were five and six months old - he was used to being a winged horse and a climbing frame, a chair and a dragon. Anything their little minds could think up admittedly, and the were never short of brilliant ideas.

”The twins are great. Right in the middle of the terrible twos, and according to Dad they are about four times worse than I was..” Which, if he was honest with himself, amused him greatly… considering how much his parents had liked to remind him of his tantrums over the years. ”But my theory is that they bounce off each other and make every worse like a snowball hurtling down a mountain.”

The Hufflepuff chuckled again, before shaking his head in response. ”No, they haven’t… well, not specifically in relation to my fighting at least. He paused, looking back to his uncle’s best friend. ”We simply told them I won a competition.. I didn’t want to upset them. They seemed to love that I won though…. I got an amazing drawing as a gift from Gwyn as a result at least.” They wide smile on his face, showed just how much he loved the scribbled picture that his little sister had gifted him.

This sounded like something Hirsch could relate to very much. "I guess they see you as the cool older brother, someone for them to look up to and be silly with at the same time." It was a nice thought, really. And he hoped Remy would appreciate it while it lasted because kids did grow up quickly.

"Really? Worse than you were?" he asked, his eyebrows shooting right up, "I find that hard to believe." There was a slightly cheeky grin on the man's face as he glanced sideways at the seventh year. "I think that's it. Trouble likes company and when you have two mischievous twins on your hands, you can't win."

Not telling them about the fight in detail was probably a good idea, in hindsight. They might have, possibly, found it cool but fights were also a little traumatising, weren't they? And they were a little too young to understand something like this. Regardless, the idea of a drawing as a gift for winning was very cute. "That just goes to show how proud they are of you. And why wouldn't they be? You did exceptionally, well done." Hopefully, Remy understood that in saying this, the twins weren't the only ones who were proud of him.

Remy chuckled. ”Something like that. Though I think because they have to physically look up to me, they get to be as tall as me too…. But, to be fair - I think they just like being taller than Sha.” He chuckled, giving his Uncle’s best friend a smirk. Most people over about twelve were taller than his cousin but they also knew that her smile, laugh and love of creatures were just as unmatched as her height. She was a force to be reckoned with regardless of her height.

With a horrified gasp, Remy turned shocked, ‘hurt’ eyes on the Defense Professor. ”I resent that!” His words could be heard echo’ing slightly around the empty hall, but then so could the deep laughter that followed as he failed at sounding hurt. His own smile erupted at the thought of the twins and he nodded his head. ”Apparently. I feel sorry for Mum sometimes. My cousins were bad enough at two and three without adding in a twin sibling.” He paused and grinned wider. ”Though, at least Mum can tell Mer and Gwyn apart - Dad’s cousin has identical twins that turn three a week after my twins.” Twin siblings. Whatever, the man next to him understood.

That same smile? Yeah, it was still on his face. His eyes lit up in recognition of the praise and he had to look away as he walked down the corridor so he didn’t look like an utter idiot. ”It was touch and go in a few places…” He stated honestly, more than willing to admit that he hadn’t been as good as he had thought. Though, that was okay. Evaluation and critical thinking led to better training and better techniques - and hopefully a better fight next time. All of which, should hopefully make everyone that had helped him to train, proud. Hirsch included.

Those were always fun, and the more artistic people were surely going to have some fun this year what with everything the staff had in store for them.

Oh yes, Vi was very excited for this term. It was nice not to be over-concerned about exams this year. Of course, she still cared about her academics yet still... There was a lot more going on in her life than just academics. "It's been a great start. It hasn't been too difficult getting back into the swing of things. I think the hardest thing will be learning how to readjust my schedules to accommodate for more things." Extracirriculars, spending more time with friends, spending more times on walks with a certain Gryffindor leader. "Yes, I'm really excited. I wish I could have signed up for more but only so much can fit in my schedule. If only I could find a time turner," she half-joked because you maybe never know WHO could have a time turner. Here's looking to you Professor Marchand. Hey? Hey? Maaaaybe? A little... wink, wink, nudge, nudge... We'll keep this under wraps.....perhaps?

A girl could dream.

To her question, Olivia shook her head. "No, this was actually my first summer volunteering but I plan to do it more often," she nodded. She had enjoyed it immensely. Sure, it had been a lot of work but she had helped make a couple of kids' days and that was all that mattered to her really. They had smiled and enjoyed learning about history. "Actually I had been partially inspired by your lesson to volunteer. I work at a cafe and wanted to do something because when I was younger, I had trouble with learning. I thought I was bad at mathematics so I convinced myself that I would never do well until an older student helped me out and made me feel more confident in my own abilities." She was always grateful to that student though she felt bad now because she couldn't remember his name exactly? Jon... Joseph? Jesse? The name escaped her now. "Do you volunteer quite a bit?"

YES. VI was very glad that she didn't have to take any exams this year. It was kind of a free, relaxing year but she was going to prep for those NEWTS.

Rosalyn was always happy to hear that her students were doing well and enjoying the term. That should ALWAYS be the case, though of course unforeseen circumstances had a knack of showing up nine times out of ten. "Glad to hear that you are doing so well. Just as long as you don't take on a bit TOO much everything should be okay." Sometimes it was hard to NOT take on more than you should because everything seems so possible, but she was sure that Olivia could manage well enough seeing as she was a smart and capable girl. The comment about a time-turner had her laughing. "I know what you mean. I'd love to have one too to fit everything in. I'd sign up to teach more classes if I could." Of course three was more than enough, but there were just so many subjects that interested her.

That lesson had partly inspired her? That was amazing to hear! And that very class had been on her mind too. "I'm very glad to hear that. Just to know that it helped in any way makes me happy." And no, it didn't always equate to things like volunteering; even being kind to strangers was more then enough. Olivia finding an enjoyment in this kind of work was very good. "Tutoring is certainly a wonderful way to help as well," Rosalyn agreed. "Have you considered doing that while at Hogwarts?" Just a question; not like anything was expected of it. "Oh, yes. Not all the time or anything, but I do when I can. A lot of the time I give things like clothes and food to people who need them." But yes, she had done volunteer work at various times when able to.

She smiled, enjoying Roselyn's presence and this conversation immensely. Professor Marchand's comment about teaching more classes had sparked an interesting thought in Vi's mind that she just had to explore more. "Speaking of having a time turner, if you could teach more classes, Professor, what would you teach?" she asked.

At Hogwarts? Vi shook her head. She had never considered it actually, especially not last year. Sure, she had helped friends and more out with some of the subjects in exchange for help in Ancient Runes but she had never officially been a tutor. "Truth be told, Professor, I haven't thought about it really.. I'm not sure if I'd have the patience... Nor would I know what to tutor in." Charms? Herbology? Potions if she was feeling adventurous? Something along those lines? "I could do Muggle Studies." She wouldn't have to prep for such a class since she was muggleborn and all. Vi nodded, listening to the Professor talk about giving food and clothes tot hose who needed them. That was important to do. To give back. "It's good to do especially when we're lucky to live like we do." Not everyone lived like them. She knew she was lucky.

Olivia was asking a good question, and Rosalyn had to consider things for a few moments before she could really answer. "I'd love to teach something with languages, but really I am not gifted with them on the most part." Well, besides French which Gaston had been teaching her for some time now and some Latin which she'd picked up for history purposes. She'd never say that she was FLUENT in Latin, but she DID have a pretty good grasp on it. "I'd also find Alchemy interesting for historical reasons, but I can't say that I am gifted at that either." It was much better off being left to Cami. SO many interesting things were being taught at Hogwarts, and she had stuck with the ones that she was the best fit for. That had been a great question though!

Teaching certainly wasn't for everyone, and Rosalyn had times where her patience had really been tested. Of course that was more in the past and she had learned not to get frustrated - on the most part; she was still human and could get exasperated at times. "That is completely understandable. I think just about every teacher loses their patience, and anyone who says they don't isn't being honest." It was just something that came with the job. "Muggle Studies is such an interesting subject." At least to her. Even though she was a half-blood and knew a lot about the muggle world, there were many people who didn't and this was a great idea for them to learn - well, if they chose to take the course. "Yes! Sometimes we really forget just how fortunate we are. Especially in the magical community, because we have advantages over muggles." Not to say that they didn't have things better in other ways. Just that they didn't have certain things like more advanced medical care.

Vi listened, intrigued by what Roselyn's answer was going to be. Languages, alchemy... It all sounded intriguing. Olivia enjoyed learning languages. It always was something that had piqued her interest. "I'm excited for the language classes too. I signed up for Mermish." Vi had learned French and had started to learn Flemish while at Beauxbatons but had not had much time to continue her studies it as she had transferred to Hogwarts the year after she started.

Muggle Studies was a study of her culture and everything that was familiar to her as a muggleborn. "It's hard for me to remember that not many people are familiar with the muggle world. It was strange at first considering that was all I knew when I was a child." Vi could def help with tutoring that class. But yes.. The magical community had many things that made their lives easier compared to those of the muggles. It reminded her of her brother's turn to magic as an answer to cure a memory accident. "Though sometimes there are things that cannot be cured by magic. My brother had looked to magic for our mother's memory accident... And there was nothing that could be done." She frowned briefly.

Mermish actually sounded like a pretty fun language to learn. It definitely seemed to have its challenges which was nice. "I'd love to learn Mermish too. I don't know too much when it comes to languages, though I do have a decent grasp of Latin and I have learned quite a lot of French." Gaston had been a huge help with that, naturally and while she still struggled with it at times, she was at the point where she could read a French novel without too much trouble.

"Of course. It is so very easy to forget. I am halfblood, so I know quite a lot about muggles - and have for a long time." So yes, she completely understood where Olivia was coming from with this. "Fortunately we are more aware of muggles than wizarding folk had been in the past." For one thing there were fewer purebloods than there had been. It just wasn't possible to keep things exclusively in the magical community forever. "Did they manage to find a cure for what happened to your mother?" That sounded absolutely horrible and Rosalyn couldn't imagine how that would have felt for anyone. "It definitely can't cure everything; there are advantages that muggles have, and advantages that we have." People just didn't always get that.

"Latin! I'd like to take that... There are too many extracurriculars that I'd like to take but unfortunately not enough time... A time turner would come in handy. Do you have one of those that I could borrow?" she half-joked, wondering if Professor Marchand had one. Who knew? Perhaps she did! Latin would be good to learn. It would have helped her out with Potions. Maybe she should sign up for that class or go talk to the Professor that was teaching the extracurricular. "How long have you been taking French?" she asked with a curious smile. Vi was certain that Professor Marchand had had helped from her husband on this matter.

Vi couldn't imagine what it must have like to be muggleborn during Harry Potter's days at Hogwarts. At least you'd have the awesome Hermione Granger there but then again maybe she wouldn't have warmed to the brilliant witch. She didn't know.... Sometimes famous witches and wizards weren't all that they seemed... Hmm.. But her attention was soon distracted by Professor Marchand asking about her mother. She shook her head with very little emotion. She and her mother... had never been close. Besides, she used to blame her mother for not caring for her because her mother didn't even remember that she had a daughter as her mother's memory had regressed so far back to before Olivia was born. Though as she grew older, she couldn't help but feel a little guilty that she had blamed her mother when it had been a car accident that had altered her mind. "No, it didn't... Magic wasn't able to fix it but my father and brother were with her when she passed." She had passed away a while ago while she had been at school. The memory of that time brought up conflicting emotions within her: sadness and frustration intertwined in a dance.

"That's true. I wonder if people will ever combine magic with muggle technology... Do you think people will do that?" she asked.

Olivia had Rosalyn laughing with her time-turner comment. "Sadly I don't. If I did, I'd certainly use it a lot." There never seemed to be enough time in the day and it could REALLY stress her out at times. Of course she always managed to pull herself together, even if anxiety attacks happened from time to time. Fortunately she wasn't as prone to anxiety as much as other people were. "Hopefully you manage to study Latin at some point. I think it's a nice language to learn even if it's just for the more historical aspect." Of course she would offer to help with it, but her skills were far from expert when it came to that kind of thing. "I started taking French during my second year of teaching here." So not very long at all seeing as this was her fourth term as a professor. With Gaston's help, she had managed to become quite good at the language though she still struggled at times and her accent wasn't the greatest.

Hearing about the death of a parent was something that always had Rosalyn feeling sad; it was something that she could never imagine going through, though she knew that it had to be VERY hard to deal with. "I'm really sorry to hear about that, Olivia. I really hope that one day things will get better for people who go through that kind of thing." Now she was feeling bad for bringing that topic up in the first place despite the fact that she had no idea that anything had happened to the girl's mother.

At least they had something else to talk about! "Well, in a way that already happens through us using magic to make muggle things work in places like Hogwarts." Of course she was referring to electronics like computers and iPods to name a few. "That said, I really hope that it becomes a more common thing and on a larger scale. I think it would be more than possible given all the steps we have made. And of course humans are always moving ahead and developing things. That, and improving them." Nod.

Latin would certainly help with her love for history. Maybe one day when she went to Italy, she could visit all the ancient monuments and figure out hidden messages that were left. She could even visit the castles and beautiful cathedrals and understand texts that had been written. "I'd love to be able to read texts written in latin at cathedrals and castles all over Europe." Now THAT would be cool. Maybe she ought to take Ancient Greek while she was it? So much to do and so little time to do it all.

Vi smiled softly at Professor Marchand. She didn't have to be sorry about it. Vi's relationship with her mother and been... complicated and difficult to explain. And now all she felt really was... nothing. She hadn't really acknowledged her mother's death or really paid much thought to it. She had pushed the pain aside and kept on going. That was what she did best. "Thank you, Professor Marchand. Me too." She smiled softly.

"Yes, muggles are always making improvements to technology." Right in this moment, perhaps someone was working on a teleportation device or at least attempting too because the maths or physics involved with it was complicated but at least they were tackling it or attempting too! "Though I wonder whether magic and technology would crash and cause great harm. The concept of Aparition would be dangerous to incorporate into any technology..." It was difficult to execute. Vi had never tried it herself but she remembered her brother giving her a cautious tale of how he learned how to apparate.

Thinking about reading Latin text in cathedrals and whatnot reminded Rosalyn of herself; that was exactly the kind of thing she liked to do, and there had certainly been quite a bit of traveling in her life even though she hadn't been to as many places as she wanted to. Going across Europe had been one of her dreams for a while now, and she was hoping that she would accomplish it; so far she was making good progress. "I am sure that you will be able to do that! Are you planning to do a lot of traveling?" If so, it would appear that they were of the same mind when it came to that kind of thing. It was always amazing to be able to connect with students and relate to them in some way!

Rosalyn gave the girl a small smile in return, knowing that there was nothing more that needed to be said. Just so long as Olivia was doing okay, that was the important thing. It was impossible to move on completely after losing someone who played an important role in one's life, but it was possible to be able to continue living a full and happy life. "They are, and it's rather incredible. Both of our societies take strides, but it's more impressive with muggles because they have no magic to help them." Not to belittle Wizarding accomplishments, of course. "I don't even want to think about that." She gave a small shudder. "It took a while for me to feel completely confident in my abilities to apparate without splinching myself." In all honesty sometimes she still worried about that...

Maybe this upcoming summer? Tenacius and I spoke about going to visit Santorini and then maybe exploring Australia with Melbourne,” she said with a smile. Ace and her had talked about traveling to Santorini one day.The beautiful white houses built on each other and then beautiful Mediterranean ocean below it. It sounded wonderful. It was something that she had always wished to see. “I’d love to see the world."

Apparation was something scary indeed as scary as needles or heights… but more scary in some aspects too. Splinching… That sounded painful. “Splinching… I worry about that when learning how to apparate. How long did it take you to learn?
