Hadley's wide infectious smile widened when the door opened. She curtsied, and then realizing she'd just done that blinked momentarily in confusion. Seriously why did she do that? She only did that with Hirsch as a joke. Not important though. Hads shook her head. "Sorry. Hi, Professor Stewart. Did you have a nice summer?"

Hads nodded in thanks and slipped into the office. It hadn't changed much since last term. Still very much a cozy space. Seeing the cat curled up in one of the chairs brought another smile to Hadley's face, and deciding not to disturb him, sat down in other chair. She gently removed Asher from her own shoulder and set him down in her lap, scratching him behind his ears absently.

She waited until Professor Stewart as seated at her desk again. "Sorry to bug you so early, I just couldn't wait. I had to speak to you about animagus training." Her smile evolved into an eager, pleading grin.

That smile she got from Haddie was expected but the curtsy was not. It made her smile more however and honestly she didn't think much of it. There was much worse things that could have happened than that. "That's quite alright no harm done." It was only a curtsy nothing to be sorry about. "I did. It was rather eventful. How was yours, happy to be back? Having a nice birthday so far?" She had remembered from last term. Normally she didn't remember all of her students birthdays but this one was easy enough since it was right after the term began.

Camilla closed the door to her office behind them and walked back towards her desk having a seat. "Would you like a cup of tea?" she offered picking up her own mug and taking another sip. Her brown eyes drifted from her drink to the Ravenclaw and the girls furry companion.

"Quite alright. I was wondering if you would stop by this morning or after lessons today." So to say the least this visit was expected. Her excitement and readiness to get things started was a huge plus. There really was no need in beating around the bush here. Camilla had gone over Haddie's grades from Transfiguration as well as Potions. The girls grades were enough to continue the training. "I have reviewed your current grades for not only my class but Potions as well as that is a large requirement to continue forward with your training. Before we move forward though do you have any questions for me at all about anything?"

Hadley smiled. A small, barely-there blush crept onto her cheeks. "You remembered?" She was touched by that gesture. "Thank you. My birthday just started," she admitted. All she had done today so far was get up, shower and rush down to talk to Professor Stewart about animagus training. "But it does look to be a promising one. I'm 16 today. Oh!" She hadn't introduced them yet. That was rude of her. "This is Asher. He was birthday gift from Hogwarts my first year here. I'm 99.5% sure if it's possible to have an animal soul mate, he's mine." Hads tilted her head to the side, puzzled. "I have no idea why I just said that." So moving on then?

She shook her head to the offer of tea. "Not a fan, really. Water or juice would be lovely if you have some, though. My summer was equally eventful. I spent most of it working as a waitress with my sister at our Mom's restaurant." Not their idea. Mom had voluntold them for it. "The tips were good though. And I spent a lot of time babysitting for my neighbors, so those kept me busy. And my Grandpa got married to my best friend's Grandma. So that was my summer. I did get a lot of reading on animagi done though."

Hads nodded along as Professor Stewart mentioned looking at her grades in Transfig and Potions. Hadley knew that was a requirement, and she wasn't overly worried. Transfiguration was her best class, and thanks to Professor Newton she had improved vastly in potions. It wasn't going to be the same without him here. Still, she did note that Professor Stewart had failed to indicate if her grades were good enough in both or not. That could be seen as a good thing, because it they were more than satisfactory enough to not even warrant pointing it out, or it could be a bad thing and the Professor was waiting to drop that ball.

She paused and gave the Professor's question some thought, now that she was on the cusp of beginning her training. "I guess, what I really want to know is what to expect? I mean, I've read all the accounts and books, and they go into plenty of detail on the steps and the how to go about it, and all that. They do give some insight into what its like going through the training, but it's rarely the focus I've found. I guess I'm just curious what it's going to be like, and what to expect beyond the steps, you know?"

Heading into the office after Professor Newton told her to, Noelle grinned when she saw Haddie. "Hey!" She said brightly. Professor Stewart received a big grin when she cleaned the cat hair off the chair. She remembered her allergy. How thoughtful.

Taking a seat, she nudged Haddie with a big smile and whispered, "Happy Birthday." She also figured that Haddie was here for the same thing that she was. Animagi training.

Putting her bag down, she crossed her legs and got a little comfortable. "I'm not interrupting, am I?" She asked but figured that Professor Stewart could do two things at one and make things easier if Noelle and Haddie were here for the same thing.

Hadley grinned as Noelle entered the office, a sly, knowing little grin. "You're late," she said, as if she'd known all along that Noelle would be showing up this early like her. She hadn't of course, but it was fun to play it off that way.

She smiled at the birthday wish. "Thanks. You excited to start training?" Hads shook her head, "No you aren't interrupting. We're here for the same reason. Duh."

"I did. With any luck what we have to talk about here this morning will all be good and give your birthday an even better start," she smiled warmly nodding her head. No one liked bad news especially on their birthday. Camilla looked at the ferret in question. "I believe I may have met him once before last term." She had met many animals here over the year but a ferret wasn't on she saw often so Asher stood out a little from the rest. Animal soul-mate? "Like a familiar? A few people believe that is a thing."

The knock on her office door had her excusing herself and going to see who it was. A few short moments later she returned with Noelle giving the girl a moment to get comfortable as she returned to her own seat. She smiled seeing that the girls knew one another. "You're not interrupting at all, Miss Summers. As a matter of fact this works out well so I can explain to the two of you what you'll be doing this term. First though...that cup of juice for Miss Denaker, Miss Summers would you like some juice as well or perhaps tea?" She gave her wand wave after pulling it from her robes non-verbally summoning a glass of juice for Haddie from the seating area.

As she waited for the glass to make it's way to Haddie she nodded. "So you were kept busy this summer, that's always good. A wedding too? I bet that was very nice?" Wedding normally were a special moment for families.

"Alright so let me catch you up to speed Miss Summers. Just like I had done with Miss Denaker here, I reviewed all you previous and your OWL results. From what I saw there is no problems with my continuing to train you." she gave Noelle a moment to take that in before continuing. "Now this term there will be much more work to do. Now Haddie has asked me a few questions that I'd like to answer before we get started. There is a lot to be done to prepare yourselves for a change such as becoming Animagi. From exercising to eating healthier, you'll have to prepare your mind and bodies for it. When it comes down to the process itself which will most likely take place next term we will work through each step one by one. Most of the steps aren't so much as difficult as they are a waiting process. All the timing has to be exact and the pronunciation of the spell has to be exact. Those are all things I will guide you through when the time gets closer."

The exact process was a long tasking one. It wasn't something they would be going through right now. This year was where things began to get much more official. "Before we continue however there are forms you both need to sign and have signed by your parent or guardian, the Headmistress, your Head of House as well as myself. I'll be giving you both the forms to read over and sign before you leave here this morning."

Did they have any questions?

Noelle giggled at Haddie and nudged her with her elbow before Professor Stewart had made her way back to her desk.

Tea? Juice? "You wouldn't happen to have some tea would you?" Noelle asked before looking around. Her nose wiggled at the stray cat hairs. She wiggled her finger adoringly, without touching, the cat.

Okay. Now time for business.
Noelle quickly pulled out parchment and began taking notes on what Professor Stewart was saying. She wasn't too excited that she had to wait until her seventh year to turn, especially with NEWTs being next year... shudder. But she understood with the timing. She really didn't want to get stuck in transformation because she was rushing things.

And forms they needed their parents to sign? Noelle was currently ignoring any owls from her parents. She wasn't happy with either parent. Which caused a problem because she needed to talk to them for them to be able to sign the forms. Maybe she could get her grandma to sign it? "Would it be okay if a grandparent was able to sign the forms?" She asked after the professor had paused. Her HoH and Headmistress shouldn't be a problem to have the forms signed. Hopefully....

As for eating healthier and exercise... Noelle was [I[trying[/I] to do that, but with a current potion she was on, it was making her hungry... craving sweets and food she shouldn't be eating. And did they know how awesome Olly was at baking? "Are there any potions we need to be taking to help with our health?" Kinda like how muggles take vitamins? Maybe that would help.

A familiar? Hadley looked down at Asher in her lap, studying him with that love that only really exists between a human and their beloved animal. But was he a familiar? Honestly... "I don't know. The concept of what makes a familiar a familiar has always been fuzzy to me. How do you tell if animal is your familiar or not?" Despite herself, there was a bit of hope in her voice. Now that the idea, the seed, had been planted in her head, Hadley found herself hoping Asher was. How cool would that be?

Hadley collected the cup of juice with a grateful nod to the Professor. Hadley took a sip and nodded along to Professor Stewart suggesting the wedding was nice. It was, but the more she considered the words, the more other descriptions seemed to fit better. "It was...crazy, actually. My grandpa is a bit of a wild spirit. And so, it seems, is his new wife...so it was crazy, but fun." Which honestly described most things involving the Denaker family.

She listened intently as the Professor filled Noelle in and answered her own question. Noelle got an excited smile when she too was approved for training. And wait...? The process will likely happen next term!? That was actually sooner than Hads was expecting and her excitement at that was not hidden in the least. Her mind was to focused on that exciting news to formulate another question at the moment, so Hadley sat quietly, sipping her juice while Professor Stewart answered Noelle's.

Tea. Noelle had asked for tea. "I do," Camilla nodded once waving her wand to summon a mug for the tea which she then added water into and heated with her hot air charm. Of course she added the tea bag as well all the while answering Haddie's question on Familiars. "Well this would mainly depend on the person and what you believe. Many believe a familiar is extremely special and very unlikely to come upon but when you do it's a bond stronger then anything else. A familiar will do anything for their companion, help them in anyway they know how."

Professor Stewart couldn't hide the small laugh that left her lips when she noticed Noelle taking down notes. It wasn't entirely necessary but if it helped her stay on task with things then by all means she had no problems with it. "Ah, a wild spirit, you say. Well I'm sure then that it's safe in saying that things are never boring when he's around?" Everyone needed some fun in their lives.

Grandparents signing the forms? From what she knew Noelle lived with her parents so why would she ask this? Camilla gave the Prefect a curious look, one that said if she needed to speak with her about something later on that she could. "I don't see the problem with that but it would be nice if your primary caregiver was the one to sign it." She looked at Haddie than as well. "Getting the forms signed won't be any trouble for you, will it, Miss Denaker?"

Passing Noelle the mug of tea, she picked up her own mug taking a long sip letting the girls take a moment to go over everything that had been said so far. "There aren't any that you need to take but should you want to take any vitamins or anything of the sort you can always ask Healer Reed about that." She could easily name a few should the girls want to take them but speaking with the Healer was always a good idea seeing as how she didn't know if they were taking anything already. She knew about certain situations of course but taking anything new was always something to run by a Healer.

"Do either of you have any other questions?" If not they would continue on with what was to be done this term.

Noelle took the tea from Professor Stewart and gave it a little sip, letting it oose down her throat and instantly making her feel calmer as she took in what the Professor was saying. This was all too exciting. She'd be able to change next term! Of course, she had been hoping that she could change this term. It was a slight disappointment but patience was virtue.

Noelle gave a little excited wiggle to Haddie before looking back to Professor Stewart and catching that look that told her she could talk to her. About her parents. She would... maybe. It was something that she hadn't even been completely honest with herself about. Hmm... She'd have to ask her mom to sign the forms then. An owl would be best then. "Not a problem. I'll have my mom sign them." She lifted a brow at Hattie's news. She grinned. "Grandfather's new wife? That sounds exciting. Congrats!"

Noelle took another sip of her tea before shaking her head in the direction of professor Stewart. "I think that's it for me. Ill send off the forms once I get them for mom to sign them. What is the next step after that?"

As for the vitamins, she planned on asking Mr. Reed about that.

Giving the girls a few moments to allow what they had heard settle in, Camilla sipped her own tea. It was a good thing she had remembered to cast that warming spell on it early as her drink would be ice cold by now if she hadn't.

Looking between the girls she smiled warmly. "Wonderful! Let me just get the forms together..." she turned on her chair to pull open a draw on her desk. It only took a minute or so for her to work through the filing system she had her forms set up and pull out two sets of forms passing them to each of the girls. "You have thirty days from today to have your guardian, Head of House, the Headmistress, yourselves and myself. I'm sure it won't take that long to do but it needs to be done before we move forward." Without those forms signed by everyone there was noway she could continue training either of them.

Closing the drawer and sitting back in her chair, Professor Stewart turned her full attention back onto Noelle and Haddie. "Once you return the signed forms to me I will give you both a journal to write down your notes in as there will be some potion brewing and consuming this term as well as more research." This was on top of diet and physical fitness changes they would be making.

Head of House, Headmistress, and a parent of guardian.

Noelle went over in her head on what to do. Her parents weren't exactly aware of her wanting to be an animagus. Her mother already nervous about her auror career choice.

She could easily get her HoH to sign it. The Headmistress.... hopefully she would sign it. As for her parents... seemed a weekend trip to Hogsmeade was in order.

Noelle took the forms and nodded. Good thing this weekend was a Hogsmeade trip. "No problem. I will have these signed and given back to you as soon as possible." She'd go owl her mom today to see if she could get her to come for a Hogsmeade weekend.

Then she'd get her journal. That would be fun. "Thank you Professor." Noelle said with a big smile. "Ill see you around, yeah Haddie" She asked before giving Haddie a nudge and Professor Stewart a wave. She needed to start getting signatures on the forms.

Professor Stewart calmly gave the girls a few moments to look over the forms each had just been handed. "That's fine. There is no true rush, you have thirty days from today." Which she was positive neither girl would be needing, if anything both would be on their way to get at least one of those signatures taken care before lessons began this morning. Having worked with Noelle and Haddie last term she already got an idea for how quickly the girls got things done when they were motivated and this training proved it.

"You're welcome. Remember if you have any questions at all don't hesitate to come and speak with me again." That's what she was here for. Until all those forms were signed by all the correct people there wasn't anything more Cami could do. The real training began when they girls returned to her with those forms signed. Cami turned her attention onto Haddie to see just how she was doing and if there were anymore questions she had before she left her office.
