Apples with peanut butter was the snack of choice today and Natalia was finding somewhere she could sit quietly and not have to deal with the noise. Though she was tolerating it a bit better as of recently, but still she wanted her snack alone. So finding the Armour Gallery empty she hurried in and sat down. "Don't think I'm sharing." She said to the suit of armor before laughing at herself and dipping an apple slice in. It was so good that she pulled another to do the same.
Grabbing one of her books she soon engulfed herself in a book about muggle superheros and the goodness of apples and peanut butter. Glancing up at the suits of armor every once in awhile she felt like something moved every time she wasn't looking. [b] "You guys haven't come to live in years, right?"[b] No way, no one had done the spell to get them to get up and move. Nat had to be seeing things.
Light reflections, yes that was it. The light bouncing off the armor was causing it when she looked down at her book. Her brown eyes going back to her book she started to read again.

Rafael Carraro thought he was alone as he sat leaned against one of the walls in the Armor Gallery…staring? No, was someone here staring at him? Wait…no, she wasn’t speaking to him she seemed to be speaking to the Suit of Armor itself…well, it wasn’t at all strange to think that the magical armor could move it was historical fact even that they did and could protect Hogwarts.
So many poor armor golems had given their very charmed existence to protect these hallowed halls. Good sports, all of them. “I don’t think they mind being stared at…these old chaps are probably starved for attention” well, attention that is that didn’t come from the seemingly un-aging caretaker.

Natalia jumped as someone else talked. She stared at the armor thinking they had just spoke to her, but soon her eyes found the professor. "Yes, I think I'd be attention starved if I stood in a room for years and years without any movement." Still looking at the suits she bite into her snack thinking. "Is it really true they had come to life before? She wasn't fully sold that it was actually something that happened.
Could they actually move though? She couldn't even imagine them moving. Her eyes back to the professor. "Did you go to Hogwarts sir?" Maybe they had moved while he was in school.

He didn’t want to be a problem really – or to startle her. ”Ah, yes I would feel the same way…and I might even feel a bit dusty” he said as he looked at the armor carefully – maybe it wasn’t as dusty as he thought it could have been but that was surely because of the lovely services of Flynn…the likely immortal caretaker as well according to the staff that went to the school he still looked the same…it even seemed as though not even a hair had changed on his head.
”I would say the regular dustings the caretakers gives them make them feel less alone?...and cleaner,” he would miss showering had he been a suit of armor. Showers were great the way the water relaxed the mind and body.
When the girl asked if he had gone to Hogwarts all Raf did was sigh and shake his head, his poof of hair wiggled along with his head. ”No, it seems like an interesting school, I went to Durmstrang with Hirsch…actually your grounds keeper and flying Professor was my Professor,” he chuckled as he thought back on the charms and dark creatures classes he had taken with Professor McLeod. ”Groundskeeper McLeod is quite well versed in dark creatures and charms if you ever need to ask anyone about them,” he admitted with a grin.

She never really meant to be as jumpy as she always was when first hearing a voice after being in the silence. Between professors, students, and ghost you wouldn't think she'd ever be scared. She just was like that though so it was just something she knew would happen every time whether she liked it or not. Turning her eyes first to her professor then to the armor again she nodded. "It's good that I'm not one of them, I would sneeze from all the dust." She wasn't allergic, but too much of it would make anyone sneeze. Did the Armor sneeze if they did come to life? She was very curious now as to whether they could or not.
Oh yes someone was there cleaning, she should have known. The elves probably did their share of the cleaning. "Think they ever move for him or the elves? Maybe they lift their arms so they can clean their arm pits." It was just a thought, dust settled there too most likely.
Her head of house was a professor before coming to Hogwarts? She stared at the man for a moment, because really McLeod didn't seem to be old enough to have students becoming staff. Did she really not pay that much attention to him or did he just age very well. "Why would he take just a ground keeper job if he was a professor?" She wasn't trying to be rude, but she was nosy and curious about this. "I'll have to keep that in mind." She wasn't really into asking for help, but she did know her head of house more then the new charms professor or the new creatures. Her eyes going back to the armor. "Can you make them move? So she wasn't going to let this go, because she wanted to see them do something now that it was in her head.
