Upon entering the Training Hall, one will notice that at the east section of the hall, a target range of a sort has been set up. Here, there are a number of different targets and dummies that students can use for spell practice.
The main aim, of course, is to work on aim. Dummies and targets can be set up in a stationary fashion, or can be charmed to move about a designated area for those looking for a challenge.
The rules in this section of the hall are simple. Keep the dummies and targets in the designated area. Don't put dummies out of line so that there is risk of hitting another student with a spell. Don't use other students as dummies.
If you have questions, concerns or would like demonstrations, speak to Professor Dakest. He will poke his head in here intermittently.

Of course his aim was already on target given his endless practice at bowling a ball in cricket matches but it was something he did not want to loose. So what better way to keep his aim in check than to keep practicing here at the Hall?
Adi entered the Training Hall and made a beeline straight for the line of targets. He wanted to work with the MOVING targets because those were definitely more fun. But which spell to start off with? The choices were endless and he could not make up his mind. While he tried to decide, Adi set about making sure that the targets were moving properly.

As soon as Candice entered the Training Hall, the first thing that caught her eyes was the Target Range. She LOVED doing some target practice. Her uncle always said that she had good aim. She always won against her uncle in a Dart match so this one wouldn't be much different, right? She just need to shoot a spell to the dummies. Sounds easy peasy.
She was kinda hoping that nobody was here but unfortunately she's not that lucky. Someone had the same idea as her. And that someone was none other than Mr. Hufflepuff Prefect himself. And he seemed about to do it with moving target.

Colt wanted to try and see if his wand really worked. He practiced some DADA spells in Durmstrang but he wanted to see if he could perfect them. He knew he was gonna be a little rusty not gonna lie. He made sure he had his wand in his robes and yup he got it. As he walked over to the moving targets which he thought were so cool! He saw other students were here. He saw Adi and Candice and he nodded towards them. He was gonna try and practicing in here by himself first. He took a deep breath in and began to think of the spells he learned.
He needed to concentrate and got his wand at the ready. He did the wand movement and said, "REDUCTO!" to the dummy and nothing happened. He furrowed his brows and wondered why that could be?

I don't do stuff like that." Her lower lip protruded in a sulky pout. Hopefully Adi would bought her 'hurt' expression because she totally killed that sulky pout. Right? Wait. WHAT?! ONCE?! For a moment Adi was ready to crack under the pressure of that pout and give into letting her have the password but then he remembered. This was Candice. There was NO WAY she would be nice or let him see that side of her. "Nice try,'' Adi stated cheerily. "Manipulating me won't work.'' He smiled crookedly. There was no way she would be getting that password. Muffliato was a highly efficient spell, he knew. Yep, Candice. You'll have to make do with just viewing the bathroom.

Adi got a jet of water straight in his face. his glasses did nothing to protect his eyes as water got into them. He protectively put his hands over his face but by then Candice had made the stream stop. He shook his head from side to side to get the water out of his hair, not caring a bit if he got Candice wet.
That being done, he non verbally cast the Hot Air Charm to dry himself out. "You don't like the name, then tell me. I don't do Ligilimency to know you would hate it. Candice was waiting for Adi reaction her remarkable acting skill. That pouty expression always worked on other people so she was hoping that it would worked for the Hufflepuff Prefect as well. But unfortunately for her, it didn't work. That's disappointing. The pout changed to frown instantly. "Well, you should give me a point for trying though." Who knew that a Hufflepuff could imunne to her pouty expression?

Truthfully, when Adi called her Candy, the first thing that came to her mind was punch him in the face but she might broke her precious nails and not to mention her hands. And beside why would a Witch used her fist when she could used her wand? And FYI, Adi did deserve that. When The Hufflepuff Prefect tried to get the water from his hair, some of the water went to her face. She should have moved after she casted that spell.
If she was not too annoyed with Adi, the non verbal magic would definitely awe her. You don't like the name, then tell me. Snort. "YOU should asked me first whether I want a nickname or not." Manners, Mr. Prefect. Its all about manners. And did he just went all Prefect mode? "And next time YOU should give me the respect I deserve to as another Human being." Cue hair flip. If Adi waiting for an apology its not going to happen, she's not going to apologize.

"Yes, the Prefect bathroom that soon I will get to see." And try it. She heard that its very HUGE bathroom. Maybe she could practice the bubble-head charm there after she win this firefighters competition. "Well, I'll send you a note that say you're right if that happen." But she's pretty sure that it wouldn't happen because her attitude was fine. The only person who had problem with her attitude was him. OH! And that stupid fifth year Hufflepuff boy.
