Kate was really glad she'd brought along some snacks for the train ride here. She hadn't last school year, and she'd been starving by the time she'd boarded the carriages. Good. Now she could actually enjoy the ride there and look forward to the feast ahead. Approaching the carriages, she noted that not too many people were there yet. As a matter of fact, she pretty much had her pick of all the carriages awaiting them.

She'd board one now, and hopefully somebody would join her in just a little bit.

Eyeing the harness which was attached to a creature she couldn't see, Kate stepped aboard and scooted over, making room for anybody who wanted to join her. Alright, third year. BRING IT ON.

Her summer was officially over. No more trips around France, no more cameras that worked with electricity.

No big problem.

Victoria stared at the carriages, and the very few people that had approached the place. Was anyone excited to go back to Hogwarts? Or was something happening at the train that she was missing? With a long sigh, she hopped into a carriage and looked around, hoping to see a familiar face. Meanwhile, she looked at her camera, reading the instructions again.

Colt first year at Hogwarts and yet he was gonna go into his third year. Not confusing at all and this task wasn't daunting or anything. He didn't want to show his anxiety or anything because that wasn't manly or anything. He was trying so hard to deny he was nervous but come on anyone would be starting a new school. He got all of his supplies and stuff in his trunk and got his owl stowed away but now he saw carriages. He tilted his head in confusion and thought it was odd to be using carriages to go to school. Well if this is how Hogwarts rolled with the punches then he would to.

As he climbed on, he saw one other person was in here. She seemed to be his age.He gave a small smile and polite nod and sat across from her. Crap he didn't bring anything to do. Now what he was gonna do. He saw the girl had snacks and his stomach rumbled. He wished he packed snacks. That girl was smart. He needed to make some type of conversation or else she was gonna think this creep is starring at her. He cleared his throat and said, "So did you get those from the train?" Smooth Colt veryyy smooth.

Timmy was excited to be back, aside from the horrid things that happened last term. Her ankle was fully healed, though she still didn't want to dance, her parents let her come back to Hogwarts, she had grown about two inches over summer. So far, things were going pretty good. Swimming through the sea of people, Timmy jumped onto a carriage, not realizing who was in there. Adjusting her robes, the blonde spoke.

"Hope you don't mind me sitting with you. Too many people are outside already," She said, flattening out her skirt and adjusting her socks. Looking up, Timmy almost squealed in delight.

"Kate! You came back!" The small blonde jumped on her friend's lap and hugged her tight.

Adi was now restless to find Henric. One whole train ride and he had been swamped by old friends and meeting some new ones but not Henric. Fidgeting with the Manchester United and Prefect badges, he stood next to one of the carriages, scanning the crowd of students. Yo, Henny! Where you at, man? He had something important to tell you!

VERY important.

It could be the the key to Henric's life. Well, his earlier years... Ugh! Adi did not like to think about his friend's life before he had been found by his adoptive parents. Eating out of dumpsters... he hurt for the other boy. He was suddenly glad he had been a good friend to Henric. At least he was able to make him laugh and what not. He saw it as making up a little for the hardships he had to endure. Anywaaaay...

Where was that dude?!

Kate had been settled into her new seat for all of half a minute when she saw someone else joining her. OH, GOOD. She didn't have to worry that she'd end up riding alone with nobody to talk to. Oh, and look! It was a boy and one she didn't know yet. She returned his smile and had just started thinking about what she should say to him, when she heard a low rumble from his stomach. Yeah. She knew that feeling. Well, last year, because this year, she had snacks!

"Oh, these? No, I got them the day before the train in Diagon Alley," she answered. "Do you want some?" She held out her hand, and in it was a small selection of candy. "You can have this handful if you want. I'm saving my appetite for the feast anyway. I'm--..."

She was about to tell him her name was Kate, when she heard the sound of Timmy calling out that very name. "Well, now you know," she said to the boy, smiling. Kate laughed when Timmy practically jumped on her and gave her a hug. "Of course I came back," she said, hugging Timmy in return. "I can't let a few Acromantula get me down." FEW. Yeah. That was an understatement. "So how's it going? You want some candy?"

Colt felt his stomach grumble louder and he tried to silence it but his stomach had a mind of its own. She offered him some candy? He was surprised really. He nodded and said, "Yes please if you don't mind. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast I was kind of busy packing and everything." He made that excuse up but the truth it he was very nervous. "Wait there is a feast?" he asked furrowing his brows and giving her a quizzical look. He didn't know Hogwarts had a feast.

Then he heard someone yelling out the girls name and he nodded and now knew her name. Her name was Kate. Typical name and easy to remember. He let them catch up and sat in the background and looked out the carriage window. He wasn't much of a talkative person.

Henric grabbed his bag and went to find a carriage for himself. As per usual,he watched the threstrals pulled the carriages in and waited for his turn to get onboard. He didn't want to say anything about the creatures because it might scare the other students. He spotted Adi among the crowd of returning students and went to him straight away. He didn't get to see his friend earlier during the train ride which was unfortunate, but he was glad he found him finally."Hey Adi! "he waved."Not getting on yet? Waiting on AJ or Benny, mate?"he asked, smiling.

Humming a tune under her breath Hady shifted slightly from one foot to the other her hazel eyes moving over each carriage being pulled along by a Threshal. She didn't mind being able to see them, it had always been that way for her. It didn't matter though for the reason this was had happened long long ago.

With a small shake of her hair, strands falling about her face Hady selected an empty carriage not bothering to push her hair aside like she normally did. Lately she'd grown used to leaving her hair down rather then pulling up into a ponytail or braid like she used to. Settling herself down on the empty seat she glanced around to see who would be joining her for the ride up to the castle. Not that that mattered much to her really either, anyone who wanted to sit with her was welcome to do so. While she waited she quietly continued to hum under her breath, fiddling with her locket around her neck. So far the day hadn't been so bad. What the feast and the new term would bring was only a guess to her. Hopefully this term wouldn't be to bad though.

Adi had been about to randomly jump into an almost filled carriage because he was THAT ready to head home... his second home, Hogwarts Castle. But it was the sound of Henric's voice calling that had him turning in the boy's direction. "Henny!'' He was SUPER pleased to see his friend. "I'm waiting for you, actually.'' Henric got a bro!hug from him and a hearty pat on the shoulder.

"Oh, yeah. I got those tandoori chicken kebabs for you.'' The older Hufflepuff happily showed the neatly wrapped package he had been holding. "I reckon there are a few pasties around but those are in my trunk.'' Sorry, Henny. You will just have to wait a while longer. "Come on, let's get into the carriage.'' Without further ado, Adi jumped into the thing, settling into a seat immediately.

"I got something to tell you. Remember that picture that I have with you and me from Ilia's place? My mom saw it and she kept telling me that you look familiar. I told her she probably saw you before at the train station but she said she was positive she never saw you.'' Adi tilted his head slightly, kind of reluctant to continue because what he was about to say was a touchy subject for Henric.

"She says you look exactly like a boy she knew while she was a Hogwarts. He was a Slytherin.'' Did Henric get where he was going with this? That Slytherin dude possibly could be Henric's father... real father or perhaps a relative who may know something about his biological parents.

Henric blinked at Adi,"Why you waitin-" before he could say anything more, Adi surprised him when he gave him a tight 'bro' hug! "Woahh...slow down!I c-cant breatheee.. man...haha! Glad to see you too, mate!"Henric grinned. He patted Adi on the back, excited to see him too. Henric glanced down to see what Adi had got for him.TANDOORI CHICKEN?! YESS! The glorious food he had been waiting for! "Holy macaroni! Thanks Adi! No no, this is really super great enough for me, are you sure you're not trying to fatten me up? Your tactic to win me over our planned football match, eh?"he joked.

Henric joined Adi at the carriage and sat across from him.He unwrapped Adi's tandoori chicken wrap and quickly took a bite.The food was a little cold but he didn't care, it was still delicious! He nodded,"Yeah, we took the picture back then.."Henric was still confused. He didn't quite understand what Adi was trying to tell him.His mother had recognised him?

He stopped munching happily amd stared back at Adi."Wh-what...are you saying mate..."he stuttered. Henric couldn't believe it. Was Adi trying to tell him that his mother knew one of his birth parent? Adi could tell his eyes was glistening a little. "No...it can't be...its..its impossible...I was found in the muggle area, you kn-know that right...he-he couldn't be in...no..your mother must have mistaken me for someone else ..."Henric heart was racing even when he said this to Adi.

Kate nodded and handed over the sweets. "Oh, yeah. They feed us once we get there," she said. "Well, not right away. The first years and new students have to get sorted first, and then there's a speech. After that, though, the food just magically appears! There's tons of it, and it seems like it never runs out." Kate hadn't been too hungry before, but now that she thought about it, she was pretty excited about that feast.

"So what's your name?" she asked. She didn't have to ask if he was new. She knew that. He wouldn't have asked if there was a feast had he been here before. Kate noted the boy's sudden quietness and the way he looked away from them. "You okay?" she asked.



"Hey, Hady!" Kate called out, giving a wave. "You can sit here if you want." Hady was one of the super nicest Slytherins Kate knew, and they'd recently become better friends. Kate's voice trailed off as she realized Hady had likely not heard her and joined another carriage instead. Ahh, well. She'd catch up with her friend later.

Haha. Was Henric being suffocated to death? Don't blame Adi. He just felt... glad that his friend was around, okay? He not for the last time had an image of him looking in dumpsters for food. Laughing, Adi released him and said, "Do you need macaroni too?'' Ohh, Henric and his jokes! "Ahh! You saw right through me! How did you know that was the plan? I've got a couple of footballs, by the way.''

Once settled in, Adi got himself a chocolate frog as Henric set about eating the food he had brought him. Yep, he had cooked that for his friend just as he said he would. Anyway, the older Puff could see the confusion upon the younger Puff's face. He shook his head. "My mom is sure of it, sure that she knew person you look like. I even have the name written down. Hang on, I think I've got the paper with his name since I had written it down.'' Adi began looking through his pockets, fully aware of Henric's now slightly teary eyes.

Colt was impressed and noted that he was gonna get fed everytime he would enter this school called Hogwarts. Then he heard the first years get sorted into houses now that sounded bizarre. He tilted his head and asked, "How does one get sorted?" He was all new to this school. He went to Durmstrang for a bit till his family had to move for his fathers new job. He knew some magical aspects but still sorting sounded strange. There is a speech? "What is the speech gonna be about?" he asked curiously. He smiled and commented, "Good thing the food never runs out because I am starving.." he said massaging his stomach.

"Oh my name is Colt. Colt Winchester..." he nodded toward the girl. "What is your name?" She might have mentioned it but he forgot. Whoops on his part. As he stared out toward the window and was trying to get his nerves under control, he took a deep breath out of his nose and tried to calm down. He turned his head and saw the girl was looking at him. He tried to assure her with a small smile he was fine. "Yeah I am alright, just hungry I guess.."

Timmy giggled, squishing her friend once more before sitting down next to her. When Kate offered her candy, she beamed and nodded. "Please?" She asked, but curious to know what type it was. Even if it were a gross type she didn't like, the blonde would still accept. It would be completely rude of her not to. "What kind it is?" She finally asked, taking out a pumpkin pasty from her small bag. "So how was your summer?" Because Timmy hadn't seen Kate throughout the entire vacation. How rude.

Looking around, she noticed a boy sitting across them. Hello? Who are you? Hmmmmmm???

"Are you new here? I don't recognize you," Yup, he had to be new. "Did you have a nice summer?"

Cilla's summer had been awful to say the least. Her father had passed away and her mind was definitely not in the school spirit. She had begged that she not attend but Mrs Ashcroft said it was best for her daughter to go back to Hogwarts.

Now, Cilla was in a carriage trying her best to not cry.

School was starting! Penelope was feeling very happy and bubbly today for some reason. She was officially a fifth year now. Penelope couldn't believe that this was actually happening. Now that she was a fifth year she felt more mature. Firsties and the other younger students would be looking up to her. There were going to be new firsties! This was so exciting!

Penelope climbed into one of the carriages and noticed that another girl was already there. Wait, she knew this girl. "Cilla?" That was her name, right? Penelope was a lot better at remembering faces and who people were than names. Cilla, if that was her name, was in the same year as Penelope. "Are you okay?" Cilla looked really sad. Maybe she wasn't the kind of person who liked going back to school.

Cilla turned her head in the direction of the Ravenclaw's voice. "Yep, Cilla is my name. You're Penelope, right?"

The young woman wiped away a tear. "My father passed away two weeks ago. I didn't want to return to school but mum insisted. Said it would be good for me to immerse myself in my studies especially since OWLs are happening for me." Cilla crossed her arms frustrated and upset at recent events.

Back again to Hogwarts!

Henric's face and eyes lowered on hearing Adi's words, he didn't know what to think or feel about this yet. It had been years he had felt like this again. Abandonment, hurt...longing. But he was happy now...right? He didn't want to go back to those dark memories anymore. The search for his birth parents had long been buried at the back of his mind and he had already accepted that it was a hopeless cause. If what Adi told him was true, it was like the wound he had kept hidden from his family and friends would eventually comes back to haunt him again. He fell silent the whole time as his close friend explained how his mother had found him familiar to a person she knew in Hogwarts. Adi told him he had written the name on a piece of paper. Henric gulped,not sure he was ready to accept this sudden news.
"W-wait...wait a minute..."he muttered, stopping Adi."I-I need a second..." All of this was a little overwhelming for him,his voice and hands were trembling slightly. Henric took a deep breath, closing his eyes and calming himself. He then nodded towards Adi,"Okay...I'm good now...w-what is his name?"

Hady was just getting comfortable on her seat inside the empty except for her carriage when she heard something. Lifting her head slightly to see what the sound was (well over the sound of everything else xD) she realized someone else was getting into the carriage. A girl maybe her age or close to it. Only Hady didn't remember ever seeing her before. Maybe she was a transfer student or something.

Shifting slightly to lean somewhat more against the side of the carriage the brunette gave just a slight nod of her head in return to the one the girl gave her. "Hello," she answered quietly looking at her for just a moment longer before glancing around once more to see if anyone else might be joining them.

Adi found the slip of paper at the same moment something occurred to him. With the paper clenched in his fist, he asked Henric, "Do you want to know? I wouldn't tell you if you don't want to.'' He thought he could guess what Henric was feeling. Half of him would want to know but the other half wouldn't. "Yeah, sure. Take as long as you need.'' They had an entire school year ahead of them, after all.

The seventh year stared out of the carriage, watching the other carriages being pulled by the unseen thestrals. He jerked his head back in Henric's direction when he heard his voice again. Without another word, he unfurled the paper. "According to mom, his name is Declan Montgomery. She also told me he married Emillie Jane Krauss, another Slytherin.''

Adi shut up now to let the news sink in. He had earlier debated himself on whether or not to tell Henric about all of this because it would just bring up unwanted memories but then he decided against not telling him. He didn't think it would be right to keep such things from his friend.

How was she already a sixth year? It seemed like just yesterday when she'd received her acceptance letter to begin her fourth year here. And pretty soon she was going to be done with school and she still had no idea what to do after Hogwarts.

With her truck trailing behind her, she smiled at the thought that next year she wouldn't have to exert effort in lugging her trunk around. Next year, she'd be of age. That was probably one of her biggest perks to being older.

Not really noticing which carriage she helped herself into, she smiled when there was room in one of the closest ones to the train and smiled bigger when she saw a familiar face. "Adi! How was your summer? Excited to be back at Hogwarts again?"

And then a brief smile toward the other guy. Another Hufflepuff, of whom she did not know.

Henric waited patiently for Adi to announce the name of the man. Declan Montgomery? He wondered what kind of person he was. But wait....Adi mentioned another name which he didn't expect to hear at all! A woman's name by the name Emilie Jane Krauss. How could both his birth parents be in Slytherin? It didn't make any sense to him at all and not only that, they both tied the knot to each other?! Henric stared at Adi's crumpled piece of note in his hands in disbelief, if he had magical birth parents...this could only mean that he wasn't a muggleborn like most of his friends thought he was. "Can I s-see it again.."Henric asked Adi politely for the note. He wanted to see it for himself. Those two names...why did it sound so familiar to him as if he once heard of them in his dreams.

"Are-are t-hey still a-alive? Did your mother kn-know what happened to them?" Henric asked, his voice a little shaky. Henric steeled his heart and prepared himself for Adi's answer to him. What if his birth parents were still alive? There were so many thoughts running through his head, so many questions he had longed for them to be answered.

A new girl whom Henric did not know had come in to join them. He quickly rearranged his face so only a smile could be seen."Hi there," he greeted politely
