*Dragging his trunk down the corridor Rom looked for an empty compartment. It was his last year at Hogwarts and as he thought about it he was a little sad. With his parents always traveling and his brother Merlin knows where Rom felt that school was his home. It wasn't that he had friends at the school, that didn't make Hogwarts home. It was that a member of his family worked at Hogwarts. But she was married now, starting a new life. So that meant Rom was going to be alone... Again. Pushing those thoughts back Romulus continued to look for a seat.*

Marigold leisurely strolled up the corridor, searching for a familiar face and maybe someone to show off her badge give chocolate to. She saw a couple people she thought she recognized from her house, but instead decided to keep looking. She reached into her pocket for a chocolate frog and instead found her mum's hospital-type bracelet. She frowned at it before dropping it back into her pocket and searching the other one. Ah, chocolate. She bit the head off of the frog and chewed it, dwelling on her mum's situation and why it never seemed to get better.

Squeezed, her purse being walked over, a few smiles and very few familiar faces could be the perfect description of Paloma's journey into the train. The corridor seemed like the best idea for now, and later she would find a compartment and someone to hangout whilst the ride back to Hogwarts.

Still glancing out the windows, Paloma could notice her mom was waving at her, holding TJ and Alexis as they did the same. She waved back and smiled...'Til Christmas I'll see you!' She mouthed and looked away, still feeling that lump in her throat.

This was it.

His very first ride in the Hogwarts Express and Hugo was trying to hold his excitement, but he couldn't and you could see it in his face. It was written all over. NO ONE could blame him, okay? If you weren't excited, then you should be. Or something was wrong with you.

The little boy walked through the corridors, trying to find an empty compartment.... or the food trolley. Whichever came first. He stopped at the sight of a girl, an older girl, standing in the corridor not so far away from him. Was she talking to herself? Hugo walked towards her. "Why are you talking alone? Are you okay?" because talking alone and especially in public wasn't okay. You only do it in private.

So she had put her trunk up, found a compartment to sit in, and would have been content STAYING there...but her stomach was rumbling and she had SOME spending money for the trolley...so here she was. Trying to look for this mysterious food trolley because so far, she hadn't seen any sight of it anywhere. Maybe it was invisible. Maybe you needed a password for it. Wasn't Hogwarts keen on passwords? Hmm.

She went to one side, towards the front cars, and just SEARCHED. 'Ellllooo, food trolley?! HERE, FOOD TROLLEY! Where was it? She spun around and turned back, trying to spot it ANYWHERE. Her stomach was dying, now, surely. Even if she HAD eaten, like, a huuuuuge breakfast before this, thanks to her Mam. Eden liked food though, so...she wanted more food.

She was beginning to think the food trolley didn't EXIST though.

Maya was feeling really excited. She was goung to hogwarts! She was on the train. It was all really exciting. And she didn't have to speak French anymore, and she realyl liked that idea. Her father was still a little concerned, but she had promised to like write to him every week, so she was sure it was going to be fine. And it was only an exchange program, so he could totally take her back to Beauxbatons next term if he really wanted to. Maya didn't really want to though.

She hummed to herself as she wandered down the train corridor. She didn't really know where to sit. She had no idea where Ruby was, and she didn't really have too many friends yet.

Eden was about to give up and go back to her compartment with Clara and Layla...when she spotted another girl. Close to her age yeah? She flushed nervously but smiled and tapped her shoulder. "Hi--um--I'm looking for the Food Trolley--any idea where it could be? " she asked softly. "I feel like I've looked just about everywhere--" she said, and she glanced up and down the corridor AGAIN.

Ugh.

"I'm Eden, by the way--" she said, letting her Irish accent get the best of her from nervousness. She sighed and ran a hand through her brown hair, her blue eyes scanning the corridor. "New here. So I have NO clue about....the train or anything." She explained. Probably unnecessarily, too, because the girl probably didn't care about Eden's...background or anything. SIGH. Was she rambling again? Probably. Poor girl had to hear Eden's nervous RAMBLING. Her stomach decided to ROAR with hunger at this moment and she bluuuuuushed and wrapped her arms around it. Well then.

Embaressing.

This train wasn't so exciting anymore....especially in the corridor. Ceo had left the compartment he was staying within to just wander. Not caring where it would take him. Moving forward the soon to be at Hogwarts student bumped into someone "Sorry" he said...which in retrospect seemed rather rude to all 100 others he bumped into. So he looked up to the one who he apologized to

MERLIN HER!! The Flower Bonny!!

Ceo instantly put his head down as his cheeks flushed into a deep red. Time to turn around and leave go back the way you came and pretend you didn't see her!

Ow. Ow. OOOW! OW!!

UURGH!!

That stupid, pulled thigh muscle was NOT helping Agatha pull all her stuff along. Not helping at ALL. Grrrrrrrrrr!

The Slytherin had a deep frown on her face as she tried to pull her trunk, balance her cat's little cage on top of if AND her silly raven's cage on top of it all too!! She still wasn't fully happy her mother didn't let her leave the bird at home this year, but at least it was being quiet for now. Unlike her cat, lady, who was scratching all over her little cage, trying to run away. "Lady, stop that!" She scolded her beautiful cat then looing up at the raven. "You too, Chess! Stop it!" ...Not that the bird was doing anything, but she felt like scolding him too. Weird bird.

"Ow!!" She groaned, letting go of her stuff and holding her left thigh. URGH, this was SO annoying!! AND painful!

Soon, her little concentration on the outside of the train got stumbled by the judging voice of a younger kid who approached her. "Nope, not talking to myself. And yes, I'm okay. Look outside these windows, there are two kids and a woman; that's my mom and my two nephews, I am saying...'See you later'" Or something like that. Being assumed she was crazy, she turned to see the kid, who was a tad short for his age. She stretched out her hand and 'tried' to smile...

"I'm Paloma, Ravenclaw, Sixth Year....and you?" She had to know the name of the kid who subtly called her crazy!

Marigold was bumped by someone and in the aftershock fell into the half open compartment to her right. "Sorry," she said to people in the compartment, before backing up and apologizing to the person who nudged her. "Sorry, I was in the way—"

Hold on. This was the accent dude! Ceorlic? Yes, that was right.

"HI!!!!" she said loudly to him. Did he recognize her? Huh? Huh? Well, if he didn't, she was going to make him remember. "Marigold?" she said, pointing to herself. "The one you almost called.... That?" Now she was bouncing. A PERSON SHE KNEW. HURRAH.

A strand of licorice dangling from his lips, and hands stuffed inside his trouser’s pockets, Ethan continued to patrol the train. He’d casually check each and every compartment, making sure that the kids haven’t decided to pick a fight or something. He’d train his ears too to eavesdrop on some of their conversations just in case they were scheming something bad. If the topics aren’t suspicious enough, he’d move quickly to the other groups.

Peeling his senses off of one of the compartments, Ethan ducked as an escaped owl flew by, which was quickly followed by a panicked older student. Before he could even pull the licorice off of his mouth to offer help, he found himself pressing his body against the wall as a bunch of first years chased each other hogging the entire train corridor. The fourth year Slytherin eyed the bunch and was about to call their attention, but suddenly decided against it. He guessed that they’ll zonk out sooner than expected. Well if that happens, then half of the trip to Hogsmeade station would be a peaceful one, yeah?

And just like that, there was silence again. Ethan turned around and decided that he should probably go and take a break. The Prefect’s Compartment would probably be the best place to recharge. Hopefully his trip to said compartment would be a peaceful one too...

Sparkle sparkle sparkle.

Bianca was sparkling from head to toe. Maybe not exactly, she couldn't find the glitter that she had been planning to toss into the air and dance around in so she was lacking a little bit more shiny. But her hairband was covered in rhinestones and her robes... well... she had it folded under her arm. Bianca had to finish putting on all the rhinestones somewhere which was why she was trying to find a seat somewhere to do it all.

She continued to look into compartments and waving before leaving.

She didn't like any of the other people in there.

On her journey to find a compartment, she saw a girl who looked like she was struggling with... cages? Were they all supposed to bring animals? Bianca was not aware of this. "Bro, you alright there?" she asked. "Do you wanna go bedazzle your robes?" After whatever the girl was doing. They could sit in a compartment and bedazzle their robes and not worry about these fluffy creatures because wow. They did not look that pleased to be here. Maybe the animals would have to learn too? They could also sit there on the ground and do it. Bianca wasn't particularly picky.

But Bianca was polite. She'd wait till the girl was done with whatever before they go run off and bedazzle robes.

HELLO TRAIN.

Like WHY so soon? You know summer had been LOVELY and could of been LOVLIER had it been longer...or like forever. But that thing called school existed and at least Hogwarts did too, cause muggle school well gosh that would be times a gazillion more boring.

With her luggage all settled where it needed to be, Abbi wandered about the corridors with her kitty, Whiskers and a good packet of MnMs. It was probably going tobe the last packet she'd have before switching to the more wizard-like sweets and so she didn't devour it up all at once like she usually would. Instead for every step she ate one MnM.

Now where to sit HUH? She didn't want her MnMs to run out before she could even sit. That would be AWFUL. So WHERE to sit...HMMM? WHERE?

Hugo glanced at the window and barely saw them (it had nothing to do with his short height). He nodded "Hmm...I see" and turned around to face the older girl "Are you sure? 'Cause I can't see anyone" it's okay to talk to yourself, she just had to admit it. Heh.

He stared for a second at her hand. "Isn't this way how older people greet each other?" he had watched his parents shake hands when meeting people, but they were old. He wasn't old. So, he waved his hand instead. "I'm Hugo, hasn't been sorted yet and it's my first year" said with a bit of excitement. "Your name is...weird. Paloma..." but weird in a good way because he hasn't heard it before. "So, I guess you have been in Hogwarts for a long time now. How is it like?!" he had to know, needed to know.

Still grumbling about stupid leg muscles, Agatha, struggled to hold up her stuff again and continue walking towards an empty compartment, but before she could even get all her things ready to move again, she heard a voice asking 'you alright there'. The person had said 'bro' first, so surely they weren'-- ...oh, they were talking to Agatha.

The Slytherin eyed the other girl for a few seconds, still wondering why on earth she had called Agatha a 'bro'. Didn't she know Agatha was a lady? Excuse you! "I'm fine." The fourth year said, looking unimpressed at the... were those rhinestones on her hairband? Wow. 'Do you wanna go bedazzle your robes?'

Blink.

"Who are you?" The girl was a bit random, talking to people she didn't know. Wait, did Agatha know her, but couldn't remember? .....Nah, Agatha had excellent memory.

For some reason this girl reminded her of Fern. It was probably because of the rhinestones. Probably.

After being held up in the prefects compartment Bay thought it was best for him to walk around and get some feelings back into his legs again, they went numb while he was sitting crossed legged on the bench. Bending over he cracked his back, shoulders and legs and then gave himself a shake, kind of like a wet dog to get all the cracking of the bones done.

Sighing in relief he started to walk down the corridor to make sure no kids were harming each other or other things getting out of hand.. and wait.. he wondered where Lux was sitting.. he would probably find her some where around here.

What was this girl doing? What was with the eying? Oh wait...

Was Bianca's shininess actually blinding the girl? Was it being powered by her amazingness? Wow. Bianca had not been aiming for that. But she would accept it. Yup. She gave the girl a big smile, and casually tossed her hair over her shoulder. Not that it was needed but it was fun and Bianca wanted to.

Besides, what was wrong with this girl anyways? What was with that... face the girl was doing?

"I'm Bianca Evelyn Caruso, future Gryffindor," she said, sticking her hand out for the girl to shake, to kiss, whatever it was people did these days. "Who are you?"

Feeling the need to get some air and exercise, Lux stepped outside of her compartment. It would give her a chance to stretch her legs and look for Bay. Where was that boy anyway? Usually she would have seen him by now. No matter, she was sure she'd find him eventually.

Heading along the corridor, she saw Bay ahead of her. Awesome, she didn't think she'd find him that easily. Jumping on his back, she put her arms round him so that he was giving her a piggy back ride. "Hiiiii." Hehehe.

Merl-- Morgana, this girl was an odd one. Agatha was sure the look they were giving each other right now, in this moment of silence in the middle of the train corridor probably looked strange for whoever was watching them. If anyone was watching them, that was. It wouldn't be surprising people were looking their way, what with all that noise Lady was making. "Shush!" The Slytherin told her raven, who was actually quiet.

Bianca Evelyn Caruso. Right. Future Gryffindor. Agatha raised an eyebrow. "So you're new? How can you be so sure you'll be in Gryffindor?" Morgana, why would anyone want to be in that house of weirdos? The ballerina shook the girl's hand firmly anyway. Maybe she was wrong about her future house. Hopefully. "Agatha Helena Hapgood." Since the other girl had said her middle name, Agatha did too. She did have a very pretty one anyway. "Slytherin." The house you want to be. The house everyone wanted to be. Of course. "What's that you have there?" She asked, looking at what the girl was carrying around. She had said something about... 'bedazzling' her robes?

Walking around peeking in compartments making sure things are okay he felt someone jump on his back and say Hi, he knew exactly who it was. "HEYYYY" he said while thinking a piggy back ride wouldn't be a good idea, he was actually surprised to see that she could have made it on his back, with his recent growth spurt his mother had to buy all new robes and clothes for him.

Laughing he made some horse noises as he bent down for her to get down.. "sorry Cucumber, my back is just a little achy from the seats on this train ya know" he quickly brushed some of her hair out of her face and gave her a quick but strong hug.

The train ride, Charlie decided, had to be the worst part of the whole school year. Not only had she had to put her trunk in Els and her space (which obviously wasn't working out very well as Elodie was nowhere near ever going there ever again), she'd also had to say a very long and sucky goodbye to Tristan, and Elodie and Cat.

Oh, and her sister. But that was different: Valeria's job meant that she wouldn't be around for half a year anyway. Shrugging - or trying to - the bad thoughts away, Charlie adjusted her hair a little, pulling her bobble tighter, before making her way down the corridor.

She had a friend to see, and an AWOL summer to make up for.

Bay was being a good horsey, so Lux ruffled his hair a little. This was always loads of fun, but the ride was over as soon as it had began. Pout.

"I didn't hurt you, did I?" She asked feeling concerned as she climbed off his back. Well, maybe he was okay since he was hugging her. "I was wondering where you were," she said as she hugged him back. "And if you grow any taller I'm going to need that ladder to get on your back and I do not like the thought of that." At least she was growing too, that was some consolation.

Vinnie was kind of kicking her trunk around the floor, she was fed up with it. Carrying it wasnt an option anymore and she was sure her foot would be numb later. So what, she'd let someone look after it later. This train was just too full and the compartments too small. Where were her people anyway? Had they been swallowed by some weird creature? Maybe...

Not looking were she was going the brunette bumped into someone and cursed....just about to tell the person to look out... a huge smile spread on her face. "CHARLIIIEEEE!", she beamed and hugged her friend. Oh my god it was Charlie. Vinnie's mood instantly got better.

Wow she had missed her sister from another mister.
