In the area where the portraits of outstanding former Hufflepuffs are hung on the wall, there's also a shiny golden sun replica hovering in midair. If the desire to work hard and be the best you can be isn't enough to motivate you, then perhaps this will. Flashing through various shades of yellow, the golden sun will display the names of the top five Hufflepuff point earners. When points are added, glittery black beads connect to spell out the names of those taking initiative towards helping Hufflepuff in the competition for the house cup.

If you spent anytime in the common room, you probably noticed the golden sun, waiting for it to shimmer with the top five hufflepuff students. And suddenly, without delay, it shone bright with the top five students working towards the house cup:

Norah Kittredge [Sararara] - 72

The term is still fresh as lessons are kickstarting and homeworks cropping up, so despite our place in the house points, there is STILL time to kick up those gears and pull through into third place (we're less then 100 points from third! Only 220 from first). We can't do it with just the top five alone and I know there's more of you lurking out there then just these five students. So let's put on our rabid faces - get to class - do some homework (even partial efforts in class and homework should earn you SOME points and some is better than none) - show these Eagles that we're not just a bunch of duffers. I know we can at least be in third place!
