Kace owled Puck to meet him at the laboratory to get the supplies needed to make their planets. He needed to get yellow sand first. He looked around and found some and found a bag and put the sand into the bag. He needed three of them because he needed to destroy them in three different ways. That shall be interesting with Puck at his side. Once he was done putting the sand in three different bags, he looked around and forgot about the spell they used in class. He remembered it was something like Fingere Elementi? He would ask Puck when she met him here.

She hadn't liked having the owl smack her in the face when it had delivered the letter...sassy little brat it was. Really, it wasn't smacking more than it was trying to take off using her head as the runway. Really, there had been a GIANT table infront of her it could have used ANY of that.

Puck groaned in a very unladylike manor as she pulled yet another feather out of her hair. Perrrrrrrfect.

"Hey Kace" she smiled to her friend as she finally made her way to the laboratory. "..." she let air escape from her lips as she stood there...nooope, not good. "So......................did ya take notes in class?" she asked hopefully.

As Kace was getting his supplies, he realized Puck finally made it. "Hey stranger.." he greeted without turning around. "Took you long enough to find me. Anyways and yes I did take some notes. I take it you didn't?" he asked with a raised eyebrow. He let it slide and got on with the lesson. "Well for homework we need to create and then destroy the planet we make in three different ways.." he said rattling off from what he could remember. "Any ideas?" he asked his friend.

She leaned her head on Kace’s shoulder and pouted. Yeah, pouting was happening…if he told her they could wait an extra hour she’d probably give hima GIANT hug…or kiss or something. Emmy’d kill her though so, yeah, just a hug. ”three different ways? But all I know is that one way? Are you nooooooooo I don’t want to make up a spell for this,” she frowned and siiighed.

”lets throw one of the baggies at eachother and cast bombarda to see if they make a BIG BANG” she offered with a shruuug of her shoulder. What? The Big bang was a thing right not just some old television series that went on for like ever? ”you want to freeze one so all the water and life dies out on it?” she asked and eyed Kace as much as she could from her leany angle.

Maybe that is how he remember things from class is the drawing he drew helped him what the professor said at that time. It could be the possibility of why he could remember such things. Puck saw that eyeroll and couldn’t help but glare at her laughing friend. ”Oh well, drawings are fun pillowKace” she grinned at Kace at the little nickname that she had left him. ”awww, thanks for agreeing to help me out. Now, lets get this show on the road!” she grinned and up at Kace.

She couldn’t help but laugh at the little head pat. ”Yeah, we have to get this homework to this assignment” she grinned and grabbed a few red bags herself…what? If they big-banged the bags together it’d make a cool orange planet right? ”the spell from class sounds like a good idea” she grinned over to Kace.

”you dooo?” she asked and smile over to Kace that was so cool! ”oooh idea? Any great ideas yourself?” he asked and smiled over to Kace once more…she was all smiles right now. ALL smiles.

Pillow Kace? He shot her a quizzical look and laughed. "Is that my new nickname?" he chuckled some more. "Alright if it is only you can call me that.." he grinned and bopped her on the nose. He couldn't agree more because he was thinking of the perfect place for them to go. He noticed she got red planets and thought it would be cool to combine the colors. "Good idea, we can make cool explosions using two colors." he smiled liking her smarts.

When Kace asked about the nickname she just gave him her usual lopsided grin and nodded. Yep, she was going to call him that…along with Case, and other things. ”Awww I have my own personal nickname for you?” she grinned and then immediately growled at the nose bopping. She wasn’t a dog.

When he told her about the freezing spell she just snorted, ”that seems a bit overkill to teach a freezing spell when the school’s already frozen” she had heard about it after all. Dungeon corridor? Like close to the kitchens! ”ooooh so are we going to be close to the kitchens then?” she asked excitedly after forgetting about the whole idea of the spell all together…well, she just put it on the back burner really.

"Lets goooooooo!" She grinned as she skipped down the corridor away from the astrolab....yeah, skipping. It was happening.

He was cutting it a bit fine, as seemed to be a running theme ever since he'd reached school age, but Toby was finally getting around to his Astronomy homework. It probably didn't help that he'd spent a large portion of the allotted time trying to decide just which option to choose. He wasn't all that creative and had very few nametag decorating ideas, so that wasn't too appealing, and even just the idea of writing an essay at the moment made his head hurt. Which left the option for destruction.

Toby didn't like destroying things, he was more enthralled by those who could create and build and all that. But... he had to admit, even if just to himself, that sometimes destruction could be wonderfully satisfying. But shhhhhhHHHHHHH.

He still had the three bags of yellow mixture he'd picked up at the end of last lesson, and plonked them all in a row on the desk at one of the workstations. Toby had only a very vague idea of what he was going to do here, and figured it would be best to just think things through first.

Mkay. Mhmm. Right.

In a sudden moment of decisiveness, Toby picked up the first of the three bags and held it out flat in the palm of his left hand, and using his right to grab his wand from his pocket. Probably not the safest place to keep it, but ehhh.

"Fingere Elementi!" Toby spoke clearly, enunciating the spell as he jabbed it at the bag of yellow sand stuff in his hand. The spell worked great on his first try, which Toby sort of expected; he'd probably cast this spell more than any other in his life ever ever ever. The Hufflepuff watched as a planet formed above his hand with a loud POP!

"Diminuendo!" Having moved his hand away from beneath the planet, Toby pointed his wand at it again and cast the second spell. SHRINK RAY! In a flash of white light, the yellow decently sized planet got smaller and smaller, until it resembled a teeny tiny floating marble. Toby grinned to himself and was ABOUT to commence stage two of his plan, before noticing that it was... still shrinking.

Uhhhhh... how did he turn this spell off. THAT wasn't supposed to happen.

Doing the smartest thing he could think of at that moment, Toby dropped his wand rather than attempt to point it away from the planet or cancel the spell. But... too late. The planet was now either shrunken out of existence, or so small that he couldn't see it. MAYBE it was small enough that the teeny tiny air particles were crashing into it and destroying it that way, but Toby couldn't really tell. He very much doubted that it was completely gone, though.

So... now what? He wasn't totally sure he'd done the whole thing right, as he had no way of knowing if the planet was still intact or not (and randomly pointing his wand into the empty space and casting the engorgement charm didn't seem very wise) but... hm.

Suddenly, inspiration struck. Toby had bought his Astronomy textbook along with him today, just in case he needed it, and also for destruction purposes. That thing was a total brick, and had been the intended fate for this planet anyway. Who was to say it wouldn't still destroy the possibly-still-present teeny tiny planet?

Toby grabbed the textbook, raised it high over the workstation where the shrunken planet presumably still was, and SLAMMED in down onto the surface, making a much louder noise than he'd been expecting. The Hufflepuff glanced around him making that 'oops my bad' face, and lifted the book up again to inspect it and the worktop. Well... he couldn't SEE anything, but it was safe to assume there was no survivors, right? Right.

Satisfied, Toby collected his wand and the other two bags of planet-powder, and made a swift exit from the laboratory. Next stop, Airey's office to ask a small favour for phase two of the homework, and then it was off to the grounds.

Eagerly Lux made her way over to the astrophysics lab so that she could get started on the Astronomy homework. So she had left it a little later than she had originally planned, but life happened and so did multiple homework assignments. All that didn't matter right now, however, because she was here now to destroy planets. The thought made her giggle because she was on principal opposed to such practices when actually performed... On Earth. But for little planets she created from scratch it was perfectly okay and quite actually fun.

Taking out one of the three bags of yellow sand she had collected at the end of last class, Lux plopped it down on the workstation. Her plan for this planet was to go all out and blow it up, sort of like how she'd imagine things going if the sun expanded to the point of explosion ...Or whatever happened when suns expanded a lot. Maybe a little too brutish for her general tastes, but nothing wrong in starting out with a BANG.

Hehe.

Holding the bag of sand in her left hand, she tapped it with her wand. ""Fingere Elementi!" The little yellow planet formed before her very eyes and it was almost a shame to put an end to it so tragically. Her poor baby planet.

Siiiigh.

Feeling slightly regretful, she pointed her wand at the floating orb and called out, "Bombarda!"

BOOOM!!!

Yellow planet everywhere. Hehe. That was quite the handy spell, and Lux was actually glad that Lex had taught it to her last term.

Having no means of checking how much time had passed, not even a small bit of light that slowly crept through one of the tiny cracks in the door over the back wall of the boo box to show the Captain that time was passing at all, he had ceased his hurtling himself against the door and slouched down on the floor. NOT because Captain JAS Hook was giving up, because the pirate would never do such an absurd thing, but because he body was sore from all the blunt impact.

"Yo Ho, Yo Ho, Yo Ho, Yo Ho, Yo Ho..." he began idly singing to pass the time. Time. WHAT A CRUEL THING TIME WAS.

He had had been, all of these years, running from a ticking crocodile when it was something of his own invention that would bring about his timely demise...

Removing his hat and holding it over his heart, Captain JAS Hook looked upwards into the blackness for several long and deceptively peaceful moments and...

"SWEET SOLSTICE!"

Reaching for his enchanted breast pocket for his wand - to illuminate the situation - he was met with nothing but sticky and gooey....SOMETHING smushed against his hand.


"SWEET SOLSTICE!"

EVERYWHERE! THERE WAS....STUFF ON HIM EVERYWHERE.

"SWEET SOLSTICE WHAT IN ORION'S NAME IS ON MY SUIT?!"

They wouldn't be letting him out of the closet, that was clear the moment they put him IN the closet and left. Brilliant strategy it was but the fun suckers ruined the class for everyone else. Did they ever think some people didn't mind getting a little mushy or that on the odd occasion someone forcing themselves through NEWT studies might like a class where they could just shoot things at people and not think? Selfish lot they were but they weren't her concern, the Professor was.

Though she'd left with the others she'd planned to come back, just needed a snack from the kitchen first and you know, one snack turned into another and before she knew it, she needed a nap. Perfectly understandable but she was here NOW.

Entering the lab she expected to hear the Captain yelling out treacherous things and calling 'NEW SMEE' over and over but she was pleasantly suprized to hear the expressions of the Astronut. That was promising...and gave less chance she'd walk the plank for her supposed mutiny--despite her having been his faithful first mate the whole time. With a flick of his wand Lex saw the door swing open.

"Ye alright Cap'n? I'd 'a rescued ye sooner but those Lost Boys had me chasing 'em all over the castle if ye'll believe it." And a perfectly solemn nod as she stepped aside for him to leave the closet. New Smee was here.

Voice! He could hear a voice!

Hands balling up into fists, the astronomer began to pound on the door as he tried to ignore the horrid sticking sensation that the goo on his skin caused when it struck the wooden door.

"Stop talking nonsense Miss Cambridge and just let me ou---"

And then...it opened! THE DOOR WAS FINALLY OPEN!

A rush of fresh clean air washed over the closet and muted the stench just long enough for the man to fill his lungs. "Oh sweet solstice that is some stellar air," he sighed as he stepped out. The contrast of lighting momentarily blinded him to the point that he felt like a caveman stepping out of the cave for the first time and experiencing sunlight.

And then he jaw dropped and hung open wide like a black hole. No sound came out as his eyes grew almost comically big and his right hand trembled as it lifted into the air to point at the travesty that was his laboratory. Gasping and making noises that sounded like muffled 'habitta habitta', his gaze slowly made it's way around the room and looked as though he were about to cry the longer he looked.

"My laboratory," he manly!squeaked as his knees wobbled just a bit and the initial shock wore off. "WHOEVER DID THIS WILL BE IN DETENTION FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE! AND IF THEY BECOME A GHOST...THEN THEY WILL STILL BE IN DETENTION!"

Nonsense was it? That was different...in a promising sort of way. It was expected that he'd need some air what with the merlin awful smells coming from the closet after he'd stepped out and yeah, the squeaking was expected as well. This seemed to be Airey again.

Alexa watched curiously, waiting for what would no doubt be an overreaction to his lab. The mumbling was the build up.

There we go. Lex stood perfectly still, trying to keep the amused expression from her face while the Professor let off some steam. Ghosts and detentions huh? "Then I reckon you best lead me there now so we can get started, but we'll have to go find Lottie too...and everyone present at your class earlier. You can keep 'em as long as you want but you can't legally keep me and Lottie down there after June." Just saying. Have to stay on the ride side of the law Professor.

"And while you're at it, pack a couple suits and a sandwich or three because you'll be stuck down there too Cap'n JAS Hook. This is your work, we were following orders."

Nostrils flaring and eyes most definitely getting a bit of a glossy sheen to them, the astronomer took another few steps away from the storage closet and out into the room only to hear the dreadful crunch of glass under his.....BOOT?!

What. Was. He. WEARING?!

The stench was no longer an issue, and ironically he was no longer THAT concerned about all the gunk on his clothing because HE WAS NOT WEARING A SUIT?!

And then Miss Cambridge essentially hit him in the gut with a lead brick. An entire bag of lead bricks really. "YOU AND MISS WISTERIA DID THIS?!" he shouted, arms flailing up and down and left and right and across his front all the while. But how....why...weren't they... If his eyes hadn't been a little misty before then they most certainly were now.

Two of his most promising pupils....destroying his laboratory...AND ONE OF THEM LOOKING AMUSED ABOUT IT! He had seriously misjudged the-----

"Lesson?" he questioned as he peeked out from between the fingers on the hands that were now covering his face. "WHAT lesson? My next lesson isn't until two days from now!" THIS WASN'T FUNNY, MISS CAMBRIDGE! DON'T PLAY TRICKS ON AN ASTRONUT! Although, somewhere in the back of his mind there were some images surfacing. Ones that tickled his imagination and brought a smile to his face despite his agitation with the current predicament he was in. And then he came back to.

"Why would I order anyone to completely annihilate the sanctity of a scientific environment?! AND WHY AM I WEARING MY HALLOWEEN COSTUME?!"

Which was why she had called him Captain JAS Hook, right? Although now there were a few other, er, images and thoughts coming to mind. Now that he was kind-of sort-of not really calming down.

Well gosh don't take it so personally Professor. Lex hadn't expected that look when she mentioned her and Lottie helping get this place to the dump it currently was. Not like they had much of a choice, you know? "We did Professor, everyone did, even you." So really, if he was gonna be hurt, he shouldn't be hurt because they helped. They were only doing what they were told.

But then his freaking out got a little strange and the Gryffindor could only stand there blinking. "It's not. It was today, the notice has been up in the Common Room for days now or else we would'a gone to the classroom instead of here like we did." No way his class came early or she wouldn't have been here--okay yes she would because hello Astronomy but she'd have been complaining about the Professor giving faulty dates followed by her questioning what else might have been faulty in this life. It was a delicate cycle you see.

"Alright, hold it." Lex said, raising her hands to get him to calm down. They wouldn't get anywhere if he just kept asking wild questions like this. Best she just explain and let him take it all in.

"Let's start over. We got to class today, you said you were Captain JAS Hook, named me First Mate, called me New Smee and Lottie Boatswain or whatever you called it." What was it anyway? "Told us astronauts ate from toothpaste containers, bit this one kid, threw another into the closet--hauled her up by her robes, you did--and called it the boo box. Dante was Peter Pan and you yelled about having his Wendy, right? Then Zeke asked permission to wage war and YOU split the class and joined the ranks of Gryffindor and Ravenclaw and YOU told us to puree the food and throw it at each other, then YOU got your butt locked in closet because the class reckoned you'd gone mad and didn't want you throwing anyone off the tower thinking it's the plank you'd been yelling about. It was a legit concern after you went and hurled Pebbles across the room. You could'a hurt someone--even with that hook of yours so they organized a mutiny and we all left."

Were they clear now? He needed to calmly internalize this...then he could freak all he wanted but first he needed to know. "If it's any consolation, the class was epic--'least I think so. A bunch of them ran off to tell I reckon, but you're normal now so it's fine!" NODNODNOD.

That had been weird. “He was a bit rude to the kid who thinks he’s Aladdin…but Aladdin kid helped me out of the closet that was called the boo box” she shrugged her shoulder and chewed her lip slightly.

Nerves. Nerves nerves.

“He yelled Bad form a lot in class…called Headgirl…new Smee, and he was yelling at everyone telling them to eat the ice cream…people didn’t want to eat it for some reason” she was there, at the part of the story that could change the entire meaning. “Someone…err, I kind of wanted to test if it was an act? So I conjured a clock…one that had wheels and set it to tick-and-tock around the room…he freaked out” shaaarp breaths. “Then when he told Alexa to throw it off the plank he walked over to me picked me up by the back of my robes with his hook and threw me in the closet – I don’t know much other than that…but the Aladdin kid was soon there in the closet with his hand over my mouth directing me to crawl out of the closet…oh and Declan Hazelwood was in the closet too rambling about how he bit his fingers” she wouldn’t forget the look on the poor kids face.

Her voice was becoming more confident less frightened…and…apples, “he taught a spell that pureed food and we were forced to throw it at each other…I didn’t hear the spell cause, I was in the closet but someone got food in my hair when I was coming here with Eden” she whimpered a bit. Her hair. It was her favorite feature next to her practically patented red lipstick. “he killed my clock” she added as a final thing…because her clock had gone off the plank. “I don’t know if he threw anyone off the plank…he had a list of people to walk it though,” she shuddered some more at the thought of being forced to walk off of a seventh floor tower.

The HEADMISTRESS was here and everything she heard was right--from head to toe, this woman was SCARY. She was PRETTY, okay, but SCARY. Her hard eyes and her EXPRESSION. Eden practically melted right now. She watched Penelope run off to get Professor Romanos--yes, the Dark Arts professor was SOOOOOOO needed right now. PROFESSOR FLAMY WAS GOING CRAY. "Not to mention, Headmistress, that he LOCKED Puck in a closet--ABUSE! That's HORRIBLE! How did he become a teacher?!" she asked, widening her eyes. "I transferred from Durmstrang--" she bit her lip. "And--and--I am SO scared that I may just want to go back!" It was all bluff. She had made too many friends here, now, to just go back to Durm...."I just--I was so appalled and scared--You have to set him right!" She said. "What if he PUSHES SOMEONE OUT THE WINDOW?" She flailed her arms around a bit.

"Okay girls, perhaps you had best wait here." They had arrived at the Astronomy tower now, with Bunz listening to these STORIES all the way, not talking, just listening, and now she was going to accost this 'Hook.' IF their stories were to be believed, after all. Flamsteed was an astronut all right, but was he the type to lock children in closets?

Hearing voices coming from the astrophysics laboratory, Bunz chose to open that door and peek in. Maybe he was here? Yes, yes he was. And so was EQUALLY insane Alexa Cambridge and...

"A great bigggggggg mess," the Headmistress murmured, waving her hand in front of her nose because of the SMELL. Goodness. It smelled (and looked) like the rubbish bin when Ethan forgot to take it out. She shook her head and carefully picked her way into the room, her wand in her hand just in case either of the other two in the room chose to get crazy in front her. Hmmph.

She came up behind Alexa just as she was finishing a story about a mutiny... interestingly enough, it sounded quite similar to the girls' story, aka the reason she was here.

"Yes, 'a bunch of them' DID run off to tell, and that would be why I'm here now," the Headmistress piped up, her expression CLEARLY showing that she was not amused. "Flamsteed --- or should I say CAPTAIN HOOK --- what has happened here? Is your classroom management so lacking that you are locking children in closets now? Because we DO have dungeons you can use if they get out of hand." She understood that was a walk and a half from here, but it would be a better option than making them walk the plank out the window.

Ahem.

Eden followed the headmistress...and with Puck at her side, the two spent the whole way retelling the class again. AGAIN. Eden provided more details. Like how he was DRESSED as a pirate, spoke like a pirate, and everything he had said which she had found OFFENSIVE. ALSO. "There were QUITE a few kids acting odd too. One bloke claimed to be Aladdin." She said with a shrug.

Hogwarts seemed to be going to the fairies....tales. Fairytales. HA. Eden chuckled at her mental joke but quickly stopped as the headmistress spoke. OKay. they had to stay...out here?

She looked down at her shoes and sighed before looking over at Puck. It seemed like the lab was a MESS. And Eden had NO clue what the heck was going on at all. But she DID see Professor CrazyPirate and Eden was NOOOTTTT happy with him at ALLLLLL. Nope. She was actually glaring at him with her ANGRY!EYES. MEH.

Puck had talked the entire way to the astronomy tower…wait why had she talked so much? Gosh that was annooooying. She groaned and ran a hand through her stick hair. Ewww eww eww. It was crunchy and sticky, she just hoped it worked like a hairmask and wasn’t gross.

“Okay…y-yes Headmistress” she nodded at the idea of waiting. She glanced at the room and cringed gosh was she happy to not be in the room she could smell it from outside of the room.

“Hey maybe he was…” Puck lifted her hand to her ear and with her pointer finger made a spiral motion. Yeah Professor CrazySteed was crazy. That was a given. And wait Dungeons? NO she didn’t need to be in the Dungeons at all! She glared at the doorway and huffed as she stood there tapping her food indignantly.

The astronomer's eyes glazed over as Miss Cambridge spoke and his mouth continued to hang wider and wider with each word. Could he just lie down on the floor and plank for a while? With all the goo he was covered with, surely he would blend in with the mess. It wasn't like he was wearing one of his suits anyway.

And she just kept talking....and talking...and THIS WAS JUST TOO MUCH INFORMATION TO COMPUTE AT ONCE!

Airey began to pull on his hair some more, causing him to look even more crazed than usual, as glimmers of images he had had from what seemed like a dream began to overlap with what the Head Girl was saying. By golly gee though, did she have to paint it all so negatively? Hadn't SEEMED all that bad to him.

HE DID WHAT TO PEBBLES?! WHERE WAS SHE?!

"THE HEADMISTRESS?!" he said as he choked on on air. Oh sweet solstice this was it. The end was coming. He was going to get sacked. Farewell Hogwarts. Farewell suits. Farewell Pebbles. Farewell livelihood! Although there still was time, they could make the place look a little presentable before...

His eyes refocused so face that the six foot something astronomer wobbled in place thanks to the rare feeling of vertigo. She. Was. Here. He was too afraid to make eye contact with the woman because he was afraid of some, er, leakage occurring. The woman had the most TERRIFYING death glare, okay? One that he did not fancy seeing right now. He was feeling too many contrasting emotions as it was. Oh, and hello you two standing by the door...yeah. Not looking at you two either.

"Flamsteed with do," he muttered, knotting his fingers together. Did she REALLY have to bring the closet thing up again. That news probably hurt his stellar ego the most. "It is not in my nature to deny any students an education by locking them anywhere," he protested sheepishly while taking a defiant step towards the woman and, against his better judgement, made direct eye contact with her. Nope. NOPE. Scary eyes. He quickly snapped his gaze down towards the ground, which made more goo fell off his attire and on to....oh, er, hopefully the Headmistress hadn't seen that.

Er...Miss Cambridge? Little help here?! As first mate and all!

The Professor had taken the explanation even worse than she thought he would. Merlin, you'd think she'd told him he DID shove a kid off the tower and was now getting the boot. "You don't have to worry. What are the odds anyone bothered stopping by the Headmistress'? Nothing to--" Eh? Lex turned at the voice and the woman who'd entered the room.

Okay, nevermind. They told. It was all over. The culprits were still at the door. Showing their faces after their blatant mutiny. Airey really should'a made them walk the plank. Pfft, acting like he'd never get back to normal when obviously he did. Bunch 'a pansies. No sense of adventure.

Know something? He wasn't doing a good job of defending himself. Lex glanced between him and the Headmistress before deciding to give it a shot. "No no, Headmistress, you've got it wrong. He isn't Cap'n JAS Hook anymore and I'm not New Smee anymore because he snapped out of it--see the completely devastated look on his face? Hook was all kinds of confident and pushy which reminds me," She turned to the Professor, "you gave me your wand to polish thinking it was a sword, can I keep it til I find mine?" Important question here. Without his, she was wandless.

"But like I was saying, it wasn't Professor Airey's fault. Me and Lottie think it's the giggling book I found in the restricted section--o'course there's no real proof of that but I've never trusted books. Point is, something cooky's happening. There was a troll in the dungeons during Potion's earlier this week, nearly killed Professor Collarbin but we took care of it then it vanished like fairy dust." And all the looks for the Headmistress. If something was going on, she demanded an early graduation...like tomorrow early if this evening couldn't work--and even if nothing was wrong, she wasn't opposed to leaving anyway.

Just saying.

Penelope explained as much as she could to Romanos on the way to the astronomy tower. By the time they got to the astronomy tower, Eden, Puck, and Headmistress Truebridge were there. "I got Professor Romanos." Taking a few steps into the astrophysics lab, she saw that it had been completely destroyed, and it smelled horrible. The Ravenclaw girl paled. She was feeling more nauseated than she had felt during the lesson, and the puréed food was only making it worse. The dizziness from earlier was now accompanied by a headache. "The astrophysics lab...I feel sick." Professor Flamsteed didn't like tears, but Penelope couldn't stop herself from crying. Tears rolled down her pale cheeks. Crying led to coughing, that then led to gagging, which was really not helping with the nausea. She was going to vomit soon if she didn't stop gagging. Astronomy class was likely to land her in the hospital wing eventually, or worse. Sweet solstice, as Professor Flamsteed said. Even without a Ravenclaw girl who was probably going to vomit, the astronomy professor had enough to worry about.

So the story was growing, the more these children talked. It was just one thing after another, wasn't it? First with the Mistress of All Evil/New Shmee, then Captain Hook, a troll in the dungeons, and some kid pretending to be Aladdin... what had gotten into these children? Annie did not yet believe that a hiccuping book was to blame. She was going to blame the children. As usual. They were too easily influenced by these Muggle stories!

"Would someone PLEASE stop spewing Muggle fairy tales at me and explain what's REALLY going on?" Oh look, Romanos and that Ravenclaw were here now. Speaking of, though, the girl looked ready to puke. All that gagging and choking and--- crying? Was she crying?! "There's no crying at Hogwarts," the Headmistress snapped at the girl, all her patience already used up by Alexa and Airey. "If you're about to be sick, you'd better get out of here. Alexa! Get her to a bathroom!" Perform your Head Girl Duties!

And then, when she came back... Bunz would have words for the lioness. She *WAS* Alexa now, correct? NOT Malevil or whatever all that Great Hall nonsense had been?! Anastasia returned her attention to Airey and beckoned Romanos closer. "Medea, would you examine Flamsteed to make certain no Dark charms or curses have been applied to him? It sounds as though he had a temporary bout of insanity in his last lesson, which resulted in... this." THIS. MESS. As for Flamsteed himself... she just eye-glared him as though daring him to pipe up again.

The whole explanation Penelope had given had seemed rather unbelievable and even she started to question her suspicions about the odd goings ons in Hogwarts this term. Or if they were even any to be suspicious about apart from Alexa's lack of mannerisms and Airey's need to throw away his suits. Plus the odd interaction with young Zeke, but, after hearing the astronomy professor had literally thrown pebbles...

Aaaand that was undeniably the Headmistress' voice. Oh my.

"Oh... vow," Taking a step back after setting foot into the laboratory, she stayed by the entrance, nose scrunched up somewhat. Merlin, that odor could hit someone like a brick. What was... no, wait, what happened to the laboratory?! Medea glanced around at the mess present, which looked more or less like a tornado passed through. Good heavens! What!?

"Dark curses?" she repeated a bit muffled as her hand was currently halfheartedly attempting to stop the smell from reaching her nose. With her attention drawn to the Headmistress before her gaze settled upon Airey, she slowly dropped her hand. "Oh... oh yes, of course." Indeed. More room for Penelope and Alexa to leave the room when she moved from the doorway anyway.

Her gaze settled upon the astronomy professor, rarely drifting away apart from the few glances as to where she was walking and the mess around the area. Even managed a small smile to him once a feet closer, though it faltered some as her hand closed on her wand.

"Are you okay, Airey?" She could perform a few quick spells, yes?
