Sander walked slowly into the classroom. Climbing those stairs from the Common Room up to this classroom had actually made him breathless. Even his legs were wobbly after the climb. He was surprised when he entered the class....no it wasn't a room anymore. He found himself outdoors where he could see rolling hills, flowers... and wait was there actually snacks laid out in plates on the grass?

Sander looked around for the Charms Professor but couldn't see him anywhere. So he walked over, knelt down, took a cookie and brownie from the plate. He then took a seat on a blanket under the tree and bit into the cookie while keeping a look out for the Professor.

Uhhhhh.... what? West stopped in the doorway and looked around, instantly suspicious. Yeahh... okay.

... okay.

He walked inside... outside... whatever.

West just stood there, waiting. Guard up.

There was no change in Tobias. He'd been carefully expecting the mirror every day for some new affliction to his appearance. But no... still the same random few grey hairs and those weird lines that remained on his face after he'd stopped smiling. Ones Toby refused to believe were wrinkles. This was good, so Tobias was in high spirits when he arrived at charms.

The third year cheerfully skipped strolled into the charms classroom- and nearly walked straight into West Odessa.

His reflexes weren't as brilliant as they normally were, but still good enough that he managed to avoid crashing into the older boy, but managed to skirt around him at the last second. "Sorry!" Toby chirped, even though there had been no collision. Still, manners.

And th- oh. Oh okay.

That explained the standing still thing. Tobias paused too, a little further in, and blinked around at the inside (outside?) of the classroom. Magic. You thought you understood it and then BAM, something like this. Gosh. GOSH.

Despite the fact that he had no idea what was going on, Tobias believed it could only be a good thing. He went over and sat on one of the blankets under the maple tree, setting his bag down beside him. Ooooooh, COOKIES. Toby leaned towards one of the plates, trying to decide which one to take, fingers waggling as he made the very difficult decision.

Not even curious about where Professor Neighbour was. Not at all.

Charms... was probably one of the classes that Lux had been dreading the most if she was being honest. It was not that the subject itself was boring or anything, but her confidence in spell work was pretty low, and that was not good for CHARMS class.

Stepping through the door, she was surprised to see that she was among rolling hills and there was a stream nearby. Beaming, she started to skip excitedly. Normally she was not one for skipping, but there was something about this place that made her want to do it.

Spotting Sander sitting on a blanket under a tree, she happily skipped over to him. "Isn't this place amazing?!" She did a little twirl before sitting down beside him. Gosh, she loved being outside even if it was really indoors.

"I wonder where the Professor is."

Sander was happily munching on his cookie when he saw Lux enter the classroom...meadow...dreamland fantasy? He smiled at her as she skipped over to join him. "Hi Cucumber. Yes this place is amazing. In fact, to be honest it feels too good to be true," he whispered softly to Lux, not wanting to disturb the nostalgic feeling of this place.

Sander shrugged and looked around on hearing Lux's question. "I don't know, Lux, but I have a funny feeling that he's somewhere nearby, even though we can't see him," Sander whispered his reply to her.

Errr...

Lux raised her brow, wondering why Sander was acting all suspicious about their surroundings and where the Professor was. She herself was not worried about anything, deciding to lie with her back against the tree and gaze up at the clouds. Aaah, everything was so peaceful. "I'm sure there is nothing to worry about, Sander. And maybe the Professor is just running late." She stretched her legs out lazily.

Charms!

It was fast becoming Michael's favourite class. And the Professor that taught the class seemed pretty cool in his opinion.

And as he stepped in to what was supposed to be a classroom but instead was the perfect looking countryside well the Professor just got cooler. Seeing all that grass and blue sky made him forget about the few grey hairs that he had spotted and the fact that the hair on his face was now looking more like a beard then the cool five o'clock shadow he was sporting only a couple of days ago.

He bypassed the food because he was always told never to eat anything from someone you didn't know and plopped down under one of the Maple trees. He would have greeted the Professor but since he wasn't anywhere to be seen then there was no use, was there?

The smile had been cleared away for his more familiar scowling expression as Cutty entered the now idyllic Charms classroom. His steps got slower, more careful and his wand occasionally picked at the ground before him for fear of anything the tall grass could hide. He looked to see his other classmates and noticed that he wasn't the only one, Odessa was also on guard and it made Cutty feel like his suspicion was vindicated to have an older student also not trust in the eye.


Cookies? Tea? POISON??! Handsome Hufflepuff Proessional Quidditch Playing Future about to take a bite?!!?? "TEMPUS, DON'T EAT THAT!" Cutty had his hand on the hilt of his wand making for a spell that could've gotten the poisoned cookie out of the badgers hand.

Christmas entered the classroom to find it wasn't like a classroom and smiled to herself and wondered what the lesson was going to have in store for them

Whoa. This was incredible. It was like a scene from a dream, one of the pleasant ones. Gwen wasted no time in finding a pot of coffee and pouring herself some. She hadn't had coffee since she got to this school weeks ago. Unlike the other kids, she could care less that the professor wasn't in the room.

She felt so light. Like she couldn't do anything wrong. The way summer days felt. Camping and swimming and everything happy filled the space that seemed to go on for miles. This was amazing. She took a deep breath, inhaling the delicious smell of coffee. It was black, but there was some sugar nearby that she spooned into the cup.

Of course, her favorite was Starbucks skinny vanilla latte with soy, but in a pinch, this would do. Who was she kidding? This was fantastic! Gwen sipped at the drink of heaven, closing her eyes to enjoy it more fully. What was this place?

Adi was not rushing to get to class. Nope. Instead he had left the common room earlier to accommodate his stupid slowness. When He finally arrived for class, he was expecting to see a boring old classroom without the Professor. Well, the latter part turned out to be the same as usual. But the room...

The Puffer stared, unable to believe his eyes. There was FOOD! As much as he wanted to take something, he wasn't sure if he should. Maybe they were for later? Resisting the urge to grab a couple of cookies, Adi made his way for one of the blankets instead. Time to enjoy the scenery.

Blair basically skipped down to the class from the common room, Charms was one of her favourite lessons. Upon entering the classroom Blair was surprised to see a lot had changed. Despite knowing she had just walked into a classroom she felt like she had walked outside the castle. The Professor must have put some kind of charm on the room to make it look this pretty.

As the Professor was as yet nowhere to be seen, Blair decided to make herself at home. She poured herself a cup of tea, picked up a cookie and made her way to one of the blankets and waited for the lesson to commence.

'wow' Sarah exclaimed seeing the site. She made her way over to the nearest daisy and picket it and took a sniff. Yum. She Then lay down on the gorgeous grass, watching the clouds up above. She listened to the sound of water nearby.

This was heaven. She caould smell the lovely scent of the grass and the daisies.

She felt her eyes droop, maybe this was too relaxing. She closed her eyes, but as usual her ears remained on alert. She was always cautious, and at Hogwarts you could never take security for granted

Alexa froze at the entrance to the Charms Classroom. This...this she didn't expect one bit. What the kneazle happened to the room?? Not that she was complaining. This breeze was lovely, so was the scenery and you know what else?? THE FOOD. Good merciful Merlin, there was food, the sugary kind!! jdsfkrsduigfi!!! After Cerulean left she thought they'd never be able to eat in another class again. The Gryffindor had almost lost hope but then she walked in here and there were COOKIES, chocolate ones, sugar cookies too--muffins? Cupcakes???

She was never leaving this room again. Okay she would, but only after all the sweets were gone. For now she was fine with grabbing a blanket, grabbing a few plates of treats and setting up under one of the trees.

It almost looked like she was hoarding with the way she kept going off to grab more and add to her blanket stash. At no point did it occur to her that something was wrong with the food or that the Professor was nowhere in sight. Everything was lost in the sight of SUGAR.

If this lesson was on relaxation she was ALL for it.

Was this a dream? The ultimate relaxation or zen class. Perfect. Because if it was a dream, Nigel just wanted to sleep. With Fuller not here it sounding better by the second. He walked across the the grass to an open blanket not really hungry but just wanting to lay down.

Now he may be a Prefect and that meant no napping in classes anymore. But with this set up Nigel just had to. The Prefect laid down on a blanket, put his arms behind his head, and closed his eyes. Maybe Fuller will get here before he falls asleep.

It could happen. It just was not likely.

Errrr.......

Was this a regular occurrence during this class? Or had she gotten lost again and found some kind of secret room instead of Charms? No, this was most definitely Charms with the people filling in. And it didn't seem to be normal either, judging by people's reactions.

So, why was this class being held in a sunny meadow? Also, why were the blanket 'chairs' under a tree? With all the rain and crap going on recently preventing her from going outside much, Layla's vitamin D levels were definitely running low.

Pulling a blanket out into the sun, she laid down across it, arms behind her head, and waited for class to start.

Alex was trying to get her mind prepared for Charms.. She definitely needed to be in the right state of mind for this class. As she entered the classroom, she stopped suddenly. Looking around, Alex could not believe her eyes. There was no classroom, just green everywhere and beautiful flowers. Did she hear water? It sounded like they were near a brook or a stream. It was so beautiful, like a nice spring day.

Finally snapping out of her momentary daze, Alex spotted Sander and Lex sitting on a blanket under a nearby tree. She started walking in their direction, but first stopped to grab some cookies from the assortment of snacks placed on the grass. As Alex neared the tree, she called out to her friends. "Hi Sander, Hi Lux. Isn't this place awesome? Do you mind if I join you?"

:: Ganymede rolled around in the grass feeling restless. She would of had a blanket, but a greedy Gryffindor Prefect seemed to have took those.
Stinkin' Gryffindorks. Ganymede thought with a huff. She sat up and grabbed a handful of the magical grass and chucked it towards the blanket hog.
"Oye! You can't have them all sweet heart!" The majority of the grass fell onto Alexa's plates of food. Ganymede stood up and pulled out her wand. She was wondering if she could use a charm to take the blankets, or if an old fashion tug of war with them would be coming.

Ganymede marched over to the Prefect, put her hands on her hips, and cocked her head with a snarl. "Well, you going to share?" She asked, still holding her wand out. ::

Bay walked into the class----ergg room? where did everything go? all he saw was green grass and hills and stuff.. wow… they really go all out here.. Moving towards the blankets Bay decided it was best for him just to sit down. plopping down on the blanket he stretched out his legs.. ahhhhhh…much better. Where was the Professor?? normally he greeted the Professor at the front door.

A few of these, a couple of those--OoooOOoOo these cookies looked heavenly. Alexa scooped them up too and brought them back to her blanket. After a while she realized she had more treats on her blanket than actual blanket space left. It wasn't a problem. She would eat her way to more space and enjoy every crumb in between.

The Gryffindor leaned back against the tree she'd set up by, getting into the relaxing mode. The first bite of the double chocolate chip cookie sent her reeling deeper and deeper into a sugar filled bliss, one that prematurely came to an end when she saw someone chuck grass into her plate.....

NUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!

She was gonna ruin the treats!!!! Lex hobbled up onto her knees trying to scourgify and banish the grass before anything too hazardous could happen to her treats when the girl walked over. Unless she was here to apologize Lex was busy saving her food to care about what she had to say. Alexa was too busy with the grass to really look at her but then she glanced up and saw the wand aimed at her....and scowled.

"Shove off before I rearrange your face." Not very prefect-y sure, but who was gonna tell? Besides, she was accosted...according to her version of the story anyway. Lex didn't share sugar and she especially didn't share it with people rude enough to raise a wand at her.

Caleb wasn't feeling too great - found ANOTHER gray hair last night - but then he stepped into Charms class. His mouth fell open in shock. He couldn't believe it! This was so COOL! He didn't even try to figure out what it was they could possibly be doing in this class, because all he saw were BROWNIES. And COOKIES. YES.

Running towards the picnic area, he found a blanket all to himself and started to munch away on the treats. What gray hair? He didn't care! All was right with the world!

Delilah skipped made her way to the first Charms lesson of the term, feeling all excited. It was her most favourite subject, after all. So, she was early. Earlier than she generally was anyway.

Oh. Was West guarding the classroom or something? She eyed him curiously before stepping in.

.. She STARED. Oh, wow. Just.. She looked in wonder alt the hills, flowers, a stream, the SUN. Oh, how she missed the sun. She burst out laughing and just stared for while, drinking the beautiful sight in. Could she stay here forever, please?

After a little while, she joined the rest of the class under the maple tree. Cookies! She grinned to herself before taking one. It looked like this was going to be an awesome class.

:: Ganymede set her jaw and took a few steps forward, she now was standing on a blanket.

Taking a deep breath, she finally thought about the moment. Ganymede lowered her wand. "Just give me a blanket and then you can go back to stuffing your face." She growled out, staring at the girl amongst the pile of softness.

Ganymede had this feeling of fire in the pit of her stomach. Her lack of consequences at home fueled her lack of control of her own behavior. She wanted a blanket, and if the situation escalated, she was going to enjoy it.

"Well, I can just take one off of you." Ganymede began to reach down, tugging at a blanket. This started to upset some of the dishes that held all the sweets. ::

Marigold was OUT OF HER MIND HAPPY for the first Charms class of the year. THIS WAS HER FAAAAAAAVORITE CLASSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She looked around for the looker teacher, but he was nowhere to be found. Pout. She skipped over to a place and sat in it.

Where are youuu, Professor???
