Wow. A TREEHOUSE. Like the one that used to be there! Then it got taken away by an evil Groundskeeper who had no feelings. And it was abandoned at the minute. So Lilly had it all to herself. But that thought didn't please her as much as it should have. But still, she climbed up to the very top super quickly. She did have a lot of experience. Climbing up trees in the park and the old garden as soon as she could walk, and then later at Rupert's where she'd built a treehouse herself, a small, rubbish one which was her hideout to get away from things.

Lilly sat at the top, gazing out at the beautiful castle and its grounds. It was good to be back, but at the same time it was horrible. Her twin wasn't there to wander about the place with, tricking innocent people like Harvey and Ronnie. Shame Rose was never fooled. But then again, they were sisters and Rose had spent most of her life with them, keeping them in order and trying in vain to stop their pranks. She wans't going to cry, of course.

Siiiggghhhhh

Bliss ran and ran, her guitar bouncing from where it sat securely on her back. She needed to escape, the feast had practically JUST finished and she needed to get OUT. She felt... claustrophobic, even when there was no one around. It was so...weird. She couldn't believe what she done. She was stupid. Crazy. Idiotic. GOSH. Bliss screwed up her face a little and kept running. She ran past everything and kept running, further and further until she couldn't find the breathe to run anymore.

She'd reached...the treehouse. Bliss didn't remember this being here last year, being she'd just not noticed it. Carefully, she climbed up into it and sat with her back facing the wall and her guitar now it her lap. Hmmm. So many emotions had built up inside Bliss over the last day or so and it had been a lot for the tiny Hufflepuff. MELLOW. She'd...told....HUH. She could barely THINK it. ShelikedAlec. Why...why had it taken her this long to figure out?

"You're so stupid, Bliss," she muttered to herself, rubbing her eyes. Not crying. Not this time. Time...sing....that. Urgh. That would be a good idea, singing normally got her....feelings out. Yeah. She'd lean up a bit more and got comfortable with her guitar and strummed a few lines and started singing, softly at voice, though her voice gradually built in strength.

Bliss chocked a little and carried on playing with singing, shutting her eyes and just feeling the music. She thought about the words, they had so much meaning in them, it surprised her that anyone could write that well.

So this was a weird way to start off the year.

Alec wandered down the grounds, a million and one thoughts running through his head. First, he was confused because... Bliss had just ran out of the feast so unexpectedly and... well... the fourth year couldn't help but blame himself for whatever was going on with the girl. He had let her down gently though which... well... that wasn't bad, yeah?

Still, the way she had run off...

Shaking his head, the fourth year continued walking, his eyes searching out for the familiar Hufflepuff third year. He hoped she hadn't gone off to the Girl's dorm, though. He couldn't comfort her in there! That is, if she had needed some comfort. What if... what if she had just run off to use the loo? And he had come running after her like an idiot.

Not. Cool.

... But... hey, was that singing? Singing that sounded a lot like...

GRIN.

Oh look! He was standing right underneath a treehouse! Grinning some more, the soon-to-be-fifteen year old climbed up the rope ladder and stepped onto the landing. Right... now... to follow the voice! He wandered around for a bit until... THERE! Sitting with her guitar and singing about...

GULP.

That had to be about him, right? Yeah? Or no? He got a funny feeling that it was. Especially after some of the things she had told him down at the feast. Alec let out a small sigh before heading over towards the third year and sitting down next to her. Nothing... really needed to be said. Not now, anyways. He could just listen to her sing for a while. Yeah.

Thoughts. They were whizzing around her head and it was making it difficult for her to concentrate. WAIT. She knew what this meant...she was going to cry. But no...she wouldn't let herself. As long as he's happy, she thought again and again and again in her head. That's all that mattered to her. Yes. she couldn't easily believe that.

Taking a deep breath, she decided to sing more of the song.

Bliss closed her eyes for a second and smiled to herself. Singing always calmed her down. Slowly she opened her ey- o________O OH, SNAP. How long had Alec been sat there? Had he heard her singing? Oh, who was she kidding, of course he had. She should have known to check, after all, he'd been known to just sit and listen to her before.

It was...kind of nice. BLUUUSH. "Hey, Alec," she said timidly and beamed at him. Might as well be normal. Or try to be anyway. "How are y.....I'msorryaboutearlier," she mumbled. "And thanks...for coming to find me," she said and nodded. It was quite sweet of him to make the effort, after all, he could have just fallen out with her or thought she was a freak or something. So this was a plus.

Alec didn't really know what to think about... well... anything. He had already been confused beforehand and now... now, there was this guilty feeling flowing through him as well as everything else and it was all... well... confusing. Very confusing. When had all of this happened and how had he just managed to stand there and watch everything zoom by?

...

But back to Bliss. Alec looked straight ahead, not really focusing on what he was looking at. All he could think about was the song she was singing and how much this had to mean to her. Because... there was a reason as to why she was sitting in a treehouse singing a song about... well... about a guy, yeah? And how she could be his everything and...

... Sadface.

But then she stopped and Alec blinked a couple of times. He turned his head to face her and gave her a small smile. "Hey Bliss!" She didn't mind that he had just sat there and listened to her, right? ... The apology though? Not needed. "Erm... you have nothing to apologise for, yeah?" Smile. "Oh... erm... hey, what are friends for?" Because... they were friends right? He hoped so!

... "Erm... Bliss? Are you... okay?"

Harvey was glad to see the treehouse was back, man he had missed this place. This was where he had many fond memories and was glad to see it back. He climbed up slowly enjoying it as much as he could, once he got to the top he looked out over the grounds. Just as beautiful as it had been before, whenever he had climbed up here. He then loooked round and he saw was that Lily? well there was only one way to find out.. he walked towards her and looked at her "Lily? Is that you?" he asked her wondering if it was her. He had seen her over the summer and she hadnt looked too good, but she looked better now so that was a good thing right? Well to him it seemed so, he looked round.. she was alone again.. maybe she wasnt waiting for anyone like he might have thought she would have.

Daphne Hughes was ridiculously excited as she ran to the tree house. James was going to be back today and she couldn't wait to see him. It had been way too long and she was really missing him.

She climbed the rope ladder and walked to one of the railings of the tree house, looking into the open view. It was so pretty up here and to think that Hogwarts had this here was amazing.

James, still slightly limping, walked up to the treehouse he agreed to meet Daphne at, his guitar slung over his shoulder. He grabbed onto the ladder and hauled himself up into the treehouse. "Daph....babe?" he asked, looking around before he saw her. He set his guitar against the wall and pulled her into a tight hug.

Daphne turned around as she heard her name, flinching a bit at the "babe" part, and hugging James back. She held onto him for a few minutes, feeling a couple tears fall down from her eyes and she let go, wiping them away. She didn't even really know why she was crying. It was just...strange. Usually he was the one who was crying. Not her.

"You're back." She said, giving a small smile. "And you brought your guitar." Her eyes immediately lightened up as she saw it. This meant that he could teach her how to play.

Isidora wasn't spying what she was supposed to be spying. She had her glasses on, and was focused on the general area, but she wasn't spying what she was supposed to be spying.

"Cows." She broke their silence, tilting her head to the side and leaning out the window as if doing so would give her a clearer view. "He has cows." Was she looking at them too? The third year peeked over at Taryn. It was all Dora could really focus on. She didn't even question why they were doing this or seemed at all bored by it. In fact she'd been thrilled since she hadn't got to spend much time with Taryn since that one time over summer.

Did the older girl NOTICE she was wearing the lip gloss she got her? Cause she totally was and it currently tasted like gray. "I think he has the weirdest pets here out of everyone." They weren't even COOL, just weird.

James panicked slightly at seeing her cry. "Hey, hey...no tears. I'm here now, right?" he smiled brightly at her, his dimples showing.

"Yeah, I'm back. A little sore, still, but I'm definitely back" he looked at his guitar. "And I have my guitar" his smile turned into a grin, and he pulled Daphne into another hug. "I missed you, Daph"

"Yeah, I know. That's totally... odd." Taryn did think that cows were... odd. Super odd, but it didn't even matter because he was super cute. "What exactly do you do with cows? Besides milk them? I mean, that doesn't sound very fun." She pressed the binoculars to her eyes and they adjusted automatically, trying to hone in on her target, but he was nowhere to be found!

With a sigh, the seventh year stood straight again and offered the binoculars to the younger girl. "Do you see anything else?" She wondered, poking her head out the window a bit more.

Daphne nodded, looking down at the ground. "I just feel so guilty still for you getting hurt." She sighed, wiping some more of her tears away.

At least he looked better though. The last time she had seen him was in the hospital and he was all bruised and whatnot. She hugged him back with a small smile upon her face. "I missed you too, Jamie." She teased him. She pulled away and took a seat on the ground, patting the spot next to her for him to sit. "I have a lot to tell you." She said, plucking one of the strings on the guitar.

James frowned and wiped her tears away, feeling guilty for getting hurt at all. "I feel guilty that I was so careless and let it happen, Daph. I could've avoided this from happening. We all know it" he sighed and rubbed his hands through his hair.

He did look better, though. He didn't quite feel better. He was still tired a lot, and sometimes, his ankle would make him curl in the fetal position. "I don't know how my cousin did it all those years, just smiled through a painful leg injury, like seriously" he shook his head.

"Do you really?" he asked, eyebrow raised. He sat next to Daphne, and pulled his guitar onto his lap, strumming it. "I learned a song while I was in the hospital; Ad showed it to me...want me to play it for you?" he asked her, tilting his head.

Daphne tilted her head to what James said next and she shook her head. "No way, that wasn't your fault, James. You couldn't have done it on purpose, it just happened for a reason." She nodded. "Stop stressing, let's just...not talk about it. Okay?" She said, ruffling up his hair, laughing. She grimaced at what he said about his cousin but she decided to ignore it. If they continued to talk about it, it would just make her sad and they already had enough sad times already.

"Yeah, especially about how scary Hogwarts is." She said, furrowing her eyebrows together. Stupid moving portraits and statues. >____< A song? Wait, he could sing too? "Is that even a question, James? Of course I want you to play me a song." She smiled.

James smiled. "Okay. No more talking about it." He reached out and brushed some hair from Daphne's face.

"Hogwarts is scary at first, believe me, I was there. You'll get used to it," he assured her. "Are you sure? I mean, it's kind of a sad-ish song...." He bit his lip.

Lil miss amazeclaw wanted to do something amazing. Yeah this year she was living down her creeptastical vibe and becoming just another pfft amazing Ravenclaw. Maybe she'd be one of those purplepeopleeater hybrids of Gryffinclaw or Ravendor?

Yeah she was going to be brave.

She wasn't going to analyze the safety of it.

Nope. Not her, never.

She quickly ran over to the tree house and almost giggled with GLEE as she thought about which way she wanted to get up to the deck there? Did she want to climb up it with those super spiffy branches? Or that awesome rope ladder?

Looking at the branches she just frowned. They were too far apart for her little third year arms. If she was only taller than things could be more amazing for her? Right. She could reach higher branches.

She quickly began to climb up the ladder. Smiling like there was no tomorrow the entire time.

"Oh my goodness, its smaller on the outside!" She exclaimed excitedly as she saw the inside of the tree house and felt utter excitement about being in an expanded tree house.

SIGH. Bliss didn't know what to do know. Would she she cry or beam or sigh?

Well...this was awkward, not because of the situation and anything, but because Bliss was being awkward and not the slightest bit adorable. So no akwadorable here. None at all. She should least say something. It seemed however, that her brain had other ideas. Her mouth too. Neither were forming words and that was causing just a tiny little bit of a problem for her. Just a bit.

She had plenty of thoughts though, mainly about...BLUSH... never mind. BEAM. Time to act blissful. Geddit? "I....er, are you sure? It was kind of...rude of me to just...run off," Bliss said, biting her lip. Not just rude, it was cowardly and she didn't like that, it wasn't like her. Though she wasn't exactly brave, but she certainly was cowardly either. HUH. "Yeah...er, you're a great friend, Alec!" Bliss told him honestly. He was one of her closest guy friends actually, apart from Theo and Tag and....Terry.

Not thinking about him right now. URGH.

BLINK. How was she...."Oh...I'm super, thanks,"....anything but that. Liar, Bliss. So now you're a liar AND coward? The fourteen year old scolded herself mentally, frowning a little. "....I...I've been better," she said truthfully and grimaced. She WAS alright though, no need from Alec to be worried.

Really odd.

Cows. Dora stared a bit more and rubbed her lips together. Gravy was also a weird flavor for lip gloss. This whole adventure was full of weird, the good kind though. "You eat them." She supplied, totally serious, and the her brain got to working and she started a list for Taryn. "Those cows are good for eating, and for their skins to make boots and gloves and jackets, or you could use it for muggle medicine, and some wizard ones too I think. And their good for fertilizer, and feeding other animals, and loads of other stuff." Her eyes focused on the cows when she stopped for a breath.

"But I just think those are pets. He might use their poop to fertilize his garden though!" It was possible. She beamed over at Taryn, all helpful-like, and took the binoculars. It was hard to see out of them without messing up her glasses, but she managed. "No, not really." He wasn't that exciting of a groundskeeper. "Are we going to spy all the new facility? Or just the guys? Or just the ones that... look good?" Had they always been this way? Dora hadn't noticed before.

Huh. For some reason, Taryn could smell gravy. It was very faint, but it was definitely around here somewhere. What the heck could it be? The seventh year pulled her head back from the window and glanced at Dora, sad facing, "Awww. Poor cows. You don't think he's gonna SLAUGHTER them, do you?" No, he would never do that. He was too perfect.

"Perhaps they are his pets!" That was quite a hopeful suggestion and Taryn thought it was quite likely. "He is Scottish, you know? Scottish people are a little odd, trust me, my dad is Scottish." And her dad was totally ODD. But Mr. Groundskeeper wasn't odd, at least, Taryn would never actually say so. Never!

Though the mention of cow poop made her wrinkle her little nose delicately. Eww. "I guess... whatever we can see. We might as well try to find something more interesting than cattle." Like... seriously. This operation was FAILING so far. Taryn stood on her tiptoes and glanced toward the hut, "Can you see inside the windows?" She whispered over to Dora, all secret agent like. When she leaned close to whisper, she could smell gravy again... "Are you actually wearing gravy scented lip gloss?"

Taking the opportunity to explore the Hogwarts grounds for the first time since getting back, Kaiden stumbled upon the Treehouse. This was excellent. The boy was just starting to climb up to the top when he heard a familiar voice up above him. Grinning, he climbed slower, making sure to be extra quiet. Inching to the door, he peeked around it to see that the girl was in there alone. Quickly jumping into the doorway, he yelled "BOO!"

"I dunno, we should ask him." Like, they could go up to his door when they were done spying, and ask him in person. And also get a good look at him. Dora nodded her head. "They're pets I bet, cause all the groundskeepers have weird pets... or stuff students don't have here." NO ONE but this guy had COWS.

She was done with the binoculars, and handed them back to her, leaning against the window railing to spy out his hut. "I don't think I have any Scottish friends. But I guess it makes sense we have one on staff." On account of them being in Scotland and all. "I say we explore the tree house! See what else is here and maybe we can also find a place that's good for spying the entire grounds." Dora loved observing from high up, and this place made it perfect for doing so.

"I can't see much," Her vision wasn't all that great from this distance. Gravy? "Yeah, it's the stuff you got me! It sometimes gets weird flavors, but mostly I get raspberry." It was cool that way, cause she really liked berries. They made for GOOD jam.

Mika was too busy examining the awesomeness of the tree house to notice the creaking sound of the rope ladder. Sure a Ravenclaw was supposed to pay attention. But she wasn't because other more important things were on her mind. Like how on earth the tree house was larger on the inside.

But if she'd been paying attention than it wouldn't have happened. She wouldn't have screamed like a little girl - wait she was a girl...but that wasn't the point.

And she wouldn't have spun around and knocked into the boo-person. Frowny faces weren't happening. Nope. She was laughing. Laughing like a hyena.

"Kai!" She squealed mid-laugh. "You are sooo dead...imma get you for that" she laughed. "Did you notice its smaller looking on the outside! I wonder if the stairs to the upper level are longer on the inside?" She asked grinning brightly.

Still despite how bright eyed and happy she looked she was plotting her next move. How to strike and maybe if she should throw him into the lake? She had no idea - something totally evil...like transfiguring his water to fish paste?

Kaiden just couldn’t help it, when Mika let out scream, the boy doubled over in laughter. Nearly loosing his balance when she knocked into him, Kaiden caught himself on the doorframe. She was going to get him back? “You can try.” Though, at her words, the puff looked around the room before stepping back on the landing to look at the outside. “Its bigger on the inside.” He stammered at the incredible tree house. “I bet the stairs are just regular size. Come on, lets go see.” He said leading the way.
