Heeeeeeeere, he was here!

Late wasn't the word he was thinking of. Busy with other important things sounded better. Chesney was a businessman after all... sorta. So, he waltzed on in, apparently very enthusiastic about the dressing up thing. Chesney loved books, especially the literature kind, so this was a breeze.

Though, because he was in a school that would be full of kids, he thought he'd cater for that. Which is why he had rocked up dressed as... the Cat in the Hat! Totally not lame at all, he thought as he dropped the book off at the table.

Besides, the hat was FUN to wear.

The man went straight to the name tags and wrote, 'Chesney McCready' in fancy writing. And after popping it on his shirt, he tapped his fingers against his side as he watched everyone else. Mingling. Yes, he needed to do that as well.

Leo was busy registering the money donations and putting them in a special chest when a voice brought him out of his working bubble. Looking up and seeing who it was the dark mop-haired man beamed. #Hi Medea, yes more people have come than I could ever hope for, it bodes well for the auction too." He finished with a wink.



"Sophia!" Leo called out when he saw his friend dressed like Queen Cleopatra had entered the room not too many minutes after Medea. "Are you bidding in the auction?" He asked as she got closer to pay the entrance fee.




Making a beeline for Willow he laughed warmly. "Yes it’s me." Giving her a hug of greeting he asked "Still with the Daily Prophet?" Releasing her Lucas nodded. "Thank you. I’m working as a junior cursebreaker its challenging but fun and unpredictable work."

Willow looked beautiful as usual even more so Lucas thought in her Maid Marian dress. Offering his arm out to her he asked "Shall we go over to the auction?"



Leo didn't see Alistaire before the groundskeeper plunked down a book on the table in front of him. "Hello Ali, how are things going?" Noting the kilt and jacket he wondered what book character his colleague was dressed up as but didn't ask. Instead he brought up something else. "I love the new Butterfly Garden you've created on the grounds. It's now my favourite spot next to the library." He complimented.



Turning his head and eyes towards the generous woman Leo shook her hand as he murmured. "It's a pleasure to meet you Ivy." His hunch hadn’t been that wrong after all he prided himself with silently. "Spagyrics is an advanced charms subject, yes?" Leo asked slightly curious. "I'm sure the older students thinking about what to do after graduation will benefit and be interested in reading the books." He assured her.

"Yes I'm Leobald Kitridge, the school's librarian." He affirmed.



The next person to arrive was a man in a zorro costume. If it wasn't for his voice then Leo would have never guessed that it was Dash behind the mask. "Enjoy the auction Dash. I'll stop by your office later in the week to pick up the other books" Leo responded to Dash's back as the deputy made his way over to the aution area with his company.

The next person to come up was Alyssa Potter, Hufflepuff sixth year. Receiving her money fee and registering it swiftly Mr Kitridge smiled "Thank you Alyssa. Tell your father that he is welcome to donate textbooks for all school subjects, we are quite short on those."

James Potter walked into the library. He has heard from his daughter, Alyssa about the damage the fire had caused to it. He shook his head sadly. Despite the age of e-book reading, James always preferred to pick up a good old fashioned book, breath in the smell of its pages and actually turn the pages.

He noticed a man sitting at the table. Picking up a sticker and writing his name "James Potter" on it, he stuck the sticker to his jacket. Then he pulled out some coins from his pocket, counted out 20 galleons and placed it in the donation box, before turning to speak with the man.

"You wouldn't by any chance be the school's Librarian, Mr. Kidridge. My daughter told me what happened and I was wondering whether the Foundation could help donate books to help stock up the library? What is most needed?" James asked.

"I also know of a person who deals with antique and rare books. If any of those rare books were damaged, I'd be happy to ask him to help look for more copies. Money is not an option. The Foundation was set up to help finance needy and worthy causes. James informed the gentleman.

Allie, Allie Hamilton. That's whom Nessie was today, not Captain, not Lochnessie, not Ness she was Allie. The lead character from her favorite book the Notebook. It was a muggle book, yes, but Ness didn't see why wizards should not enjoy such amazing stories such as this one and it was for that reason she decided to donate her spear copy of the novel. She had two anyways, one was at home and this one stayed here. So why not just give it to the library, yes? It made sense.

The red head walked into the room and noticed a table, where she walked by to. She registered, handed her book in and then looked around at the other characters. It wasn't hard to characterise Allie, really all Ness needed was a pretty dress, some shoes, a bag and she was good to go. As for other people their costumes looked much more complicated and it was facinating to look at.

One particular costume caught her eye, it looked like either a dragon or a dinosaur and for some reason made RenesmeeAllie scream out. "LOCHNESSIE!!!" she then squealled a tiny squee! Someone was dressed up as her, or similiar to her..ish..but EEEEP! LOCHNESS! Like how could she not be excited.

Advanced charms subject? Well, he was sort of right... "In a way, yes. Essentially, it's using alchemy to produce herbal medicines. But there is a lot of charm-work that goes into it, yes." She nodded with a small smile. That was a very simplified description, but Ivy didn't want to get into details unless he really wanted her to. "Oh, I'm sure. And then you can send them to me." She smiled deviously again.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Leobald..." She glanced around for a moment. "It's a lovely library. Such a shame what happened last year. I hope this fundraiser will be of good use for you." Ivy was sure it would, considering the amount of people there and all the items donated for the auction.

"I just missed you guys like...soooo much!" Ella said, looking from Sir Treyen to Kurumi with a HUGE smile plastered on her face. "I can't believe you're both here! How are you guys? Erm..and Sir Lewis? Oh and Miss Ellie?" This was really the best day ever, honest. The only thing that could make it better was ice cream...and maybe an appearance by a certain hair ruffler. BLUSH. Anyways...

So Sir Treyen figured out who she was meant to be? BEAM! "Nancy Drew, at your service." GRIN! "My assistant?" Ella raised an eyebrow for a moment before realizing..."Ohh! You're Watson. I should have known." Because the mustache was a dead giveaway, DUH! "I think there's a Sherlock around here somewhere too..." Cause she'd seen Professor Botros around and...Hey! There he was and he was smiling! The blonde turned and gave the older man a BEAM and a small wave. "Now we really can be a detective team!" Bounce.

Blink.Blink. KEEFER?!

This boy also got a giant hug from the fifteen year old who was super excited to see her old captain. "You're here too?! How are you?" And was she squishing him too hard? Whoops. She quickly let him go and smiled sheepishly, stepping back to admire his costume. "Cool costume!"



And then Ella heard someone squeal and her head whipped around to see...NESSIE! She should have known that shriek, yeah? The blonde giggled and flagger her captain over. Oh and she'd been talking about that person...that DINOSAUR person? "It could also be an Ellasaurus!" GIGGLE! "Hey...we should investigate, Ness!" Because Ella was Nancy Drew today and she could use an adventure! Cue excited magnifying glass twirling.

Selina got to the Library as fast as she could humanly get there. The whole heels things threw her for a loop, but if she was going to be a Bond Girl, well, she was going to have to condition herself to running in heels. They always did that... why? Eh, she did not have the time or the patience to argue about that. BESIDES, SHE WAS GOING TO SEE KURUMI! Ugh, she had missed her best friend so much. Yes, it had been two months since the pair of them had seen each other, which, in regular people time, was not too long, but this was KURINA. They thrived off of seeing each other. And she had missed her best friend.

So if ANYONE in the library tried to divert any of her best friend's attention away from HER, heh, well, they would regret that. Besides, she was already feeling Super Bond Girl today anyway. She was, after all, wearing the costume. Ahem, well at least as everyone knew it was a costume. One day when it was revealed that it was real... Merlin... she was going to be the most INTENSE Bond Girl ever. No one was really going to mess with her. People really didn't do that now.

Finally arriving to the event, she took one of those sticker things and looked around for her best friend. Heh. Awesome. Now... where was she?

Minerva was looking around. Wow so many people, this was fantastic that people cared this much about the wonderful, important, fantastic books that Hogwarts had and needed again. Seeing so many faces made her a little dizzy though, some she knew others she did not. Then she noticed some old Hogwart students. Was that Kurumi?? Hmmm Minerva would have to say hi to some, but she was distracted first...

As someone very cute walked in and got his name tag. Minerva walked over to him, "Hello.. I'm sorry, but do I know you?" She gave her boyfriend a fun little smile. "I like your costume, was hoping to see you here."



As Minerva walked around watching all the people she noticed the Minster with Sierra and Professor Lafay. She felt more intimidated to speak with him here. Was it because Lafay was right there or because she really was just another kid now at Hogwarts. Taking a deep breath she decided to say hello anyone. Walking up to the small group she smiled, "Hello Minster, professor, Sierra. Minister I saw you walk in and just wanted to thank you again for letting me speak with you at the BOG event this summer. It was very helpful. Also, I am very pleased to see you here and hope you enjoy yourself."



As Minerva was making her way around she spotted someone that made her smile grow and she took off in his direction. "Keefer!!!" She said louder then she should have and covered her mouth as her cheeks turned a bit pink. As she made her way towards him she tackled hugged him.

"How are you? What have you been up to? How's quidditch?" She laughed a bit, "Guess I shouldn't wait until I see you to find all this out, maybe I should start sending on owl once in awhile."

Finlay hadn't been to Hogwarts since he had graduated. So it was kind of weird being back here. He hadn't really spend much time in the library either, so this was kind of new as well. He wasn't too sure of the outfit either. Even though Nia had introduced him to Doctor Who and he thought it was pretty cool. "Thought my suit days were just for the press conferences..." He laughed, turning towards his girlfriend. He did have to admit they looked pretty cool in their matching costumes. The helmets were pretty cool too. Although Finn would probably get bored of it later. But for now it was okay. As long as he didn't have helmet hair when he took it off.

Finn glanced around, trying to see if he could see anyone that he knew. "See anyone you know Nia?" He asked, glancing down at her again. It would be nice to have a quick catch up with some of their friends.

Nia took a deep breath, taking in the smell of the library. It wasn't quite the same, as might be expected, but it still brought back memories. It'd been six years since she'd last hidden herself away in here, studying away. It had been one of her favourite places, after the Ravenclaw Common Room and the Quidditch Pitch. With a smile, she deposited two books on the front desk - two that she'd found invaluable during her studies: A Definitive Guide to Charms, and Advanced Transfiguration. Hopefully future Ravenclaws would get as much use from them as she had during her time here.

Her arms now free, Nia slipped her hand into Finn's and gave it a quick squeeze. Her other hand swished her skirt lightly. It wasn't often that Nia dressed up, but she was glad she'd talked Finn into their combined outfit. She was loving the fifties look - especially the sunglasses, and skirt that made her just want to spin round to see it float out. And, of course, Finn was looking very dapper in his pinstriped suit. He should get dressed up like that more often, and not just for press conferences. A blissful smile played on her lips as her gaze fell on him.

"It's all about the long swishy jacket, and the specs really," she replied to his comment with a wink. Oh, and that reminded her... "I brought you a prop," she said, a grin creeping across her face excitedly. Dropping her skirt swishing, she reached into her bad, and pulled out a model sonic screwdriver. "I think I managed to redo the electronics so it'd work here..." In case he wanted to have the light and sound effects too.

She glanced around the room with Finn, and laughed. "People I know, or characters I know?" Of the former, there didn't seem to be many...of the latter, a fair few. "Did Treyen or Ellie mention if they were coming?"

And of course Leo would be cheerful. He probably hadn't been dreading this event for days. Eh, I need to just stop being in a grumpy mood already and try to have some fun. He forced himself to smile. "Things are goin' jus' fine, Leo. Finally feel like 'm settlin' in an' all that."

This was excellent news! "High praise! An' I'm glad ter hear it! I's my favori' spot as well, actually." Besides his own home, obviously. Because... that went without saying. "Bu' listen, I better ge' in there. Have t' find out when i's my turn ter be auctioned and all that." With a genuine smile this time, he walked past the table and into the madness.

Oh no, here comes Cece.

There wasn't much use trying to hide. She'd already spotted him. His plan had failed miserably. "An' why not? I'm jus' observin' people." Or hiding from them. Same thing. What does my outfit have to do with where I stand? Others are wearing far more ridiculous things. Like that dinosaur over there, for instance.

His brain went sort of fuzzy and a touch of color came to his cheeks. That... was not what he was expecting to hear. In another time he may have enjoyed the comment, but now... after Ruby and Ciaran... Things were different. "Well... tha's.. Tha's nice of yeh ter say, Cece." And he should make this message very clear. "Bu' I'm no' really lookin' fer that sort of attention righ' now."

His eyes searched the room for some excuse to leave this conversation. "Erm.. I need ter... go ask when 'm up fer auctioning. Have ter be ready, yeh know." With a polite nod, he ran moved past her and off as far away as possible to the other side of the room.

He smiled and hugged his former teammate right back. "Yeah, of course I am! Couldn't pass up an opportunity to help out my old school, right?" Along with other perks. "Plus I get to see cool people like you, so it's definitely worth the price of admission." And considering he played Quidditch professionally, it wasn't that hard on his Gringotts account, either. "And I'm doing great! Training hard, you know. Yourself?"

"Thanks! It's actually the same one I wore to the Boofire a few terms back, remember?" May as well be honest about it, right? "And yours is pretty cool as well!"

Then he was being hugged from behind. He had expected this. Many of his former players were still here. Plus they're in Hufflepuff, so they hug. "I've been good, Min! Training hard, just like usual. You still on the team?" She had mentioned something about being the announcer way back wehn, but he didn't know if she had followed through with that. "Yeah, definitely! I'd love to hear from you!"


"Where have I been? Where have YOU been, man?" Keefer said, thumping his favorite Chaser-Keeper-Seeker on the back. Looking down, he chuckled. "Yeah, I couldn't resist. Still fits, so why not?" Many of his compatriots couldn't say that about clothes they'd worn in school. "I'm just saying I'm one of the three musketeers." Because that was the only thing that fit, really. Eyeing Treyen, he said, "And who are YOU supposed to be, exactly?"

William was almost into the auction area when he heard a girlish scream from just behind him. That scream was TERRIFYING, and Willy froze in his footsteps as he turned around to see who the source was.

NOOOO NOOOOOOOOOO it was the stalker girl, the one who had once written him a love letter! "AHHHHHHHHHRGHHHHHHHHGGGUHHHHHHHH!" Willy!dragon roared, though the silly costume caused his roar of anxiety to turn into more of a monster scream than anything.

He started flailing his little dragon arms and waddling more rapidly away from this SCARY entrance place, dramatically looking over his shoulder to make sure the Hufflepuff wasn't following him too.

Unfortunately, all his nervous!walking and his stay!away!from!me!eying of Nessie caused William to lose sight of where he was going, and he promptly bumped over a detective-looking girl in his hasty retreat.

William glanced down at her, his eyes widening. Ack no, it was another of his formerly favorite Hufflepuffs! The dragonologist hesitated, wondering if he should risk bending down and helping her up and probably falling over himself or if he should just continue on his way?

He'd best just carry on. What if more fangirls students noticed him and he got surrounded?! He couldn't risk it. So the DRAGON NOT a DINOSAUR just stifled his frown and his dragon sounds and briskly moved on out of the media area, likely bowling over some more people in the meanwhile.

Her staring only made him grin more until Ryan realized she was staring because she couldn't believe how dumb he was. Well. Not his fault he wasn't interested in the happenings of Hogwarts. He had just started at the school anyway.

When Selena tossed her long, shiny hair over her shoulder, Ryan couldn't help but stare. And then he reminded himself he was happily TAKEN. To rid himself of being mesmerized by Selena's good looks, the Gryffindor gave himself a good shake. His curls bounced everywhere and then he ran a hand through them so he could fix them once more. Now he was ready.

"The past year? Let's see, I was...homeschooled," He nodded at her as if this excused him from being clueless. As she finally explained, after much huffing, Ryan nodded once more. He wanted to know how the reference section had been destroyed but he thought it best to pretend he knew. "Well, that certainly seems like a good cause," He said with a smile, as if he had known this all along.

Bidding? That required money, right? "Er, how much do you think I can big with seven sickles?" he asked her, jangling the coins in his pocket. Unless he could run back to his room where he kept his money, he was sure he couldn't bid on much. Bummer. "Are you bidding on anything?" He asked her. Maybe he could buy her something and then she'd think he was as cool as her.

Samuel McDean hadn't stepped foot into Hogwarts since the time he came here for the Job Fair with one Mr. Wesley Kutcher. That had been, what, 5 years ago? Maybe not even THAT long, but it's been long enough. The 32 year old man was dressed up in a off white tunic with a red drape. On his head, a carefully placed roman leaf headpiece sat there. He also fashioned some roman sandals that took him the longest to find! So, who was he? He was no other than Julius Caesar himself! Being the Shakespeare fanatic he was, it was obvious he would come as Caesar... or Romeo, but Sam wasn't feeling as romanic today to come as him.

He placed a somewhat cheap copy of Julius Caesar onto the table once he got over there to it. There was no way he would donate his old copy of the book to this! He cherished it way too much. He wrote down his name onto a name tag and placed it on the right side of his tunic. Now, to see if someone was here that he knew...

Spotting his cousin, he gave the man a wave of welcome before setting his blue eyes on someone that look familiar. Everything about him looked familiar except the mustache. "Wes?" He inquired.

Benjy made his way through the castle that he missed now that he was walking through it again. The redhead had hid his new haircut under a white cap that matched his white t-shirt. His cap looked just like the head of Bone from the Bone comics. He even had the leather pack on his back to match his favorite muggle comic book character.

As he made his way up to the table, the hit wizard placed a copy of Bone: Ghost Circles by Jeff Smith down as a donation as well as ten galleons before taking a name tag and heading in to the auction.

Wes hadn't been expecting anyone to recognize him...let alone with his moustache, but he heard a familiar voice nearby and turned to see who it was. It was Sam! Wes had to admit he was muchhhh happier to see him than Dan. That guy had always rubbed him the wrong way and he'd been sort of forced to hire him. Never fear, the FUN McDean was here!

"Sam! How are you doing?" Wes asked with a grin, hugging him and patting him on the back heartily as he chuckled. He looked at his outfit and wrinkled his eyebrows. "What are you wearing??"

Selena watched as the younger boy messed with his own hair. What was he doing with his hair? Did it explode or something? Could she pat his head for good effort on trying to have hair as nice as her own? She decided it was probably best not to mention anything. Maybe his hair would look better with a pygmy puff on top of it though.

She fiddled with her watch-bracelet thingy a little. Why was jewelry so darn annoying? Selena wanted to take it off and chuck it somewhere but since she had borrowed it from her cousin, she was pretty sure Katrina would have her head on a plate. Oh right, the kid was saying something. "Do your parents not have a subscription to a newspaper?" Because then the kid could get his parents that for Christmas or something. And he could read it. It seems like a good cause? "It is a good cause. I don't know what year you're in but you could study in here for your OWLs or NEWTs or your finals," Selena said. Even if she didn't do it, didn't mean everyone else had to take that example from her.

Seven sickles...?

Was that really all he had on him? Selena didn't remember carrying so little with her. Usually at least five galleons back in Hogwarts. "Maybe you can get the pygmy puff I donated," Selena offered. Even though the pygmy puff was worth like... a million galleons more. It was trained to sit on someone's head... that pygmy puff was worth loads. Was she planning on bidding on something? Selena shrugged. "Whatever seems cool." Wasn't that a brilliant answer? Of course. It was Selena Zabini-Riddle's answer. It had to be amazing and brilliant... and more importantly, awesometastical.

Adeline couldn't help but smile. The brunette was dressed as her favorite character from the great trilogy ever, THE HUNGER GAMES! She was Katniss Everdeen and she was now The Girl on Fire.

Many people in the muggle world had told her that she looked a lot like Miss. Katniss Everdeen, minus the bow, arrows and the mockingjay pin but now she was dressed in the famous dress although there were not flames when she twirled because she loved twirling and that would be very dangerous if someone bumped into her.

Adeline stood there with the books in her hand and look around for Asher.

Josephina felt like she was arriving late to the fundraiser, but she had been wrapping up some loose ends and it was better coming late than never. Just hope she didn't miss the bidding on a day with her, but if it was by subject, she probably did. Which means it would be a surprise who was going to be spending the day with her.

She wasn't even dressed as herself though. Today, she was just a simple girl from Hampton, North Carolina; divorced and with a son. Today, she was Beth Clayton.

Once she finally arrived to the table, she eyed the name badge, took one and scribbled "Beth" on the nametag, but then as an after thought, wrote "Professor Hadley" underneath in parentheses. She placed two numerology books in the donation bin along with three galleons; nodding she then proceeded into the auction area.

Andrew Rose did not read books. And therefore he had no clue who to dress up as when it came to dressing up for this fundraiser shindig. But he had to go; not to mention Oliver said it was good publicity for him. So he did what he knew; he dressed up in his old Kestral Beater Uniform. It was still dressing up, which is what counted, wasn't it? Oliver, of course, dressed up too, but he donned a red shirt with a superman logo blazed on it, along with a red cape.

"Come on Dad. We might miss the good stuff." As in the quidditch related artifacts. Or any pretty female staff people as possible "dates" for his father.

Shaking his head at his son, he looked at the man behind the table, paid him 10 galleons and proceeded into the auction area.

Riight, so there was some big to-do going on in the Library. One that sounded interesting, and could potentially mean lots of fun. Dressing up as one of the coolest characters ever, Kaiden pulled the hood of his cloak over his head as he entered and dropped of a copy of the Boy Scouts Handbook. Grabbing a name tag, he scribbled

Excited would have to be an understatement considering how Emmaleigh felt to be back in the Hogwarts Library. Sure, it hadn't been that long since she had graduated, but well, she missed this place already. She planned on taking every opportunity she could to visit Hogwarts, and at least this visit would help out the school's library. It did feel weird to be back here in the same costume she had worn the the Yule Ball in her first year though. She placed a new copy of the complete Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and a copy of Watership Down into the donation box. They weren't anything special like the reference books the library had lost, but she'd never be able to afford any of those replacement books, even if she could find them somewhere. But she could help with that, so she dropped a couple of Galleons in to that donation box and then filled out a name tag for herself.

Salander swaggered in the door-- yes thats how he usually walks, but may have been even be more noticeable today since its been a while since he wore this costume. But today was a day where he does what he loves-- he gets to wear a costume, he gets to visit Hogwarts AND he gets to visit his old NAP room. Which he heard burned down....

... too many darned books he always said. Fire hazards they are. And see where it got them eh eh? Thats what they get for not listening to the former Head Boy.

He walks right past the sign up table-- because he's used to walking past tables that require registering, plus his PA did say whatever it was that needed to be handsomely contributed has been done and he just needed to bring his own handsome self to grace the event. Simple instructions, easy to remember. Yup he can handle that.

"'Scuuuuuse me..." he drawled as he parted the crowds with his armoured hands, noisily clunking his way further into the hall. "Huh.... definitely a lot less of them fire hazards... good good!.... Now where them La-Z-Boys?"

OF COURSE!

Because it was very much like Salander to choose a comic book character, yes? It was still a book, so not big deal. It's not like it mattered anyway, but...he did wear that before, didn't he?

For Fletcher's party, correct?

He'll go to talk to Salander in a moment...just...Miss Ella...

Erm..and Sir Lewis? Oh and Miss Ellie?" This was really the best day ever, honest. The only thing that could make it better was ice cream...and maybe an appearance by a certain hair ruffler. BLUSH. Anyways...

So Sir Treyen figured out who she was meant to be? BEAM! "Nancy Drew, at your service." GRIN! "My assistant?" Ella raised an eyebrow for a moment before realizing..."Ohh! You're Watson. I should have known." Because the mustache was a dead giveaway, DUH! "I think there's a Sherlock around here somewhere too..." Cause she'd seen Professor Botros around and...Hey! There he was and he was smiling! The blonde turned and gave the older man a BEAM and a small wave. "Now we really can be a detective team!" Bounce.

Blink.Blink. KEEFER?!

This boy also got a giant hug from the fifteen year old who was super excited to see her old captain. "You're here too?! How are you?" And was she squishing him too hard? Whoops. She quickly let him go and smiled sheepishly, stepping back to admire his costume. "Cool costume!"



And then Ella heard someone squeal and her head whipped around to see...NESSIE! She should have known that shriek, yeah? The blonde giggled and flagger her captain over. Oh and she'd been talking about that person...that DINOSAUR person? "It could also be an Ellasaurus!" GIGGLE! "Hey...we should investigate, Ness!" Because Ella was Nancy Drew today and she could use an adventure! Cue excited magnifying glass twirling.

THE. CUTEST. HUFFLEPUFF. EVER.

And Treyen knew what he was talking about. That was his House, you know? Arya would agree with him. "I'm happy to be here, you know?" VERY, because he didn't realize how much he'd missed Hogwarts until now. He was sort of missing Ellie, too, but he knew there was no way she could make it. Which is why he answered Ella's question, "She's not coming," Treyen replied, shaking his head. He wasn't sure if he should add a reason or not, it was kind of personal, in a way.

He couldn't simply go: Oh, yeah, my girlfriend is afraid of books and cannot come. It wasn't very nice.

"I...am doing great, though," BEAM.

OH MERLIN! SHE WAS REALLY NANCY DREW!!! "I knew it!" Though, he hadn't been one hundred percent sure, he still believed that's who she was. AND SHE GUESSED WHO HE WAS TOO! "At your service," he said, bowing to her as any gentleman should.

Ella saw a Sherlock! Treyen looked in the general direction Ella was pointing and saw the man that was actually Sherlock. Hehe. This was super amusing, really.

"Same place as before...," just slightly more busy than last year, Ellie really took a lot of his spare time, or their spare time, which happened when she wasn't at practices, "...I really haven't heard for you in quite some time," suuuure, Treyen knew he was a Quidditch player now, but still.

Another chuckle. "I can see." And he was right.

Then Treyen laughed. One of the three musketeers. That was actually funny. If Lewis had been here, and they've kept more in touch, then perhaps they would've come as the three musketeers. Awesome! Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. "Dr. Watson," he smiled, and looked to Ella. He was Ella's assistant today, so it seemed. "You know, from Sherlock Holmes," in case Keefer didn't know.

SO MANY PEOPLE.

Can you count the attendees to the this event? She couldn't. And everywhere she turned her head, there were familiar faces. Some she knew only by face, some only by name, and some recent Hogwarts graduates that she actually came to know when they were still at school.

So, anyway, smoothing her dress - which apparently was based on the main female protagonist of the book entitled, "Tuck Everlasting" which was substantially the same book she was donating, the brunette approached the Media Table and released her favorite book. After taking a sticker, she then walked off.

Ooooh. The auction had started already!

"For once you are wrong," Kurumi replied with a shy smirk of her own as she nudge him playfully with her shoulder. "It is all your fault and you know it." Six - or was it seven now? - year later and Treyen was still able to make her blush. The reasons were different now, of course, but it was still amusing to the Gryffindor that this Lockhart seemed to forever have that effect on her. And then he winked and Kurumi sort of rolled her eyes at the gesture. It was a good thing Lewis didn't wink like that or else she would be in trouble.

"I think you're on to something Holmes!" Kurumi chirped, trying her best at a British accent and failing miserably. Nope, she would just have to leave the real Holmes and Watson act to Selina and Vivi. Kurumi HAD borrowed the books from the library after that meeting in Hogsmeade Selina had held to try and find Mortimer and had done so mostly because she hated not knowing what people were talking about and the Sherlock Holmes stories were among those.

Now she knew though, so yay!

"Um...I mean...same," she replied with a small laugh. "It was really weird coming here after you graduated and going to our spot. You know, sitting next to an empty chair and all." And now that same chair wasn't occupied by her. Was it strange for students now? Not seeing her in the library she meant. Maybe, maybe not. First years didn't even know of her existence after all.

SQUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUISH!

Kurumi missed these sorts of interactions - hugs. They were not something that she found at university. Not yet at least. Everyone was still new and while she had made a few university friends it just wasn't the same. Nothing was on THIS level just yet.

"I've missed you too Ella," Kurumi squeaked. "How is yearbook going? Oh, Treyen, Ella took over as student editor for me." Yep, and Kurumi was super pleased with her decision to do so. "I'm good! University is fantastic and I am loving studying dragonolgy. Next semester I will even get my own egg to take care of in the Incubation Center." HER VERY OWN DRAGON EGG! LDSKJFLDSJFLSKLJ. And then there was a mention of Lewis and Kurumi's cheeks were back to a rosy glow and her right hand began to idly play with a certain finger on her left hand - although there was nothing there to see. "Lewis is fantastic good. He is really sorry he couldn't make it though." He had really wanted to come too.

Nancy Drew? UG! Here she thought that she was caught up with detective stories... apparently not. SIGH.
And from the Ella!Bear hug Kurumi heard another familiar voice. "Keefer!" Oh man was Lewis going to hate that he couldn't come even more now. Treyen AND Keefer in the same place - and everyone else as well, but Lewis was always going on about how the two boys had been so influential on his Hogwarts days. "How are you? What have you been up to?" What happened with him and Kate?!
And then Kurumi spotted someone through the crowed - or sensed her really. Kurumi had a sort of Lewisdar that was accurate within a pretty wide radius...but she also had Selinadar that was just as effective.

Somehow wiggling her way out of the Ella and Treyen hug, Kurumi ducked around a few people and squinted at the costumed red head juuuuuuuuuuuust to be sure. Nope. No doubt in her mind who that was and Kurumi felt her eyes water up instantly and she shot Treyen a quick glance that hopefully explained it all. Treyen was still well versed in Kurumi, yes?

Practically leaping across the library now, Kurumi's arms spread nice and wide and READY to hug her best friend who she hadn't seen in forever two months.

"SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINA!!!"

The library setting didn't even change one bit, all the while Jonathan knew this place back then as the most boring place at Hogwarts but coming back to this place made him realize that he misses even this boring old place. There were tons of books in this library but for as long as he could recall he had not once borrowed any book. Sure he had study here for his OWLs and NEWTs and had probably read a couple of books, but he never borrowed.

Just when he was about to go the platform where he can here the bidding voices of the people and spot paddles from one corner, he saw a very familiar face from the crowd... well sort of, she's standing near him anyway "Cassie" he beamed. Of course he missed him. Jonathan was around the fifth year when she graduated. "Pretty and fashionable as always" he added to his greeting. Cassie is known for an overall appearance everytime. "You came for the bidding......or the food?" or maybe both?

Right as Cassie was making her name tag she heard her name being called by a familiar voice. When she turned around and saw who it was a huge grin spread across her face. She moved through the crowd and squeezed him to her."Jon Jon!!!. Ha! Thank you, you look great too." She looked him up and down and beamed again.

He had grown up so much and looked so mature. She gave him a proud mama beam before replying to his question.

One thing was for sure she would not be bidding..or well she'd try not to. She was definitely living on a budget for a while."Actually I'm just here to see some old faces and be at Hogwarts again. You?"
