He's finally back to Hogwarts. It feels really good to be back but he could feel some changes going to happen around Hogwarts since they now have a new Headmistress. Speaking of her maybe he needs to greet her in her office. Hmm. Yup, he might do that later for now he need some fresh air. Don't get him wrong he loved his common room but its a bit crowded for his liking.

Messer was thinking to go to the lake but the lake must be pretty crowded right now since its one of the popular place among the students so he decided to stay in the corridor to the courtyard instead. Its not too crowded, he could feel the sunshine and fresh air from here too. He leaned into one of the walls enjoying the fresh air

The school was in full swing yet that didn't mean every minute of every hour of every day was accounted for. The classes were starting one by one and only sign-ups were happening quidditch-wise. Even prefect duties were relately quiet after he, Kurumi and Selina had gotten the first issue of the newsletter out.

And so Gideon had some free time on his hands, the prefect deciding to do some wandering around the castle after lunch. Starting out on the ground floor in the end he had wound up heading outside instead or in that general direction. The seventh year slowly walking along the outer corridor, his hands loosely stuffed in his pockets as he moved. The day was sunny with just a touch of breeze as autumn wasn't fully upon them yet. All in all a nice calm day before the craziness of term fully began.

Since the sixteen year old didn't have anything better to do on a wednesday afternoon, she decided to explore the grounds. Classes were boring, her head was still hurting and after the recent encounter with that horrible boy.. yeah. Simply put, she really didn't like her new school so far. The only good thing so far was Chace, he did make things slightly more bearable for her.

She came to abrupt halt when she realized that she had absolutely no idea where she was. Well.. she was in a corridor and she had no idea how she ended up there or where this corridor was. Oh, gosh. She was lost. One more reason why she didn't like Hogwarts. It was too.. BIG. Abby sighed in frustration. Oh.. wait. Hearing footsteps, she turned around to find a boy walking down the corridor and he looked like he knew where he was. Good.

"I think I'm lost. Do you know the way out from here?"

Gideon had let his mind wander as well, absently thinking on what classes and such were coming up, astronomy having already helped start the term off to a good start. Though then there was also the issue of Selina's lost bat to contend with and the seventh year was seriously beginning to wonder if it would ever be found. Hearing a voice, he looked up to spot a girl turned his way, the Gryffindor prefect listening as she briefly touched on her situation...about believing to being lost.

"Aye I can," he answered stopping so he could help her. "Though which way do ye want to go. Back into the castle or out to the courtyard and grounds?" Because really the place they were in at the moment was kind of an inbetween place. Somewhere where it made sense of getting someone who was lost.

Gwen was once again making her way along the corridor to the courtyard, thinking about where she should be heading to. She had already gone for a walk the previous day to see what has changed around the grounds, and the only place where she hadn’t been yet was the lake. So that’s where she was willing to go. As she was walking along the corridor, holding the sketchbook in her hand, the Ravenclaw gave a quick look around to see if there was anyone she knew here. Since none of her friends were around, Gwendolyn decided not to spend any more time there... but something caught her eye.

From the angle where she was standing, she could see a part of the courtyard and the columns of the corridor. Hmm. She could come up with a good sketch here... The fifth year flipped the pages of her sketchbook rapidly. She only stopped when she came across a blank page, and then immediately started scribbling something.

When she raised her eyes from the drawing, in order to examine one of the columns more carefully, Gwen noticed that someone was blocking her view. ‘Excuse meee’, she said on a quite cold tone, trying to get the person’s attention. ‘Could you please move a bit?!’, she gestured with her hand in which she held the quill to the right.

Which way did she want to go? Um. It was way too early to head back to the Castle. Besides, she didn't feel like going to the always noisy and crowded common room right now. "The grounds, I suppose." She might as well explore the grounds for a while. She gave him a half-smile.. which slowly widened to a full smile when she noticed the Badge on his robes.

A Prefect. Nice. Abby liked boys with power, espeicially good looking boys with power. Heh. Not that she was going to flirt with him or anything. At least, she'd try not to. Chace wouldn't like it. BUT..

The way not too hard and there were certainly worse places in the school to get lost in then where they both currently were. She smiled then...before her expression brightened for some reason unknown to the prefect but he didn't think anything of it.

About to speak, the seventh year stopped at her question. Him accompany her...or rather she accompany him on his wanderings. "Nae...I don't mind," Gideon remarked with slight a one-armed shrug. "My name's Gideon by the way." If they were gonna walk together they might as well know each other's names.

Oakey came out into the corridor ready for his walk around the grounds. . As he was about to head out he looked down and saw that his shoe laces were untied.
Stopping before he made any further progress he hopped up onto the side of the corridor and sat on one of it's windows to retie his shoe. No tripping, falling, or tumbling. It looks like he was one-up on his bad luck today. When he finished his tying shoe he hopped back down and adjusted the scarab neckless some around his neck, now he could go for his walk.

Laura was walking down the corridor when she spotted Oakey. "Oakey how are you?" Laura smiled before asking the one question that has been bothering her. "Oakey when you was mad at me you said something about FEE, What is Fee?" Laura really wanted to know. "Is it something important or is it just nothing at all?" Laura hadn't really been able to ask anyone, but Ella didn't seem too know when she spoke to her.

Sophie was feeling better now, since she had attended some of her favourite classes already and got back to practice spells daily as she used to do. Impressive how that could cheer her up! Plus, she had made up with Ella and Laura. Which was a heavy burden taken off her shoulders.

The young badger was even in a mood to walk - not skip yet - around the grounds today. While on her way there, she spotted Oakey tying his shoes. But before she could think of anything, Laura was already next to him, and Sophie noticed she was asking about "Fe". OHMERLIN! Felicity!

Had Oakey... Laura still didn't know who Felicity was? Frown. But wait... did Oakey know about this kiss? Deeper frown.

Sophie was now standing right next to both of them, looking from one to the other. She was almost standing between them, but not really. Like... what in the WORLD would happen now??

Oakey froze, in place when he heard that familiar voice behind him.
"Oh, hi Laura". he said as he slowly turned around to face her. "What brings you outside to..." He couldn't even get a chance to invite her on his walk as she began bugging him about Fe.

How did she even remember that?!?! it was on the train and she had to have been worried about at least tons of other things since well, the train stopped on them suddenly and the whole portkey travel and what not.

It didn't help that Sophie came out of nowhere as well, he gave her a soft smile. he was glad to see the black eye he gave her gone too. It was odd that she had given him the boxing telescope back, he figured it was warning or something.
That wasn't what had him worried about Sophie's presence though, she was the only one who knew of Felicity...well her and Mordy, but his best bud wasn't here so Sophie was definitely a threat at the moment. He tried giving her another smile as she positioned herself in between him and Laura. Did that frown on her face mean he was in deep trouble?

Oakey let off the biggest sigh, He didn't want to tell Laura, he looked behind him to see that the courtyard wasn't to crowded. Maybe he could make a break for it. He took one step back to keep a distance between the three of them. "Fe isn't a what." Oakey said slightly agitated that Laura would insult Felicity like that. "SHE'S A WHO!"
OH GEEZE!
Why had he snapped like that!?!?! What was he going to do!?!? Running was still an option. "I-I mean like she's a pet." maybe he could pull this off. He had encountered a Toad in Mr. Gibbins' Hut. maybe he Groundskeeper had more?

Laura looked at her once again best friend and then back at her boyfriend. "SHE A WHO?!!" Laura snapped seriously who would be like this over something. "Your cheating on me aren't you." Laura snapped, she felt her heart breaking, she had made one mistake and she had told Oakey about it and this was her punishment right, he was making her feel like she was worthless.

Laura looked at Oakey. "No way is this Fee thingy a pet." Laura shouted back at him. "I bet this fee thing is ugly and useless though." Oh yeah she was going to get him to admit that she was a person by calling her names, okay so Laura probably sort of deserved this but well she wasn't going to forget this, turning to Sophie she looked at her wanting a hug, but deciding against it, since they had just become friends again.

Nigel was on the way to the courtyard to enjoy some free time when he sees Laura, Oakey, and Laura. Nigel wondered what all three of them were doing. He runs over to them to see what they were doing.

He had not seen them at all this summer. He hears them talking about this fee thing and had no idea what they were talking about.

"Hi, Laura, Sophie, and Oakey" Nigel said waving. He tried not to hell but he was a little excited and out of breath.

He then hears Laura yelling and thought for a minute that he should just continue on his walk but he was committed now even if Laura is mad for some reason.

He was not going to ask about this mysterious fee thing but just stand threr until he is noticed.

Oakey tried to pull off the whole pet thing. "Umm, yeah she's a new pet.". He was about to explain his encounter at the New Groundskeepers hut but Laura had snapped much worse than he did a moment ago. Wh-What, no. Laura I'd never cheat on you. Let me explain!"

Ugh you know what, maybe he wasn't going to explain! This whole dating Laura thing was an awful idea. He knew they were going to freak out on each other eventually. It was just his luck that it'd be about Felicity! "As far as I'm concerned we broke up on the train the moment you told me you kissed another boy!"

He had his say and was done with Laura. So he turned his back on her and began walking away until he had heard Laura insult Felicity! "TAKE THAT BACK!" Oakey shot back around! "YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FELICITY!!" Calling her ugly was one thing, but useless! That was a new low. "SHE'S NICE, PRETTY, AND SHE ACTUALLY MADE ME FEEL SAFE!"
Which was more than Laura had ever done. You can't say their first date was a good one. Spending it in detention because your girlfriend forgot to take you to the Healer before a Quidditch match. It doesn't help the situation that Laura was the cause of the bad back! Laura was bad for Oakey, he just didn't see it then.

The next things happened SO FAST Sophie only had time to pull Nigel backwards as Oakey kind of exploded. Her eyes widened and she stood there looking at him, holding Nigel's arm. She had never seen Oakey act like that. It was... so weird!

Maybe that was what they others felt when she freaked out in Diagon Alley?

Anywho, Sophie kept looking from Oakey to Laura. They had both done such TERRIBLE things to each other, hadn't they??? At least the boy knew about Laura kissing another boy... that was awful! But spending the whoole summer with another girl and NOT telling that to your own girlfriend was not that nice either...

Okay, okay...! Sophie had NO idea of what to do now. Anything could happen. Oakey was out of control there and... Sophie knew Laura very well.

OH MERLIN!

Laura snapped at Oakey. "At least I decided to be Honest with you." Laura screamed, dating Oakey hadn't turned out the way she had expected it too. "And you know what Lucas is twice the man you'll ever be." Laura huffed as she was really wound up with Oakey now.

Laura smirked at Oakey. "I'll do nothing of the sort." Laura snapped back at Oakey. "She's probably this stupid girl that will leave you once she realise you ain't that good at kissing." Laura giggled, before taking out her wands. "Stupid." Laura then whispered. "Stupid person." Laura really wasn't happy with Oakey now, she wanted to leave but her feet wouldn't move.

Nigel was just about to get in a corner and out of the way of the arguing Laura and Oakey. When he feels being pulled backwards by Sophie. He was beginning to understand why they were fighting. But Nigel did not think it required the use of wands. He hoped they would calm down a little. But did not look like that would happen, He wondered what he could do an the only thing he could think of required help.

He turns to Sophie and asks "Do you think we should try and stop them before they use their wands?".

Sophie knew them better than he did. Plus he did not want to walk alone in between them and try and stop them. It was looking as if one of them here would end up in the hospital wing after this was over.

Oakey whipped his wand out just as soon as Laura pulled hers on him! "Laura." Oakey said in a warning tone. "I kept her from you, because I knew this was how'd you react!"

So, Lucas was his name...Oakey would keep that in mind for later, if he ever ran into him THE JERK! This was as much his fault than his or Laura's!

But that's not what got on his nerves more than anything, was her constantly calling Felicity stupid! "STOP IT!" Oakey shouted at Laura for these insults really hit home. "I'M WARNING YOU LAURA!" He jabbed his wand forward.

Sophie was actually clinging to Nigel's arm right now. The scene was NOT pretty and she was sure Laura would get angrier and angrier from now on. Oakey was already freaking out and OHMERLINNOOOOOOOOOO! He had pulled out his wand too! What now? WHAT NOW?

At Nigel's question, Sophie shook her head. "I- I don't--" She was so shocked by what was happening that she didn't finish her sentence. "YOU GUYS!" She said all of a sudden, right after Oakey was done yelling. "That's NOT the way to solve things!!" QUIT IT! LOWER YOUR WAAANDSSS!!! AHHH!

Laura looked at Oakey. "You keep her from me because you fancy her more like." Laura snapped she really was annoyed now. "How did you think I'd react, I told you about the Kiss but you decided to keep this from me all this time, at least I told you." Laura hissed.

Laura was loving annoying Oakey now. "She's just a stupid little girl, I bet." Laura suddenly heard Sophie and lowered her wands. "She's stupid, stupid, and for the third time stupid, I bet no one is as dumb as her." Laura stood on the spot, she was trying to calm down.

Nigel felt Sophie cling to his arm and knew right away that this situation could get worse. He had to think of a way to make Oakey lower his wand. He just saw Laura lower hers. So all that was left was for Oakey to do the same. He knew he had to say something so he just started talking.

"Calm Down, Oakey. Lower your wand. Look Laura lowered hers." Nigel said pointing at Laura. "Just talk it out. There is no need for wands right now"

Oakey couldn't hear the warnings and pleas of both Sophie and Nigel. He was focused now on Laura who was berating him, which he could take. He deserved every bit for what he did. She was right to be angry with him about not telling her, but he knew this would happen the moment it was brought up. Oakey had caught himself in a trap the moment he began dating Laura.

"Laura STOP!" Oakey said as she continued to call Felicity names! "LAURA!"
AH! What was she doing! Oakey had heard Stup while Laura had her wand out! So he reacted with his wand stretched out all the way, his arm stiff. "Petrificus Totalus!" Oakey shouted in retaliation and shot his spell right at Laura before she could stupefy him!

Stillll holding on to Nigel's arm, Sophie kept looking from Laura to Oakey as they shouted at each other. That was NOT a good way to solve things eitheeeer! Gaaahh!!! "Guys!" She tried again, but they were LOST in the MADNESS of those crazy feelingsss! Oh, the DRAMA!

Before she could react, Oakey cast a spell on Laura! "OAKEY!" ARE YOU CRAZY?? She eyed him in disbelief, with wide eyes. Not only could he get in trouble, he also might even have hurt Laura! She wouldn't dare get near him, though. He was acting MENTAL! And even though Sophie was good at spells, Oakey was still older than her.

The third year whipped her head to look at Laura as the spell went in her direction.

Laura suddenly saw Oakey shot a spell at her and before she could do anything to defend herself, the spell had hit her she was suddenly frozen solid and she fell to the ground she had let go of her wand before the spell had hit for some strange reason.

Laura wanted to say help but no matter what she tried to do she couldn't move, this was over, no way was she going to forgive Oakey for this, she wasn't even going too talk to him anymore, she was going to ignore him but for now she just hoped she hadn't hurt herself when she fell, she had a nasty feeling she had broken her arm when she fell onto it but she couldn't feel a thing at the minute, hopefully someone could help her.
