Taylor twirled into the stadium in purely ravenclaw colors with her blonde hair streaked with blue. She had eagles facepainted on her cheeks and was excited. Tay sat down in the Ravenclaw section and stretched out a little, waiting for some fun to start. Taylor glanced around to see who all will be showing up.

Ella bounced her way down to the stadium excitedly, smiling from ear to ear. She was happy for many reasons but one of the most recent was that Quidditch was happening again. BEAM. And she'd made the team, which was just a bonus. A BIG bonus!

The third year couldn't help but grin like an idiot when she spotted the Hufflepuff section, feeling pride swell up in her immediately. She really did love being a puff, despite what some people had to say about it.

Walking up to the section, the small blonde took a seat and took out a bag of gummy worms from her coat pocket, opening it up carefully and pulling out a green on. Nom. Nom. Nom. This was going to be fun.

Minerva made her way to the stands.. This was going to be fun, she couldn't wait to get to the stands, but no one would really no it was her now would they.. NOPE not at all. They wouldn't realize it was her, because she had not told anyone her plan. She thought she was going to do the plan at the first match, but why not do it for the pep rally. Her house could use the help and she wanted to give it to them. Since she wasn't going to be on the team she had to do something BIG for her badgers and this was it.


Minerva put the badger head on right before entering and found her section, running over with a big flag in her hands. Minerva ran up and down the Hufflepuff section waving the flag. She was laughing under the badger head.. This was so much fun she was so excited to have thought of the plan the first week of school.

Annabelle made her way down to the pep rally. She was so excited, she did not go to the pep rally last year. Her job as a prefect is to encourage people to cheer which she will. Belle felt the atmosphere and it was riveting. Belle felt more excited. She noticed her fellow puff Ella all wearing yellow like she was.

"Hey Ella! Nice meeting you here!" Belle said and waved to her from her seat. Belle reached into her backpack and started sketching the rally and all it has to offer. She wondered what games they were going to do.

Gideon remembered the last pep rally he had taken part in. It had been his fourth year and the boys of the team had allowed the girls of the team to dress them up and paint their chests. He had to admit it had been more fun then he might have thought it would be but he wasn't sure he could repeat it again...bare chest and all three years later. Not to mention the whole experience had been made by the players as well and Carter, Josh and Jai were no longer with them.

HE was the seventh year boy at THIS pep rally.

However that didn't mean he was going to sit this one out in any way. No sir. Prefect Gideon Gert was gonna be out there cheering on his house once more. He was just a bit more subdoed in his attire this time around. Wearing an outfit of maroon jeans and lion shirt as he made his way up to the stands decked out all in Gryffindor red and gold.

"Roar Roar...Gryffindor."

Landon Hughes took a seat in the front section, holding his hat close to his ears with one of his hands as he tried to zip up his plaid, black, gold, and red jacket. Once he did so, he smiled out at the Quidditch pitch as he remembered he would be out there in a couple of days.

He moved out of the way of a person who seemed to be in a mascot costume and his eyes were opened wide. SCARY PERSON. "GET AWAY FROM ME!" He screamed, moving as far away as possible to the edge of the front section. Where was Melanie when he needed her?

Minerva was running in her costume waving her badger flag proudly when she heard someone yell to get away. Hmmm.. turning she saw the Lion boy looking at her.. Well who peed in his cheerios she thought and then began to chuckle moving a little closer to him and waving the flag.

After waving the badger flag she laughed again and then turned taking off towards people that would appreciate her efforts. Seeing Ella and the Puff Prefect sitting together, smiling she ran over to them and started jumping up and down waving the flag. Then she handed Ella the flag and began to dance around in the costume hoping people were enjoying her little spirit show.

Melanie heard Landon before she even saw him. The girl's eyes widened as she heard him screaming and winced before racing over. Or well, as well as she could in her tall shoes. She like tall shoes but they really weren't practical when your best friend was screaming and moving around. "Landon!" Melanie exclaimed, seeing the mascot costume and giggling.

Landon's fear of these costumes would always make her giggle.

"Don't worry about it," Melanie said, stepping over things and taking large steps over to the boy and giving him a hug. "Just calm down, the person isn't going to hurt you," she added with another giggle. She pat the top of his head and waved her little banner in front of him. "Go Gryffindor right?" Melanie said, grinning.

Landon's eyes widened even more as the person started to get closer to him and he tried to get as much as possible away from the person. Suddenly he heard Melanie and a sign of relief showed upon his face. Then the girl moved away and he was happy that she was a part of the Hufflepuffs. That would mean that she would be on the other side of the sections. Away from him.

He then ran over to Melanie and hugged her back, really more of clinging, specifically. He didn't let go until after a minute or so and then he did. Yeah, mascot costumes really scared him. He blushed and then ruffled his hair a bit. "Since when did you get taller?" He said, moving out of the way of her moving flag.

Oh right.

Go, Gryffindor!

A pep rally meant many things to the sixth year Gryffindor Quidditch Captain. For one, it meant that it was a chance to show the other houses JUST HOW awesome Gryffindor was in general. However, it was also the opportunity to break out something very near and dear to Selina's heart- face paint. The redhead, whenever it came to house spirit events and public displays of house pride, could always be seen sporting battle paint. It was a signature of hers that she had started wearing since the FIRST pep rally back when she was a third year- three years ago. Three years had gone by so fast. Hogwarts really did fly by; all of the older students had tried to warn her, but she had never anticipated just HOW much of a fleeting experience Hogwarts was in hindsight. Now it was almost over... weird.

Shaking that all off of her mind, because she did not want to enter a pep rally lacking pep, Selina ran out to join the red and gold section- Gryffindor. Her heart swelled with pride at all of the ickle lions that were running around showing their support for the best house at Hogwarts their house. It was nice to know that the legacy would live on in the younger generation...

...although part of that fact also terrified Selina. The younger lions, who were awesome, were also sort of looney. Selina had no room to be talking about the whole crazy scale, but it was a safe bet to say that they were an eleven on a scale of one to ten.

Finally, catching sight of a lion shirted prefect, the redhead jogged over to her boyfriend and waved him down. As she caught up with him she let out a breathy laugh, "What? No bare chested lion mascot this year?" A small smirk creeped up on her face. The pep rally a few years ago had been quite... the show. Gryffindor boys had, in the lack of a better term, gone wild. It had been AWESOME.

Melanie was amused. Definitely amused. The whole costume was actually cute though she supposed Landon was too afraid to see that. She did like the hug though. Hugs were very nice, especially since it was colder out now. She glanced over at the Jigglypuff section though. Yup. A Badger. A cuddly badger mascot costume. Really, it made no sense how Landon was afraid of it but he was and she would have to make sure he didn't run around screaming in the middle of this or anything.

"Since I put on my shoes," Melanie replied with a giggle, pointing one foot out slightly in front of her and then flailing around, trying to keep her balance. Yeah, maybe it wasn't such a good idea doing that. She grabbed onto Landon to stop herself from falling.

Yup. No falling for Melanie Sung. Not right now at least. "C'mon, let's go sit somewhere away from the Jigglypuffs, okay?" Because that would mean that they'd be further from the costume and chances of Landon running into the person in the costume would be slimmer too. She wondered if anyone would be dressed up in a lion mascot costume thing...

Spotting the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain, Melanie beamed and wiggled her fingers to greet the girl wearing... battle paint? That seemed cool. She couldn't help but grin at the sight of that.

Now... what did one scream at a pep rally?

Vindictus could hear the crowd roaring to life as he strode onto the pitch. It was time to get them roaring so that those living in Hogsmeade could hear.

"I CAN'T HEAR YOU, HOGWARTS!" he called out to the crowd in a magically amplified voice.

Elise bounded out of her dorm, out onto the grounds as soon as she had gotten ready. Bag slung over her shoulder and ponytail whipping around her, she smiled as she inhaled the fresh air. It was just amazing. Finally making it to the stadium, she slowed down to a stop. Making her way to the stands, she beamed.

The last pep rally she'd been to had been in her first year, and that really did wonders for her House spirit. And now, it was her responsibility to plant that same house spirit into the first years. Making her way to the blue and bronzed section, she joined in the madness.

It was time to show house spirit!

Ariana Decided to make her presence known At the pep rally. showing up with her hair Up and not down her back, Green pain smeared on either Cheek and well Green everywhere.. House pride right. Ariana looked around her house section and she was THE ONLY SNAKE THERE "You have got to be kidding me." she said to no one since No one was there. She even took as long as she could so she wouldn't be the first one there, and obviously everyone else from her house had been planning to do the same.. ugh. she slumped down on a bench and watched as someone in a badger suit ran around on the Hufflepuff side

Minerva heard someone loud yelling. She turned to see Professor Vindictus. Saying he couldn't hear them. Hmmm Minerva turned to her fellow Puffs. Alright guys, we can do this she thought. Jumping up and down in her Badger costume she moved her hands to show that students should get on their feet.

Minerva started running around the section trying to get students on their feet. "BADGERS... BADGERS..BADGERS.." She yelled through the costume hoping they would hear her and change as well. She stopped and looked at the pitch.. A thought hit her.. How many points could someone loss in a Badger Costume running out on the pitch.. It was for school spirit, but the thought of points taken Min wasn't sure she could handle it so for now she stuck with trying to get the Badgers on their feet.

Minerva's jumping on Vindi the pitch were distracted when she saw her best friend come and sit down all alone. Awww she couldn't let her friend sit by herself. Minerva took off in her Badger Costume and ran over to the Slytherin stands.. Oh this is going to be fun she giggled to herself. She started jumping around Ariana and dancing in front of her. Laughing super hard she turned and jumped on Ariana's lap, turning to her she smile even though Ariana couldn't see her face and hugged her.. Yuup a big giant Badger was hugging a snake.. Oh Ariana had to be loving this Minerva thought. Without pulling up her head she laughed, "Hey Bestie" she yelled through the little mouth hole of the costume so Ari would know it was her.

Lana was really starting to get into this whole idea of cheering on her fellow Eagles and was actually looking forward to the pep rally. Of course, that didn't mean she really knew what she was going to wear to the rally. She just hoped that her usual uniform would work since the tower was a long way go just to change into something a little more Ravenclaw or comfortable.

At least, she had her house pennant with her and jacket. Plus her snazzy Ravenclaw coloured trainers. They were cool and extra comfy.

Seeing the pitch and the stadium before her, she smiled. It looked like it was starting to fill up and she needed to get a move on if she wanted to get a good spot front and centre.

Picking up her step, Lana headed for the blue and bronze section waving her house pennant high over her head. Just being in the stadium was bring back memories of how much fun cheering was last year for her. She just hoped that their would be more of her fellow Eagles there to join in with her.

Ariana jumped when the badger was sitting on her lap "GET OFF OF ME YO.." wait "Min!?" when whispered to her "what the bloody hell are you doing!?" She hugged her adn Ari cringed "Your dressed as a badger.. dont hug mee.. Get offfff." she said polietly pushing her friend off of her

"GRRR . . . GRRR . . . GRYFFINDOR!" exclaimed Vindictus and he pointed to the Gryffindor section.

YEAH. Today was a skipping kind of day. Because Alice felt peppy. Very peppy, indeed. The girl was decked in red and gold, from her red tee to her gold and red sneakers to her lion hat. Oh, yeah. She was so ready to get her Gryffindor on. The younger girl bounced over to the other Gryffindors, giving Selina and Gideon salutes and Melanie and Landon little waves. This was going to be the best pep rally ever.

What? Vindictus couldn't hear them? He couldn't hear the peppiness? PFFT.

The Gryffindor may have been small, but she had the biggest mouth around. Cupping her hands over her lips, she shouted as loudly as possible. "ROAR, ROAR, GRYFFINDOR!" How was that for peppy? Good, eh? She just hoped she hadn't burst the eardrums of her fellow lions. She waved her arms at everyone else in red, beckoning them over to the Gryffindor area of the stands.

AND. Finally. Their shouting had paid off, she realized, when Vindictus pointed to them.

GRYFFINDOR.

Minerva rolled with laughter as Ariana flipped. She knew she would and that was the fun of it all. Minerva knew many were not brave enough to take on Ariana Logan, but she was not afraid of her best friend and this was so much fun. "Oh come on Ariana you know your a Badger Lover so don't give me that." She couldn't stop laughing getting up and jumping around some more. Leaning closer to her friends face.. "Well you love your bestie at least." hehehe...

Then Minerva gave Ariana a pat on the head, turned and bounced back to the Hufflepuff section doing a cartwheel as she went. Thankful that the badger head stayed on her head she laughed and jumped in front of her fellow puffs. Time to wave the flag again. Politely taking the flag back from Ella she ran up and down the stands waving the Badger Flag in the air.

He was EXCITED about this. And it didn't have anything to do with ice cream or superheroes. But it was Quidditch and Quidditch was AWESOME and EXCITING.

Minus the nerves.

Alec bounded down to the Stadium. This was EXCITING. A pep rally! At Hogwarts! And it was about Quidditch! VERY EXCITING THINGS WERE HAPPENING. And maybe he was a bit too excited about all of this but... how could anyone not be excited at a time like this?

The Hufflepuff bounded over towards the Hufflepuff section, a big grin spread across his face. There weren't many there... but there were some! Like Ells! And Belle! And... a badger? Who decided to come as a badger? ... Had Aaron secretly come back to Hogwarts?! Alec GRINNED. Whoever this person was... they were bound to be awesome!

"Hey badger! Awesome suit!" he said, before turning to the girls, "Ells! Belle! HEY!" Was he showing his excitement yet? "Erm... do you know where everyone else is...?" Because, well, it couldn't just be the four of them at this rally. And... another question that popped into his mind... "How should we show that we're proud to be Hufflepuffs?" GRIN.

And... erm... what sound do badgers make, again?

Josephina had a particular bounce to her step as she made her way down the stadium that afternoon. Her Badgers might have been off to a rowdy start, but she had every bit of confidence that they could work hard and make a comeback. Starting with some stellar cheering at the school Pep Rally to kick off the Quidditch Season!

Yes, she'd seen the lineup and it looked quite awesome, in her eyes anyway.

Oh look, and ONE of her badgers even dressed up in the costume! How clever and spirited. Making her way toward Ella and Annabelle to start, she gave them a friendly grin. "Where's everyone? Do you think they know we're over here? We should do a loud cheer...."

Gideon looked around and saw as the stands started to fill up with members of the various houses, dressed up and decked out in varying degrees of house pride. There were Gryffindors of course and the prefect smiled brightly at his house members. Okay so the usual reserved seventh year was allowing himself to relax a bit into the excitement of the day. Must be his girlfriend rubbing off on him.

Speaking of said girl, he turned as she spoke, watching her approach.

"What...? And have the cheering section, aka ye, distracted?" Gideon knew firsthand how she had reacted to his appearance at the lake, a reaction far stronger then at the last pep rally. It wasn't safe for all those involved for him to be bare-chested. "Besides...that was late spring. Its a bit too chilly for November." Which was true. He was already taking a chance with a t-shirt, the energy from the pep rally doubt going to be able to make up for it.

Spotting the salute sent his way from Alice, he returned it with a small wave, his attention then turned to the center of the field where Professor Vindictus stood. When the man exclaimed and pointed to the Gryffindor section, the seventh year answered in kind...

"ROAR...ROAR...GRYFFINDOR!!!!"

"HUFF . . . HUFF . . . HUFFLEPUFF!" exclaimed Vindictus and he now pointed at the Badgers in the stands.
