Adarian wandered down the steps until he saw a sign for 'First Years'. He sighed in relief. Finally time to grab some sleep after a long day. He found his trunk and made sure to unpack his clothes into.the bedside table that was bigger inside than it seemed. With that done he slipped out of his clothes and into some pj pants and short-sleeved t-shirt. He pulled back the covers and sat down, then he reached up and felt the silky green curtains hanging from his four poster. He chuckled before settling intp the comfy bed and pulling the covers up to his neck. This was the best House ever, he closed his eyes in bliss

Was there anything to do?

Jonathan fed his owl and his crup already but it wasn't enough. He's been going on circles trying to think of what else to do because everytime he decides to sit down or maybe lay down, he just remembers the painful memories and that's not good. A lot happened in a week he first came here and it feels like he already wanted to graduate and get out. He feels like he was sick, he has no appetite to eat, no energy to go out and no time to sleep. Which is pretty much ironic considering this is Jonathan. All he does is go out, eat and sleep. That's how his life cycle moves.

But that's not what happening right now, is it?

He's even glad if all the professors just gave them homework everyday right now. He just wants to be preoccupied, working, busy. He wants to be so busy that he can no longer feel anything regarding Kurumi... He doesn't even want to think of her nor mention her name when he thinks.

Staring at the ceiling with his arms crossed, he finally knew what to do. CLEAN! He's definitely good at that isn't it? He cleans his own space anyway, so why not just clean the whole room, right? YES! Jonathan opened his trunk and tried finding himself a towel. Using a random pot lying around the room he took out his wand and pointed to it "Scourgify" cleaning it first and then another point "Aguamenti" now water overflows the pot. He then placed the towel onto the pot with water.

Good... it was time to clean the room.

He started first with cleaning the floor. No one seems to be around so Jonathan tossed every stuff he could find on the floor and onto a bed. He removed his shoes and folded the towel until it's shaped as a square. Then he started wiping the floors from left to right, until he reaches to the other side. He had a separate towel onto his shoulder, it's for everytime he sweats. Yes, Jonathan is not a big fan of those when most guys are. As soon as he was done with the floors, they're now sparkling clean. Jonathan smiled seeing that he finally finished wiping the floor of the whole room. And it was a big room, full of dusts and spider webs and disgusting stuffs, whatever it is that the boys are doing here. Seriously, it's a bedroom and not a garbage place. Everything just looked out of place.

Now that he is done with cleaning the floors, he moved onto the walls---------- wait, the walls are harder to do. Jonathan is tall but not that tall. He can't reach that high, unless he uses his broomstick. NAAAH, maybe he'll save that for last..... or maybe not. Jonathan looked around, BEDS! Yeah he could fix their beds neatly, right? They wouldn't mind at all. Nope. They won't.

Doing so, Jonathan did it in a clockwise direction. Since his bed is already neatly cleaned. He decided to fix the one next to his bed. He fixed the pillows and sheets all neatly and made sure that the their things, such as books and those stuffs lying around were placed on the trunk. Jonathan took his glasses off, they seemed to be foggy. Probably he was just sweating a lot? He also stops once in awhile to wipe his forehead, neck, arms, etc. Doing the same thing to each bed, Jonathan managed to fix all of their beds for the day.

After doing so, he finally took a deep breath and tried bending his knees. He hasn't cleaned like this in such a long time. Every bone just seems to have a cracking sound when he stretches. Now, he looked at the wall, it was the last thing left to clean. But it was a tall wall, so how does he do this?

Usually Jonathan doesn't spend any time in his dorm room... Because ew... boys... But today was a different day... A special day, if you will.

Jonathan was making a fort!!!

Why make a fort in his room when he can just play on the playground? Because this would be his own personal fort. Fort Kirk... Or... Jonafort.... Or.... Camelot... Yes. I quite like that: "Camelot." It sounds very... KING JONATHAN!

Anyway, back to building...

He maaaaaay have taken the liberty of using the beds next to his, but Jonathan was sure that they wouldn't mind. I mean... WHO DOESN'T LOVE FORTS?!?! He had his sheets handing from the posts of the beds, and his blanket acting as a curtain from the front. There was a sign on the front that said: "Camelot: Home of King Jonathan and the Wizards of the round bed." With Lumos casted, Jonathan was right at home...

Kennedy had been doing his usual rounds and on his way back stopped at the Kitchens to grab a bite. He walked up to the boys dorms with a large oatmeal cookie in hand and was just about to pass the fifth year boys dorm room when...

A sign with the name Jonathan stopped him. His first thought was Kirk, but he shook his head. He wasn't going to think of THAT. Maybe it was Kurumi's boyfriend Jonathan, she did tell him that was his name. Hmm. His curiosity got the best of him and he entered the room quietly and almost dropped his cookie.

Had a group of kindergartners broken into Hogwarts and built a...fort?

Kennedy just stared at the mess and wondered if the fifth year group was actually intending to play...in a fort.

Really?

Jonathan was designing blueprints.... Intricate designs that would maximize the potential of Camelot.

Yes... Yes... Perhaps we'll have the pool on the third floor! OH! The obervatory can also DOUBLE as the Disco Hall... Is the 'all you can eat scorpion buffet' a little much?

Just then, footsteps came up into the dorm... PERHAPS SOMEONE WOULD JOIN ME!!!

Jonathan poked his head through the front curtain at whoever came in. "HEY, MATE!!! WANNA PLAY?!?!" He exclaimed before disappearing behind the blanket... It was only after a moment did he realize who was standing there.

"Oh..." Jonathan said reluctantly looking out once more. "Um... How's it going?"

Kennedy blinked. And blinked once more.

Yep, this wasn't some sort of creepy dream he was having. It was real as real at the fifth year in that fort. Kennedy pressed his lips together. One; so he wouldn't laugh and second; so he wouldn't ask the boy how old he was. He was told he wasn't very nice these past few days, but what would someone expect from him after the person he trusted the most broke his heart.

"No...thanks," he said, slowly. Kennedy raised an eyebrow at the 'Oh'. What was so 'Oh' about him? Was this Kurumi's Jonathan or Thing One? He didn't want to be rude if it was the Gryffindor's boyfriend, but then he didn't want to be nice if it was Thing One. "Good...I guess. What's your name?" he asked. Kennedy wasn't about to beat around the bush. He wanted an answer...now.

Kennedy didn't want to play... But now Jonathan was confused. He doesn't know my name? Is this some sort of TRAP??? There was an extreme look of curiosity on Jonathan's face as he took several moments to think things over.

How do I want to play this??? There is so much I can do...

'Jonathan... Simsanjeebomblayho. I am a transfer student...' 'My name is Jonathan. Just Jonathan. My parents didn't love me enough to give me a last name.' 'No, my name is Jon.A.Than. It's a rap name.' 'I AM JONATHAN ESCALANTE, YOUR LONG LOST BROTHER!!!'

"Kirk," Jonathan finally said. "Jonathan Kirk. WELL as the sign says: KING Jonathan Kirk." I'm in character... "OH! The second..."

"And you're Kennedy." And that was Kennedy. Aurora's ex. Jonathan didn't want to start anything except prove that he was better at absolutely everything than Kennedy.

Was it really that hard to think of your name?

Kennedy just stared and took a huge bite of the cookie...and almost wanted to spit out the contents when the boy said his name. Gah! He had been right and he was almost about to give into temptation and go into that fort. Double gah!

The Prefect rolled his eyes. Did Kirk REALLY think he was a king? This was almost amusing.

"Yes, I'm him," he said, a bit of spite in his voice. Okay...maybe the kid didn't deserve that kind of attitude, but he couldn't help it. Even his shoulders squared on their own. He was clearly showing off that he was the better man in the room.

Well...there WAS only one man in the room...and the kid inside the fort.

Heading back into the dormitories Isaac headed for his bed and sat down cross legged on it. Not really paying attention to the others in the room until he looked around seeing a fort in the room. FORT? His eyes widening why hadn't he thought of that, like EVER! Peering down he looked for whoever it was that had built it.

Hmmm, wonder if he'd be able to play...or if he needed to build one himself now. Forts were like totally AWESOME!!!

He peered out of his first year dorm there was sime kind of commotion going on in the fifth year's dorms. Someone was yelling that he was a king. Adarian smiled, then huffed at himself wanting to go see was not very mature of him. He looked down the hall wistfully before re-entering his dorm.

Dear MERLIN, this was awkward...

Jonathan wasn't exactly sure what to say... He wasn't exactly sure what he was allowed to say. He had nothing against Kennedy. In fact, Kennedy was probably really sad at the moment...

I can tell by the stiff way he's holding his shoulders up... Poor guy... Probably has to do that to avoid breaking down... He does look preeeetty manly, though.

Jonathan thought he'd take the high road. Open up the door. Let a new friend into his life. Kennedy Escalante.

The boy slid back into his fort.

"You sure you don't want to come in???" Jonathan called before holding his hand out of the front of the fort. "I've got some food, in here... Scorpions... Crickets... Chocolate covered ants-" Jonathan had to cut himself off.

Aurora gave me those.

Why'd the kid stay quiet? Kennedy didn't want silence. He wanted some hardcore argument and maybe throw in there a punch or two...

Oh crud, he was turning into his best friend. Gaaaaah!

No. He wasn't like that. Was he? He didn't know. Whatever. Kennedy frowned at Kirk's offer. Well...if this had been any other person he probably wouldn't hesitate joining them in that fort, but...hmm.

Fine just this once. The fort looked cool.

"Whatever," he shrugged and walked over to Kirk. He entered the fort and sat down cross legged. Now what?

... And they had an audience.

D'OHMERLIN, HE'S COMING!!!

QUICK!!!! WE HAVE GUESTS COMING!!! So much cleaning to do, SO LITTLE TIME!!!! Jonathan started barking orders at his servants. "Quick!!! Clean the loo! SOMEONE PREPARE DRINKS!!! GET THE PARLOR READY!!! SOMEONE OPEN THE DOOR!!!!"

And then Kennedy was inside.

"Welcome..." Jonathan started, slowly. "TO CAMELOT! I am your ruler. King, Jonathan." Jonathan retrieved his imaginary scepter.

"You can be Sir Escalante and follow me, wherever we may go!"

It wasn't a big deal.

Really.

Kennedy then began to doubt the kid's sanity and if he had friends. Maybe he really just was kid at heart. Then he raised an eyebrow. This was just a game, right? "I wasn't made to follow others," he said. Hence the badge. Oh, if his father would have heard him it would have made him so proud. Kennedy frowned at that. The only thing he wanted was to annoy that man.

He shrugged to himself and looked around. Truth be told, he's never been a fort with someone else. Back home the boys his age would talk about fun games they played, but Kennedy was never invited, so he played on his own.

The Prefect frowned deeper. He felt stupid now. What was he doing here? Were they going to play or not?

Ahhhhh! What to do? What to do?

There were so many things Carson could be doing right now but he couldn't decide. And he was hungry. So for now, eating sounded like a good idea. That was all he seemed to be doing just recently. And it wasn't just comfort eating. Or at least he didn't think it was. He didn't care anyway! He didn't eat that many sweets. If at least one bar of chocolate and a packet of gummy worms could be counted as not a lot. Something told him any other person would say that was more than enough but hey, he didn't care what other people thought. Sweets were his best friend. Food wise anyway. Well, to be precise, ICE-CREAM was his best friend. Cookie dough ice-cream! YUM! But he didn't have any and he wasn't about to go to the kitchens in search of any. If only he knew how to make it. Or knew a spell to make it. But he wasn't that clever! Maybe someone else knew how?

He wandered toward the third year dorm in the hopes of finding someone to talk to -or go hyper with. But then he didn't need to go hyper, he already was hyper. He was always hyper. That should have put him off eating so many sugary foods but somehow he didn't think that would ever happen. It could NEVER happen. How was he supposed to be laid back if he didn't have sugary foods to help him stay laid back. Or how was he supposed to get all of his energy out. But then the sugary food was what was giving him all of the energy to burn.

Walking past a room -WAIT- Was that a... fort? IT WAS A FORT! He smiled at the idea but carried on walking to his destination. Where was he going again? O YEAH! To get more chocolate. Or gummy worms. OR ICE-CREAM if anybody knew how to make any.

João threw his bag somewhere and then threw himself on the bed face-down, lying there without moving for a few minutes. For someone looking from a certain angle, it might as well seem like he couldn't breathe with all those pillows blocking his mouth. Truth was, he really didn't breathe. Because he knew that if he did, he would break into tears and that just... wasn't cool with all these people.

Why didn't hey just go somewhere else?

After a long, tiring day, the usually happy Xing doesn't seem so happy anymore. He looks like he could fall asleep right where he is standing right now. With his hair doesn't look like it was styled this morning, the fourth year drags his feet towards his bed, slings his bag on the bed frame before throwing his back on the bed. He turns his head sideways, looking at someone who seems to have been burying his face into his pillow for a long time. Xing rises and walks towards the boy and pokes him. "Are you okay?"

There they were, already coming in. João was debating whether he had the power to drag himself under the sheets. But even then, he knew that it just wouldn't feel right to sleep with his daily wear on. And then, he would have to get fully up and let people see his face and have to look at them in the face. Before he had decided upon anything though, one of them had already spotted him.

No, I'm not okay.

Raising his head from the bed, he took a breath. And sighed to himself before showing his face to the boy. After all, he had to make sure he wasn't going to burst into tears over that scumbag dating Louisa. Inhaling, he looked at the boy, nodding with his head.

"Yeah, I'm good." He tried to smile. "Thanks..." for caring? "...for asking." Yeah.

What a tiring day! Gary walked to the boys dorm. He didn't look very happy, or mad, or something. Well, he was very confused now. Just now, when he decided to go back to his dormitory, suddenly the blonde guy just got a letter from.. Stranger. He didn't know who sent it to him, Maybe from Lucas, his uncle? No. He just got a letter from Lucas a few days ago. He threw himself to his bed and quickly opened it.

Okay, the letter was not from stranger now. It was from Dimitri, Zhenya's big brother. Did he just said that his girlfriend's family wanted to invite him on Christmas? And why did he say that it sounded very important? Did her family want to know more about him, huh? But.. they had been together just for two months.. or ALMOST two months. Gary didn't know if he must be there or refuse it. But if he refused it, maybe he would give a bad impression to her family. OH NO!

He was in a big dilemma now.

Still not pleased with the news of his cousins spending the Holiday’s at their manor, Mordred plonked on his bed and took out his wand. He had to do something to prevent them from coming...but how? Twirling the stick his brows furrowed in deep thought, totally oblivious that his wand was emitting green and silver sparks. Heaving a sigh, he sat straight up and placed his wand under his pillow and noticed a boy, maybe a year older than him who held out a letter. He seemed to be not pleased too with his “news”.

“Bad news from home?” he asked as he sifted his letters from his cousins and father that was scattered on his bed. For the first time in his entire existence, he didn’t want to go home for the holidays. It was pretty pointless since he will not enjoy it with them in their manor. Evil people.

He quickly put the letter at his journal after he read it. Seriously it was not good! Gary and Zhenya had been together just for 1 or 2 months but now her parents wanted to meet him? At Christmas? Oh, it sounded not good for him! But if the blonde guy refused it, her parents would think that he was not a good guy for their daughter. So?

Seriously, he didn't know how to respond it.

While he was distracted by the unexpected letter, suddenly there was a boy who might be a bit younger noticed him. Bad news from home? Well, he couldn't say it was a bad news, or a good news either. This letter was just.. confusing, and full of mystery. Why did he say that was important? And what would they talk about his girlfriend? Did she have a serious family case or something? He didn't know.. yet. "Oh. Hi." he greeted him. "Well, I don't think it was a bad news or something." said him flat. He didn't know if it was bad or good for him.. and his girlfriend.

"Planning something fun for Christmas?" suddenly he asked. Most of Hogwarts students had planned to spend Christmas time with their family, including him. But this year Christmas was so much differetn because this was his first year to celebrate Christmas not in Vancouver, his hometown.

"Well you don't look happy." Mordred shrugged as he continued to sort the letters he got that day. His cousins are such pests. "What's in it?" he asked as he looked at the guy...who looks troubled. Girl problem maybe? Oh...OH. Maybe it's from his girl friend or something.

He extended his hand to the boy and introduced himself. "I'm Mordred by the way. Fourth year." Well, isn't it nice, FINALLY knowing boys around his age. Girls were EVERYWHERE in Hogwarts.

Something...fun? Spending the holidays with your enemies doesn't sound fun. "None really. If I can stay here at Hogwarts I would." But apparently his parents did not allow it. They said he needs to come home. "You? I suppose you're going home for the holidays too?"

"Gary Rush. Fifth year." said him warm and shook his hand. Did he look unhappy when he read the letter? He couldn't say that he was not happy. He was very... "Well.. I'm just a bit confused about it." but maybe this boy didn't understand about his problem. Wait, did he just said about girl's problem? How could he knew? Was he a mind-reader or something related into that? Well.. Gary just smiled to him. "Yeah, something related about that. It was from my girlfriend's brother." He sighed. "He invited me to come to their house on Christmas."

His Christmas plan? "Well, at first I think I just want to spend it with my family." said him. But they wouldn't visit his hometown, Vancouver just like usual. But since he got this invitation, Gary was confused if he should be there or not. "Well, I don't know if I should come to her house or not." He just sighed. Seriously, he was not ready to meet Zhenya's family.. Yet.

"Pleased to meet you, Gary." he shook his hand and gave him a nod. So, he was sort of right, right? He was bothered by an invitation by his girlfriend's family's invitation. Well, if he was in Gary's position, he'd be panicking. This young man was so far, composed. "How long have you been together? And...may I know her name?" he asked as he realized that he didn't ask who the girl was...and WHOA. Meeting the family already? That serious? "It seems her family's protective of her." he would be if he had a sister.

Well, his problem's pretty easy to solve. If he doesn't feel like going, he can always tell that he can't go. Or...he already has plans prior to the invitation...Anyone can make excuses. "I see." he said as he scratched his chin and tossed his letters back inside his trunk and got a bag full of sweets he got earlier from Honeyduke's. "I think you should go. Just to have a different experience." he said as he offered the bag to him. "Candy?"

On a serious note, if it was him...he'd be as confused as this chap. But then again, he'd rather be in another house than go back to his own family. Things are pretty messy back home.
