| | |  Ravenclaw Common Room
 The Ravenclaw common room is a wide, circular room at the top of the seventh floor. Graceful arched windows punctuate the walls, which are hung with blue-and-bronze silks. During the day, Ravenclaws have a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Overhead, the ceiling is domed and painted with stars, which are echoed in the midnight-blue carpet. There are tables, chairs, and bookcases, and in a niche opposite the door stands a tall statue of white marble: Rowena Ravenclaw. A delicate-looking circlet has been reproduced in marble on her head with the tiny words 'Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure' etched into the diadem. The statue stands beside a door that leads up to the dormitories above.

Ameliah walked in, elated at the thought of staying here again. It just BREATHED Ameliah-ness! As soon as she walked in, she noticed her sister/cousin. "Hey Tay! she said, plopping down on her (well, it wasn't TEQUNICHALLY hers, but it was her favourite seat, with the zebra blanket) couch. "Didn't see you much during the feast, everything go al right?"

After the large feast, Violet was tired and had a serious urge to get to bed. After her encounter with Taylor and Maxwell, she wasn't sure anymore whether or not she wanted to to "discuss" with or "talk about the problem" with Taylor. How was this going to turn out? Will they still be friends or be enemies with each other forever over one guy? All these questions ran through Violet's head as she made her way to a comfy chair in front of the fire. She stared at the flickering flames as her mind drifted to her own little world.

Kirie jogged up the ever-changing stairs, to the Ravenclaw common room. She answered the riddle, after a few minutes of thought and entered. She already hated it. Too cheery, with people talking. Not nearly quiet enough. She ran up to her new dormitory, grabbed a book, then walked back down and sat near a window. Reading a book, book~ She thought as she opened to her page. Then, she began reading. Maybe someone would talk to her, a quiet first year?
