Breathing heavily with one hand holding the bag hung on shoulder from falling while another hand is holding a sandwich and an apple. Just before he enters the oddly two hours earlier than scheduled History of Magic classroom, Xing forces feed himself with the sandwich in hand and devours it all within seconds. The boy is panting when he reaches the classroom. He still has an apple in hand (which he really love), but has no more appetite to eat.

Looking around, only Professor Scabior is there. "Good morning, professor..." panted the boy heavily. Xing chooses a desk in the middle of the second row, puts down his bag, but before he lands his bump on the chair, "Uhm... Would you like an apple, Professor Scabior?" the boy offers with an innocent look on his face.

Sarah walked into class. She was early, yet she preffered being early to tsomething then being late. She looked inquisitively at the 3 large objects that were covered in tarp.
She then noticed the professor. "Good Day Professor, my name is Sarah" she said. She then chose a seat and sat down.

Ella arrived at the first History of Magic class wearing her comfortable clothes. She was a bit nervous hoping that that request hadn't been a trick or anything. That would stink. So she hovered in the doorway for a moment, peeking her head in to check out the scene. She was relieved to see Professor Scabior dressed in muggle clothing as well. That was a good sign. AND he was already barking out orders giving instructions not to touch what was on the desks. O_O Aye aye, Captain.

With a slight shiver, Ella headed to one of the rows of desks towards the middle of the room and took the middle seat. She noticed the difference in temperature in the classroom and was relieved that she had wore a jumper. At least the kept her chills at bay. Smiling at Professor Scabior, she greeted the man. "Hi Professor." Her eyes lingered on him for a moment and then went on to observe the tarp at the front of the classroom, wondering what might be underneath. Curious, very curious.

Nigel walked into to class think why did this class have to be so much earlier than every other class. Well whatever it was not Nigel's problem. He had arrived in his comfortable clothing like instructed. Because for some reason it looked like the teacher did not like the standard robes.

Nigel was trying to find out what was behind the tarps in front of the class. Was it something super secret that only the teacher knows or is it something so obvious that when he shows us we will have to hit our heads for not guessing it.

Nigel greeted the professor "Hello Professor, nice to meet you". He walked over to empty desk and sat down wondering what we could possibly use a colourful row of inkpots and a large thick tipped quill for. He remained thinking about this until class would start.

Messer walked into the History of Magic classroom with his bag hung in his right shoulder. He's rather surprise only a few students already in the class. Was he's too early? So what if he's too early. He just shrugs the issue off.

"Hello, Professor." the young Hufflepuff greeted the Professor who's happen to be leaning against his desk before he went off to find himself an empty seat which is not so hard. Messer noticed that there's something different about the classroom but what its. Then it hit him. The desks. Its arranged for three people per row instead of two. After he settled himself in one of the empty table, he saw there're colourful row of inkpots and a large thick tipped quill on his desk. He wondered what they're for. And of course not to forget the three large objects covered by a large gray tarp at the front of the classroom.

First History of Magic lesson of the year. And he desperately hoped Scabior would make it interesting, because he would much rather be on the Pitch, enjoying the weather. Before he had even had a chance to process the appearance of the room, he was jolted into reality by the Professor's instructions. Touch nothing. Got it... Six prior years at Hogwarts had taught him this lesson already. Don't touch anything until the Professor says it is safe to do so.

He spotted Messer and made a beeline towards him, taking the desk beside him. "Hey, Messer," he said, half yawning.

Minerva walked into her History of magic class. She should have been in the best mood from events that had happened lately, but she was grumpier then usual. Was it because class was so early or was it just because it was History of Magic. Not that she minded History of Magic, but it was the fact that she had always felt uncomfortable around the Professor who taught the class. He always seemed to be hateful towards most of the students including her and she never understood it. As she walked into the class she heard him bark not to touch anything. She was not thrilled to hear he was being his usual self even at the earlier time.

She sighed and tried to place a smile on her face. "Good morning Professor Scabior. I hope your well this morning." She looked around to find a seat, finding and empty seat and quickly went over to it. She waved towards Ella, but only a small wave, because she did not want to step a foot out of line that might annoy Professor Scabior's for any reason. She sighed and gave a yawn before pulling her parchment and quill out of her bag for note taking when class begins.

History of Magic. Sigh. She never hated nor liked that subject, just neutral. There are times when she enjoys the lessons they tackle but there are also times when she finds it boring.

Taking off the strap of her shoulder bag which dangled to the right side of her hip, she walked inside and settled the strap on her right shoulder. With just a small glance at the Professor's direction, she walked over to a vacant desk and sat down. She eyed the inkpots on the desk curiosly but Professor Scabior said not to touch so she moved to the edge of the desk, placed her bag on her lap, propped her elbows on the desk's surface and rested her chin on her upraised hand as she waited for class to start.

History of Magic was not his favorite lesson, but it didn't mean that he hated it. After he had a breakfast, the blonde guy walked to the classroom. He noticed there is a man, wearing muggle outfit. Seemed strange. His face didn't look very friendly. "Good day, Professor." said him polite. He chose to sit at the corner. His favorite place at the classroom.

"He looked.. suspicious." he murmured. Then noticed that there were colorful inkpots and quill. What's this? Did he provide one to someone who didn't bring their own?

Adam walked into the class to find a couple of other students as well as Professor Scabior. "Good morning Professor," Adam said with a smile and a little incline of the head before finding an open desk and taking his seat. As Adam looks at the neatly assorted colors of ink sitting in front of him he becomes even more thankful that he remembered to wear an old pair of jeans and decently faded tee-shirt. He had a feeling that this class might get a bit messy today...

History of Magic.

With a rather bored expression on her face, Evelyn entered the classroom. She was tired. Really tired and she'd thought about skipping the class but she didn't want to miss the first History of Magic lesson of the year. So.

She eyed Scabior and muttered, "Professor." before she made her way to an empty desk. She frowned when she noticed the ink pots and the quill on the desk. Hm. Wonder what they were for... Interesting. She sat down before she placed her bag on the lap and waited for the class to begin.

It was early. In fact, so early it was that Nora couldn't stop yawning.

"Hello, professor," she said as she stepped into the classroom. Rubbing her eyes with the back of her hands, she sat down at the nearest desk, and leaned against the back of the chair with her arms folded. No worries, she was too concentrated on not falling asleep to notice or touch anything.

Just thinking about History of Magic made Hannah want to yawn. Hannah's eyes made immediate contact with the tarp covering something. She was instantly curious. Maybe this lesson would be alright afterall. "Good to see you again professor." Hannah almost always had manners. Making sure not to touch anything she made her way to her desk. She didn't make eye contact with anyone...she was not in the mood for chit-chat.

So. Early!

Alec didn't understand this at all. Why was the class being held at such a weird time? He wasn't one to pay attention to minor details like when class was starting but he was pretty sure this was earlier than normal. Too early, nearly. And if it wasn't for Messer shuffling about in the dorm, he might have still been sleeping. That Huffflepuff would be thanked later, probably.

The second year wrapped his hoodie a little tighter around his body as he stepped into the classroom. It was a little chilly wasn't it? Early and chilly... not a good combination for classes at all! And what was more... the desks were arranged weirdly! What was going on today?

Touch nothing? Got it! "Good day Professor!" Whose name he still had a liiiiiittle trouble pronouncing. But the Professor wasn't going to know that. He flashed the guy a smile as he walked past him. Touch nothing? Got it! He would find out about the ink business later, then?

Alec looked around at all the people in the classroom, registering just how well he knew them. A small smile was given to the ice cream girl, Ella and Minnie. But was he going to sit near them? No. He had to go and sit near his favourite Captain because Alec hadn't seen him since... the platform! And tryouts but those didn't count. And Messer, who was sitting on Keefer's other side, needed to be thanked. The young Hufflepuff made his way towards his roommate and the redhead and sat down on Keefer's other side. "Hey!" Look, Messer, he wasn't surrounded by girls.

Professor Scabior and History of Magic.

Jonathan walked over to the room and saw that room, rather the seats, are arranged into 3s and they have something on their tables. But of course, Scabior's orders are clear as crystal. No touching means no touching it. Jonathan walked over to find an available seat on the second row.

Slipping his bag and putting it on the table and greeting the Professor. "Good day to you, Professor" It's been such a long while since he last saw the Professor, so he's just excited to do whatever he has anything planned. Taking a seat, he starred at the colorful inkpots. Are they going to do an awesome activity today? Like to paint something?

He leaned back on his chair and waited for more students to come in.

Zhenya made her way to History of Magic, a class she neither liked nor disliked. She was nothing about it, but perhaps that was because she had never really tried in previous terms. She was too scared of the Professor, who seemed like he might glare at her.

"Hello Professor," she said, with a friendly tone.

She slowly looked around, and spotted the hair that must belong to her hunky... er, to Gary. Just Gary. She slipped in next to him and gave him a friendly smile, before looking around at everything else.

Silvia walked into the History of Magic classroom, wearing comfortable clothing rather than her uniform, as instructed. It was early, and she wasn't quite fully awake yet. Silvia made her way to a desk near the front and sat down. "Morning Professor," she said. She looked down at the desk. Huh? What was all the ink for? Oh well, she'd find out soon enough. For now she kept her hands away from them like the professor said to.

Alyssa quickly walked into the History of Magic classroom and heaved a sigh of relief that the Professor hadn't started it yet. She saw Professor Scabior up front leaning against the desk and so she walked up to him to greet him.

"Hello Professor Scabior. I hope that you had a good Summer." Alyssa said to him before turning around to look for an empty seat. It was then that she noticed a large gray tarp covering three large objects. She wondered what was under it, but she figured that, knowing the Professor, everyone would eventually find out. She smiled to see so many Hufflepuff students present. She had missed seeing them in the other classes she had already attended. This was going to be a very good day today.

She found an empty desk and sat down. She prepared for the lesson, taking out her writing materials, parchment paper and journal and then noticed that there were already a colorful row of inkpots in front of her already. Trying to make room for her own stuff, she sat back and waited for class to start.

Elliot made her way into the classroom, a bit eager to get to class. Elliot was quite fond of the subject. She immediately saw Hannah and shot the girl a smirk.
"Hey, Hannah, mind if I sit next to you? Didn't think so..." and she sat before the girl could reply.

History of Magic.
Michelle had heard people talking about it in the Ravenclaw Common Room, saying that it was boring. But she was certain that it was going to be one of her favourites at Hogwarts. Even in Muggle school, History had been her favourite subject. She was really looking forward to this.
She entered the classroom, smiled and greeted Professor Scabior politely before taking a seat in front of the class. Glancing around, she saw her fellow students laughing and talking to each other. All of a sudden, she felt a pang of jealousy. She hadn't made a single friend here at Hogwarts. At least, not yet. And she missed her best friend back home. He was all she ever thought about. A couple of new friends would help take her mind off him.
But how.

Hannah heard a familiar voice and turned her head to see none other than Miss Elliot. Of course she didn't wait for a reply before she plopped down next to her. That was typical Elliot behavior. "Why yes of course...I insist." she said to her friend, returning the smirk. Maybe this would be a fun lesson afterall.

Aspen was not imagining it.

There was something going on with Slytherins and apples.

She wondered briefly how many apples Gary had had so far today? Had the early hour impeded his apple intake? Was Xing giving away Gary's apples?

...would her apparent "Buddy" Professor "Scabbers", as Professor Williamson deemed him, take the apple?

Lots of question for so early in the morning, and before class even began. Aspen gave Professor Scabior AND Xing a long, critical observation before she took a seat in the front. Naturally, she took her notebook out and documented another apple in the hands of Slytherin boys.

Then she spent a long time LOOKING intently at her ink pots. Not touching, but LOOKING up CLOSE. Possibly sniffing.

Eliza pulled her blonde hair into a messy bun as she strolled into the class. Ooooh, ink and quills.... Since when did he give them out? She sat down and read the board. Do not touch what is on the desk? Ehhhh why not? She tapped the quill. "Morning Sir." she nodded in his direction.

History of Magic sounded incredibly interesting to Theodore. He was a muggleborn, and his knowledge of the wizarding world was extremely limited. So, he went to this class, full of optimism.

"Hiiiiiiiiiii, Professor." He said, skipping into the chilly room and sitting himself by a desk near the front. OOOOOOH, pretty ink pots!

He heard what the Professor said, so he didn't touch. But it was still COOL!
