Presley was ready to be going home. She wasn't excited, however, to no longer be allowed to wear jeans or sweats. At home, Presley had to look 100% perfect 100% of the time. Her hair was curled, and she wore a grey dress with cute flats. Much as she was excited to be going home, Presley knew that at some time during the Holidays, she would have to see her father, and she knew it would be uncomfortable for him, and infuriating for her. Therefore, she'd arranged for Leo to pick her up at the station, to avoid her father as much as was possible. Presley lugged three trunks down the corridor, searching for an open compartment, and her soon-leaving best friend, Luna.

Being Presley, she was not really strong enough to take care of all of her trunks by herself, but she was stubborn enough to do it anyway. The bad part being that her arms were already aching, and she was still closer to the front of the train than anything. She scooted over to the wall and sat down for a second, breathing heavily with the effort.

Maddy was almost crying...with joy of course. As she walked through the coridor. She was no longer a first year, but still the second youngest. She pulled her trunk through and scanned for an open seat. She missed her fam, she haddn't gone home for christmas so there would be so much to catch up on. Jackson must of at least shown one sign that he wer to be a wizard, it would be totally embarassing to have a squib as a brother! "Jiinx stop squacking!" Maddy told her spotted owl, it flapped it's wings and stopped while turning it's head away. Jinx may be a snob, but at least she was obedient.

Lexi grumbled slightly to herself as she made her way out of the compartment and into the corridor of the train. She would miss the Hogwarts Express SO MUCH. It just won't feel right not being on it next September...

Bah.

She would head to the FOOD trolley... perhaps eating her weight in chocolate frogs between here and London would lift her spirits. Or make her vomit. Heh.

Going back to his compartment in the front, João didn't really look to where he was going. After that unpleasant encounter with that silly boy, his mind was running wild with thoughts and he could barely watch his steps not to fall that caused him to nearly run into a girl of older age as she got out of a compartment suddenly, at least suddenly for him.

Stopping quickly, he drew a breath and heard her grumble. "Sorry," he said; his wind had probably had hit her. "Any problems?" Because, she was pretty and she had just grumbled. That meant at least one problem.

OH! Where had HE come from?

Lexi blinked a few times and reached out to steady herself from the abrupt stop she had just made. Wobbling for a moment she righted herself and looked at the boy. "Uh. I am hungry... and..." she was beginning to wibble again. Quickly clearing her throat she blinked a few more times and held her hand out for him to shake. "Lexi Ken.. Salander. Lexi Salander. And you are?"

Wow, he had nearly knocked her down. That would have been pretty embarrassing, on his behalf at least. Knocking down a girl on his last day at Hogwarts, at least last day of the term.

"Hunger is your problem?" Judging by her looks, she didn't strike him as someone to be short of money, but then again, maybe she was. Who knew? As long as she didn't ask him for money, it was barely his problem, so he shrugged to himself.

...Salander.

"That's the surname of the Head Boy." It was more of a statement than a question, but he still wanted some explanation. Was she his sister or something? Though she said it a bit unsurely, as if it wasn't really her surname...

"Oh, I'm João Neves." he said, shaking her hand. Easy and short for her. That was the most effective way.

No. She wanted to say no, but just shook her head not sure if her voice would crack in that moment. After a long silence while she tried to gather her wits about herself... she spoke. "No. I am not grumbling because I am hungry. I am a 7th year... was a 7th year. I am not quite ready to leave. I was merely grumbling to myself about it and trying not to cry anymore," she explained in a rush.

Heh. He was astute he was. "Yes, that is his surname. As well as mine. It was Kennedy, but since Valentine's Day this year it is also my own surname," she said as she turned her left hand over to display the rings resting on her hand there.

Shaking his hand she nodded. "Lovely to meet you, João. What year are you in?" she asked as she took her hand back and began to play absently with the cuff bracelet on her wrist.

Elliot, with her lacy backpack slung over her shoulder, had been packing all morning. She had neglected to do so until THIS morning. ugh. She looked rather wearier than usual, but she was happy to be wearing normal clothes again. She had missed all of her lacy tops and skirts...and her pearl earrings and jewelry. She spotted Presley and sighed.

"Presley...about time I find you..." she muttered icily, rolling her eyes. As if it were all Presley's fault. She then peered at the girl's feet and smiled. "I rather like your shoes, Presley. They are actually cute...who knew..." she said with a smirk.

Minerva needed some walking time away from all the couples. She decided to walk down the corridor and see what others were up to.

Ronnie's head was SPINNING. SO MUCH. She was sick of it! She dizzily stepped out of her compartment for some...air and didn't see where she was going and ran into....Minnie! Oh no! She fell on the ground. She rubbed her head and stood up. "Er...sorry Minnie...didn't see you the-" she paused. MINNIE! Just the person she needed to talk to!! "Minnie! I wanted to talk to you!" she said.

Minnie froze Ronnie wants to talk to me? "Hey Ronnie are you ok? You want to talk to me, sure ok what's up." Except for me hugging on your boyfriend like a crazy person upsetting you and being a bad friend Minnie finished her thought in her head.

"I...I'm fine!" she lied. She was breathing quickly. Her mind was blank! What did she want to say?!?!?! She forgot! She wasn't even thinking! She lifted her hand and struck her own face with it. Ah, she slapped herself. Smart.

But it finally got her back on earth.

"Right...er...sorry about that!" she said nodding quickly. "Right okay well...." she sighed, then said the rest so fast it was crazy. "I want to break up with Harvey!" she blurted, quickly. She put her hand to her mouth. That was loud and very fast..."But I don't know how." she added quietly.

Minerva looked shocked. "Wait.. What.. Why.. Oh Ronnie is it because of me, if it's because of me I'm so sorry please don't break up because of me. I will stop talking to him altogether if that makes it better for you. I will end our.." could she really say it (heart breaks) "I will end my friendship with him if you need me to."

"No! No no no no no! Not you at all! I just don't really wanna be with him anymore!" she said shaking her head. "Please, don't stop talking to him! I'd kill myself!" she said. "I just don't wanna be with him anymore. But I don't know how to break up!" she wailed putting her face in her hands. "That's why I came to you, for advice. I'm begging you, please help me." she said, her face still in her hands.

Minnie just looked at Ronnie not sure what to say. "Well I am not an expert at this kind of stuff, but it just got awkward with us. I finally decided to be honest and just tell him. I think that's the best way just say it. My I ask do you like someone else?" Minerva was curious after all the drama the last few days why did she want to break up all of the sudden.

"Oh okay..." she said. "I....I can ask someone...someone else or just.." she gulped. "Straight out tell him." she said. "Oh Minnie! I don't know. I'm going back and forth here, I like him then I don't then I like him then I don't! It's terrible! I think of breaking up with him and then I don't want to...and I-I-I-I-I just don't know anymore!" she said, tugging on her hair. She was so confused! Then her eyes widened a little. "Ye-ye-yeah..." she said. "I...I...I d-do..." she said nodding slowly. "I do like some-someone else.." she said looking away.

Minnie's eyes got wide "You like someone else, who? Ronnie I think if that is the reason then you need to tell Harvey. Be honest he will appreciate your honesty even if it hurts."

"I like..." her voice dropped to a whisper. "Jordan K-Kobe.." she whispered quietly. "A-and well...I've had a massive crush on him e-ever since I m...met him." she said. "B-b-b-b-b-but.....I don't really know wh-what to do..since I still sorta like H-Harvey but then I d-don't...I only..." she trailed off. She didn't even know what she was saying anymore...she sighed. What she really wanted was for Minnie to talk to Harvey for her. But Minnie wasn't an owl..and Ronnie needed to toughen up now and stop chickening out. "What do I say to Harvey?" she asked hoarsely.

Minerva smiled at her. "Ronnie can I be honest with you?" could she really be honest with.. Ronnie. "I know what your going through. I have had the same problem. Dating one person while well liking another. If you want me to do it I could, but I think it would be better coming from you. If you want to keep a friendship which I think Harvey would want to it is better if you talk with him. Be honest tell him you don't know how you feel, but you don't think you can stay with him."

Ronnie nodded and listened. She then nodded again. "Yeah..." she said. "Okay." she said. "I-I'll go do...do it." she said, pulling her into a tight hug. "Thanks, Minnie. Just for always being there for me. You're such a great friend." she said smiling. Then she sighed. "Wish me luck, then. See you." she said running off to find Harvey.

Minnie stood there watching as Ronnie left. She was a horrible friend. She pushed this to happen some how she just knew it even after trying so hard to keep her feelings out and to help keep them together.

Justin came out into the cooridor just in time to see Ronnie leaving , but he didn't look at her he was still a bit embarressed from earlier.
" Hey, Girls. " he said . " what's going on I heard some crying. Is everything okay? "

Minnie just looked confused 'Ummm Ronnie" as she pointed to where Ronnie ran. "I think she is breaking up with Harvey wait what are you doing here." She looked again at where Ronnie had left then turned on Justin a little angered. "This doesn't have anything to do with why Ame is upset with you does it? Justin there isn't anything going on here is there?" That was the pot calling the kettle black with Min doing the same thing with Harvs.

" Min, Oh, Min!.... i just got really scared after giving Ame that promise ring. Like that was it. Ya know? No more dating other people and the whole Ronnie thing... Ugh! ... ever since that double date with Harvey and Ronnie and Ame and I. i've been thinking about her alot. Not like I like her or anything. But I kinda told her she was pretty and that I liked her smile... Oh , Merlin what have I done? " justin rambled. Hopefully Minerva could help him out of that one.
